Avoid at all cost. They ran a snake, and camera, and charged my elderly parents $3400 to run said tools. After a "senior" discount. Said it would be $3000, until they paid with card. Then it magically went up to $3400. Told me they ran 75ft of snake out our 24ft basement.... But tried to convince my parents they needed to cut up the concrete basement floor..... For $6000 to replace the pipe even though they managed to get 75ft of snake through it ..... Was at the house 2.5 hrs total, yet charged 11 hours of labor. They took complete advantage of my elderly parents. I will be contacting the better business bureau, and pursuing legal action..

Jerrod and the crew from Adkins Plumbing and Contracting did a wonderful job with our home. We recommend them for any contractor needs. They put in a retaining wall, French drain, woodwork, earthwork,built fireplace and stonework. All were done professionally within three days. We could not be happier! Thanks guys

Referred to Adkins / Jared through my own warranty company, which a lot of people won't deal with. Jared had to reschedule a couple times but when he arrived he and his helper were polite and did great work correcting a previous bad job on plumbing under my upstairs bathroom in the kitchen ceiling that had been slowly leaking. It was expensive ($1600) but they completed it quickly, nicely fixed the hole in the ceiling, and cleaned up after themselves.

Jarred did a new water service line and also a drive way with a home seat. Great job! Jarred kept me informed the entire time and price was reasonable. I’d definitely use and recommend them!

These guys came in and got everything together in a timely manner and a very fair price! I will be using these guys and recommending them always!

I just received a bill for $500 for a camera location and the cost was never disclosed until the end of the day. I was billed for 7 hours of work and the plumbers left without fixing the problem. The plumbers were polite and pleasant but I will never use your service again. I was presented a bill for $1700 at the end of the day and told I had to pay immediately. I didn’t have that kind of cash available on me and it was after the banks were closed so I had to pay over 10% more to use a credit card.
I am out $2000 and still can’t flush my toilet without a backup in my basement.
Never again.
I tried again to negotiate, but the offer was disappointing. The offer to refund $200 in credit card fees if I would allow them to come back again and dig up my yard the next day for an additional $1700 if I would remove my post.
I finally called another plumber who fixed the problem for less than 1/4 of their cost and didn’t even dig up my yard. Nor did they add $500 for just looking inside the pipe with their camera.
I cannot in good conscience ever recommend the work or the treatment I received from this company. The second company proved they could do a competent job at a much lower cost. My advice is to do your due diligence, as there are better choices if you look & be sure to get it all in writing in advance.

I waited. I made the appointment he was supposed to show up and give me a quote on how much it would cost I had somebody paying for it. He never showed up. He kept on telling me he was coming in the middle of the night at 10 o’clock at night where you cannot see the job at all then he kept on doing it again and again I told him don’t worry about it. He told me he had other jobs already wouldn’t do a damn thing and then told me he needed the money upfront and he wasn’t like that at the very end I sent text messages showing this I would not use this or recommend this person as a contractor or any thing because he is very unprofessional and rude to come at 9 o’clock , and then he send you a very unprofessional picture of himself trying to hit on you

I strongly suggest you get them I am handicapped ex and elderly and they tended to my plumbing gneeds professional neat and friendly I was happy and pleased when they left!

Replaced all water lines underneath my house and did a very good job. Cleaned up good the guys was very respectful and was fast at it. Excellent work.

The work completed was fine. Appointment was scheduled for 2:30pm they did not arrive until 6:02pm but hey… things happen. I was quoted $150 hour for 2 techs I have the messages. When they completed the work at 8:00pm I was billed over $800 that included a $100 travel fee? and a $79 “service call” ?!? These charges were NEVER disclosed when asked about pricing but sprung on me at the last minute. 10/10 do not recommend. The men were respectful but ill prepared and wanted to drive on my hourly rate to get a single supply line… no thanks. Also I was under the impression per the message that the $150 hourly rate was for 2 techs, NOT per tech but hey I chalk that up to an expensive valuable lesson to me. Would not use them again.

These guys were great. Was in constant contact with me, letting me know what to expect upfront. No hidden fees or charges. I paid exactly the amount that was on my estimate and they were the best price. They worked well together and worked fast. Give Jared a call you won't be sorry! G Keenan

Called and told TWO people we would not be home until 630 PM. kids would be there by 3 to let them in. They got there at 1pm. I repeatedly messaged the guy to NOT repair anything until he gave me the final estimate. Pulled into driveway to find they had already replaced the parts and my total was 2200$.it's ok, though...I have message proof of the full conversation and will be reimbursed for the time they didn't work, seeing as though we had a set time. Guy got an attitude when I tried to explain- so, be talking to yall soon!

Stated $150/hour for 2 techs and $79 service fee plus parts needed, when they got there it became $125/per person, per hour and one was a "helper" not tech. Charged for a travel fee and a service call not agreed upon and up-charged the wax ring, one bolt and one supply line for $69. They charged 3 1/2 hours after telling us their truck broke and they had to go out for parts they would have carried on their truck. They weren't even there for 3 1/2 hours. It is not the customer's fault they didn't have the lines they needed. I am find paying a fair price but not hours over and for a trip to a hardware store for item they admitted they should have had already on them.
I would not recommend this company. They told me one price and when they saw it was an elderly female the prices changed. That is not a company I want working for me, my

These guys were not going to give up until they were able to find and fix the problem. They were very polite and made sure everything was cleaned up and put back in order before they left .

The men were very professional. Kept me informed on the progress and showed me what they were doing. They were always on time. This was a big job. Adkins Plumbing is a company I would hire in the future. They were also respectful and friendly. I will recommend this company to others.
