So glad I can count on them to clear the snow at my Mom’s house. Living 45 minutes away, they give me peace of mind on both the snow and ice.

We had some third story soffit repair, flashing repair, siding repair, and new trim installed amongst some other various exterior work done by Advanced.

I can confidently recommend their services. Very fair pricing for their skill, timely work, and very efficient. They were very responsive when I called, and they came out exactly the day and time they said they would to do the repairs. I appreciated the transparency on their invoices and receipts, with photos to document the work done. They had no issue walking me through the work after they were done when I asked.

Highly recommend! We had tree damage to our garage roof and were waiting on ridiculously long wait times for estimates from other contractors. Advanced Exteriors came out the morning I called and scheduled the work for the same day. They did a professional job and I know I'll be calling them in the future for any roof issues that come up.

There is no way I could recommend this company to another person. I requested a quote for repairing the wood trim and fascia as well as painting and put down the down payment after telling them that they would not be able to start until after a certain date and was assured that was fine. A week later I got a phone call telling me that they were going to start the next day. I then talked to Jim saying I was told it was okay to delay the start and he reported that was fine but it wasn’t communicated to him. After that date a crew then came and started work on my house. That crew used spray foam to attempt to cover up gaps as opposed to repairing or replacing anything and using plywood to correct the hole in the peak. I had also asked for the paint to be color matched and they proceeded to start painting with a very different color. I again voiced my concerns to Jim who stated that the paint they were using was simply the primer (which I’m skeptical of due to never seeing that “primer” again). Due to continued concerns about the quality of the work being done I asked that they pause work until I returned since I was going to be out of town for a number of days and did not trust them to continue. Jim readily agreed to the pause. Upon my return I requested to meet with someone higher up in the company due to concerns. Jim told me he could have the project lead come and I replied that I would like to talk to someone higher up. Jim then came himself to look at the work being done and agreed that it was unacceptable and that a new crew would be assigned to complete the project. Once the new crew came things were seemingly going better, however once they started painting I again had issues. The team that was painting proceeded to paint over root remnants from vines that had been killed which were easy to scrape off as well as painting over old flaking paint. I was told “it’s an old house so it’s not going to be perfect” which I understand however if I can flake the paint off with my finger I assume it was not scraped. Upon being told the painting was completed I then went outside and checked the work and found 10-15 areas that were painted poorly or completely missed. I again shared my concerns with Jim who had the painters come back a few days later. That night there was also someone from Advanced Exteriors who talked on his phone and sat in his car while I stood outside for 2 hours pointing out areas that the painters had missed and trying to get them to correct for painting over things that logically should have been scraped off. I was then told that the project was complete and upon checking found numerous areas that were easy to see that had simply not been completed and garbage left blatantly throughout my entire yard. I had to have the team come back 3 times after being told the project was complete and receiving the final invoice to do things that had simply not been done which included replacing rotten wood that had been painted over. Jim was very responsive to each concern however all I was asking for was the bare minimum and I am skeptical even that was achieved. Please spare yourself from my experience and take your business elsewhere.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Advanced Exteriors of Wisconsin, specifically with Mike, the owner. We needed a chain link fence removed, and I couldn't be happier with the service we received. Mike and his crew were not only on time but also incredibly efficient and courteous throughout the entire process. Their pricing was very reasonable, making the whole experience even better. Advanced Exteriors did a great job repairing my rotten gable vent. Mike and the team were very friendly and professional. They quoted on Sunday and then completed the job the next Monday in a few hours. I highly recommend their services!

Advanced Exteriors did a great job plowing the end of my driveway, I highly recommend their services. I was able to easily coordinate with them when I was out of town otherwise i would not have been able to get in my drive way.

Jason and the crew at Advanced Exteriors did a fantastic job with my new gutters. The seamless gutter install is not only a pragmatic upgrade, but an aesthetically pleasing one. They came and did all the work in one day after giving me a fair and very reasonable quote. Would highly recommend the business for anyone looking to improve their home. Very satisfied!

Hired them to stop some leaking in seams in gutters. this was attempted 4 times in a years time and they still leak. Mike wouldn’t issue a credit for this and now the gutters are worse than ever. Not only am I out the money I paid him but now I have to pay someone else to fix this. Worst experience ever, Mike is the worst person to work with. Steer clear.

We used Advanced for the replacement of our roof after having some damage done to it. The whole process with them was pretty smooth... Mike and Jim were both good at answering our million questions we had. Mike contacted our HOI rep to make sure all the funds needed for the roof replacement was received. The guys( Alex and didn't catch the other ones) that came out to look at a few issues we had after the roof was replaced addressed what needed to be address pretty quick and fixed the issue. We will contact this company again for any of our project needs in the future! Hopefully not needing a roof anytime soon though! :)

Advanced Exteriors seems to be one of very few businesses who'll do soffit and fascia repairs these days. Not only that but they had someone out here to do an estimate within 90 minutes of my call. They told me they have a dedicated team for repairs. Good to know!

My initial request was to repair wind damage to fascia. They noticed I had a side door in need of repair as well and once I knew they could do that, I added repairs to the trim around my garage to the estimate.

Upon my acceptance of the estimate, they were here to do the work within 2 business days. They pointed out that I'd had wind damage to some shingles as well. I had them fix those too.

Very impressed by these guys and I'll use them again for certain!

