It’s been a few years but Chris was recommended by a personal friend. Not only did he “not remember” that I clearly asked for a pine ceiling and his crew installed drywall, which did replace but complained he quoted drywall. Not my problem.

I paid the remaining retainer because he seemed to be a nice guy and again, a good friend of a friend. He never showed to do any of the punch list - oh and that included a $500 hook up for propane to the house that ended up costing an additional $2,000 from a separate contractor. And the cork flooring he installed was not installed correctly and it bubbled.

Nice, charming but a complete jerk not completing the project. And yes, I contacted him several times with promises to complete the hookup. Never happened. I would avoid Addon Construction, risk is yours.

Chris was quick to come and prepare an estimate. He provided pictures of where the roof was damaged and what his options to repair were. Chris’s estimate was very straightforward and detailed all charges—no hidden costs! His pricing was very competitive. Chris was able to perform our repair in a timely manner and left the area very clean. We look forward to having Chris back to our house for more projects and fixes! Thanks Addon!

This company came and sided my home built a beautiful front porch when getting materials was tuff but Chris kept me informed and he was very easy to communicate with. I am very happy with all his work not to mention his integrity.we had him come back to work inside our home.

Addon performed roof repair (roof caps) on my home. Chris visited several times to review the job and go over all the details. Chris provided a verbal quote initially but followed up with a formal quote via email within an hour. Chris was highly professional and we felt most comfortable selecting Addon for the job. Once the job was started it was completed within a few hours. Professional cleanup was completed and all shingle pieces and old nails were removed. I would definitely recommend Addon and will be calling them again for future jobs.

Total lack of communication is extremely unprofessional.
This tells me that this would become an issue if and when your bid was accepted by me.
And the fact that you said, "Looks like you need a new roof " tells me something about your business ethics. The roof is 14 years old. It has a 25 year warranty. There is NOTHING wrong with that roof.
I can just imagine how working with you would have gone.
