You think you are hiring james ,but actually the dad is working under his sons name ,who has no license to do this work amd has a long list of fraud and and bad jobs. Basically a scam Work was paid for in full but never finished.
The father is very rude and will talk down to you. Harassing and threatening customers we had to ask him to leave multiple times because he was getting out of hand and

Advanced builders gave us a great price on a 20x12 composite deck. They did awesome work and were amazing to deal with every step of the way. Definitely would recommend them.

I had James come tear out my old linoleum flooring and come install new grey LVP flooring that looks awesome. He was fast and does a great job. I would recommend him for any of your projects.

We hired Advanced Builders to fix & finish a job someone else started. James Vance & his employees not only finished the 2/3rds left of the siding job plus our garage, he fixed the mistakes that the previous person made. Everything was done so professionally & in a timely manner. James made sure he thoroughly cleaned up the worksite everyday. We also had our back steps, rail & door replaced & they did a marvelous job. Even our neighbors liked the work done by Advanced Builders! We definitely have more remodeling jobs for this great company!
Everything this company did for us was very affordable! We highly recommend this company to everyone who wants a beautiful job done right & doesn't want to be overcharged.

He redid my kitchen floors with laminate flooring and they look amazing. Definitely made my house look more modern. I would highly recommend his services!
