Needed an electrical outlet replaced. Ricky was also able to get my previously non-functioning light and ceiling fan working as well.

We had an issue with our water circuit for our hot water. We called and had someone come out that day and had it fixed the next day! Great service and fair prices will recommend and call again if we have other issues in the future!

The owner was very helpful, came right over the same day I called to access the issue came up with a plan. He went above and beyond because he needed to go to the city and public works several times!! Not to mention he answered my call when several other companies did not!

Called on a Monday for a silcock replacement, they said they would come by next day between 1 and 3 (arrived at about 1:30).

Good company. They had the tools and knowledge to investigate my sewage problem, then work out a solution. The result was a positive outcome. And the price was right. They were hard to communicate with as email and voicemail did not work. A phone call the personal cell phone early in the day before they left the shop worked. They are a busy crew come spring time as the work just piles up.. thanks and enjoy spring..

We had men from Actnow remove a garden tub and a small shower from our bathroom. They replaced the tub with a walk in shower, and put a linen/storage closet in where the shower was. Four different men participated in the work, and they were all polite, considerate, and hard working. We are very pleased with the job!

Wow..called and got and appt for that morning ...frozen septic pipe work done in less than an hour..everyone was so professional and knowledgeable ... fantastic experience !!

Ricky showed up and was amazing, he really saved the day!! I needed a miracle and there he was. I broke the mixing valve and before I l ew it it was repaired and I was having the most relaxing tub . Ever.!! I had the best service in the most stressful of times, it was freezing outside and Ricky saved the day. TY so much for all you do. They came New Year's Eve to save my butt. They could not fix the problem immediately due to the severity of the blockage, but stabilized the problem. They came back the day after to finish the fix, and were able to clear it.

They showed their expertise and care in working inside my home and I appreciate their work.

My hot water heater leaked badly, and made a mess. I called them on a Friday afternoon and they were here in just a couple hours & fixed the problem. Extremely fast service & so very kind and helpful. Will definitely be using their services again! Highly Recommend!

Very happy with my service, called on a Friday around 130pm for my bathroom faucet that has been leaking non stop and they came the same day 3 hours after I called. Wasn’t expecting such fast service but I am highly satisfied. Both guys knew what they were doing and were very friendly and professional. Would recommend these guys to anyone in need of any plumbing issues, big or small!

I was referred to Act Now and the response from the owner and his team was immediate. They not only got me into their schedule but thoroughly checked what was wrong and fixed my issue same day. They stayed until the work was done. Great service and they left no mess behind. I would definitely recommend and reach back out should I need more work in the future. I had a heat pump water heater and water heater expansion tank and a shut off valve installed and I'm pleased with the result. They were able to complete the install with very limited space.

We had to have them come on a weekend to fix a broken pipe. They not only came at the designated time, but they did a great job of cleaning up afterwards. We definitely will call them again.

We had a sewage pipe fall from basement leaving us with no working bathrooms! I contacted ACTNOW and they were able to get out to our location within two days which was awesome. The ACTNOW crew was very professional. They even killed a hornets nest that was outside of the house. The ACTNOW crew completed the work in a timely manner and even looked at two other smaller issues we had. We will definitely be using ACTNOW for our future plumbing needs.

Great setup and install took the old hot water tank away and communicated everything that needed to be done would definitely recommend

I live in Waterford, Maine, and I had been trying to get a plumber to repair two sink drains, and fix a shower. I earlier personally stopped in to Maine Line plumbing, and was told Sam was very busy and I would have to wait for about 2 wks. I said that was acceptable, and after waiting 3 weeks, my wife stopped in and talked to Sam. He said he would be out to fix our problems with 10 days. 3 more weeks go by and zero communications with Sam. Maine Line plumbing in Norway just strings you along, with not intention of contacting you or doing the work. One call to ACTNow in Oxford received an immediate response, and the job is getting fixed. I don't like dealing with cons, and Maine Line cannot be trusted. Go with ACTNOW if you are in Oxford or the Norway area.

These guys are the local team that make it happen. I had scheduled to have a different plumber install two new faucet kits and new knobs for my kitchen and bathroom the day my counters and sinks were installed. The guy never responded. I called ACTNOW while traveling for work this day and within an hour I had two guys at my house prepared to complete the job. Two other guys assisted the two completing the work to give them additional parts also. I had cash on me and they didn’t have change so the owner waved the $30. Outstanding work and customer service. People have busy lives with work, children etc. and to have a local business make it this easy why would you want to do business with anyone else. It’s a relief. One week later and I am loving the job that they did. No leaks and clean work. Next project my shower and I know I’ll be calling these guys!

The team of 2 were well organized and timely completed the install. The team came outside their stated time by a 1.5 hrs. Would like a call for a heads-up in the future.

Our basement flooded when our perimeter drain backed up and ActNow called us back promptly when no other business did and came out quickly to diagnose and correct the problem. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They were incredible!

We woke up with no water pressure on a Sunday. Tried a couple things on our own with no success. Was referred by a friend to Rick. Called Monday morning first thing. Someone was at my house same day at 1:30pm. They worked into the dark installing new wire and a new well pump in my 300ft deep well. We had water by 6pm!

Our toilet kept backing uo and we called another company first, who misdiagnosed the problem and charged over $500.00 without even fixing the issue.
I called these guys after what the first company said wasnt adding up.
These guya diagnosed the problem accuratly right away and gave an honest upfront quote which was almost exactly what the finished work came out to be when billed.
The problem was fixed and we could not be happier. I wouldnt trust another company as I do this one.

We came home from vacation to 8” of standing water in our basement. We suspected it was due to a clogged perimeter drain. Ricky’s team came next day (the day before Thanksgiving, no less) and jetted out the drain for us, removing a huge ball of roots 25’ in the pipe which had created a complete blockage. They were knowledgeable and talked with us for a while about what happened and how to prevent it moving forward. We were so relieved to finally be able to stop the water from coming in and appreciated them coming so quickly after our call.

Ricky and team came through and replaced a well line the was leaking into my basement. They got started right away and got the job done in a just a few days. Quality of work was good and holding up nicely. Pricing was fair and worth it for the excellent and fast service. If you are in a jam I highly recommend calling Actnow.
