We hired Adam Laneer Construction to 1). Inspect and replace LP siding where appropriate on our 23-year-old house; 2) Repair an elevated deck at the back of the house; 3) Paint the house and front porch.

Adam gave us a detailed estimate and stuck to it. He suggested some design changes to our house that really improved the look at minimal cost. Adam was always peronsally available via e-mail to answer any questions that arose. You hear horror stories about contractors but Adam Laneer Construction was 180 degrees from that stereotype.

All subcontractors were very professional,clean and friendly. We felt that there was attention to detail in all aspects of the work.

Adam came by at the end of the project to review everything and see for himself what the end result looked like. He had his crew make several adjustments before he was satisfied with the work.

Adam was personally involved in the quality of the work. If we ever need any remodeling or repair work done in the future we will definitely call Adam.

Adam was great! He came out several times, to several locations just to give me quotes. He was helpful throughout the process of tenant improvements for my small business. His staff was courteous and also very helpful. The end cost was very close to the quoted price and was finished in the amount of time that was allotted. Couldn't have asked for a better experience from start to finish. Adam designed and carried out a complete bathroom remodel for me. Communication was great throughout the entire process.