I have had this company to do repairs for me before the pandemic and during the pandemic, I must say every time I've called on this company to do work for me I've been 100% satisfied with the quality of service. I have had work done on my rental property and my personal property. I am very impressed with the way the owner runs the company.

Mike and the team at Advanced Exteriors were a joy to work with. When our roof lost a bunch of shingles in a storm, they had a tarp on the roof to protect it the same day and gave a reasonable quote for the roof replacement off the bat which ended up being in the ballpark of the final cost. The actual replacement was somehow a one-day job, even after we decided to add our garage roof to the scope. They arrived early in the morning, stripped both roofs, installed new ones, cleaned up and left before dinner.

The best thing about working with Mike and AEW was their help navigating the insurance policy. This was our first time making a home insurance claim and Mike did an excellent job guiding us through the process and making sure we got good value out of our policy. Highly recommend, would use again.

Advanced Exteriors recently repaired damage to our roof and to our cedar shake siding. They were one of the few companies capable of/willing to repair cedar shake. They were also able to install a bathroom vent in our master bathroom. Mike came out to take a look right away and he was very thorough in his assessment of what needed to be repaired on our roof and to our siding. The estimate was reasonable and we hired them because of his honesty and attention to detail as well as their ability to put us on the schedule within a few weeks. Mike took photos of all the damage along with the estimate, and then his team provided photos after the job was completed. They were all very professional, communicated well, were thorough, and did a great job completing the work. We highly recommend using Advanced Exteriors and plan to have them come out each year to inspect our roof and to provide us a quote on windows.

I utilized the service of this company for roof damage repair and then ultimately a full roof replacement after a wind storm caused a tree branch to fall and puncture my roof.

I was very concerned with my roof punctured as it was in the middle of winter and I was striking out on every roofing contractor I called, but Advanced Exteriors came the same day and covered up the hole in the roof.

They repaired the roof a week later and then replaced the entire roof a month after that. They did everything very timely but not sacrificing work quality and also did everything at a remarkable price (only for what insurance offered to pay). My new roof was done in less than a day and looks great.

I found Advanced Exteriors by Googling local businesses that would repair siding and gutters. I read their reviews and saw they had a five star rating so I called. Mike took my info and sent Jim to do the estimate. Jim listened carefully to my concerns and the next day he sent an estimate. I approved the estimate and the next day John and Levi showed up and promptly started to work. Not only did they fix/repair/replace portions of my gutters they were able to fix my glass block windows (tuck point and mortar repair on the deteriorating portions)They fixed the gap in the siding. They caulked my windows (caulk had been peeling off). This team is like one stop shopping for exterior repairs. A couple of other things popped up as problems. John and Levi were fast and efficient and willing to share their knowledge about the repairs. I was able to ask Mike to add on work, to my estimate, after the work had started. I would want these guys to come for any work I have in the future. They even cleaned up after they were done. And John even took pictures of a problem with part of my roof. Something not seen from the ground. I will be scheduling that ASAP. I will be posting on my Facebook page how happy I am with the outcome of these repairs.

Mike was extremely responsive and professional. Following the recent storms we had, I noticed an issue with my roof, and called Advanced Exteriors (on Labor Day of all possible days). Mike answered my call, and was out to check out the roof the next day! Fast forward one week later and we have a brand new roof! Mike took the extra time to explain the process, and kept me updated throughout the install. The crew was very prompt and efficient and got the entire job done in a day! identified, proposed, repaired and warranties all in one day! great referral from a remodeled I have used. they were right on time and got it done. will have to wait for the next big rain to validate the work but the warranty is in place and b I was pleased with the cost.

Thanks to Mike for taking time to provide a quote, stopping out at the property to ensure the quote was accurate, relocating the exterior water spigot through the basement wall rather than through the glass block window or the pre-existing wood frame like several other contractors suggested, and ordering the custom-glass block with dryer vent for next week’s install. To top it off, he didn’t expect payment in advance, he provided a solid contract with quick turnaround, and he exhibited professionalism every step of the way.

We had a rotting balcony that was nesting in between two roof lines. It was also causing some leaking into our newly renovated kitchen. Advanced Exteriors of Wisconsin came out to give us a quote the day I called and had their team over in 2 weeks to demo the balcony and connect the two roof lines. They also went ahead and took out the door to the balcony and sealed everything up weather-tight. They matched our shingles and our siding perfectly. When we were given a quote, Mike was honest with us and told us some small things we could do ourselves to save us some money (caulking nails, etc), which I really appreciated. I will be using this company again in the future to redo our soffits and potentially our gutters. Definitely recommend.

Came home to a puddle in the middle of the living room from a leak in our roof. It was late at night and they still had someone come take a look within the hour and give us an estimate. The price was fair and they had someone there the very next morning to and patch the roof. They were professional, efficient, and incredibly responsive!

We had repairs done on our roof, a storm door rehung and our front door replaced. All our repairs were done punctually. Work on our older home can be tricky, but our new front door looks great! We are very pleased.

I came home one day to the sound of rushing water. A hole in the middle of my flat roof! Mike and his crew were there within an hour of being notified. They patched it up and I've had no problems. I had a gutter problem that caused water in my basement on a Sunday night. I called Advanced Exteriors, they were at my house in an hour, and fixed the gutter in the rain. I was very pleased with Michael. I will have them back to check all of my gutters next week. I highly recommend Advanced Exteriors.
