Aylssa at Action Roofing makes sure the job gets done! She is fantatstic at her job, very dediciated, timley and great to work with.

The work crew was great! Always answered questions. Kept the work area clean and were very courteous. Rosario, as the crew leader, was always ready to discuss any questions or concerns. We were even visited by the owner, Albert, who was as pleasant as everyone else.

I will recommend this company to everyone I know. They are beyond friendly and helpful. I live in a 3 story townhouse and they did what they had to do that I could get heat back ❤️❤️ forever greatful. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

We asked for an evaluation and estimate for our roof. No storm damage was found and so we elected to have them complete their maintenance package and remove an old satellite dish.

The work was scheduled, completed and they shared photos of the new seals and other work done as part of the maintenance.

I had a small emergency when I found a raccoon had literally chewed through my roof right at vent cap. Action showed up that day and temporarily patched the roof with rain on its way saved me a lot of other damage and once we got the raccoon out they came back and finished repairing and a fair price.

I got a little too close to the overhang with the RV and crushed the seamless gutter along the front of our house. I contacted Action Roofing. They sent out an estimator, sent an estimate, got an electronic signature and performed the work all within about a week and I never did see anyone - completely contactless! I did call them back out to reseal a joint which again they completed promptly. I was happy to work with a local company and very pleased with the results. I would most definitely call them again if I need their services (but hopefully, won’t have to)

I was able to get a bid very quickly for an insurance claim. I spoke with two people associated with this company and they are very personable and professional.

We have used Action Roofing 3 times to repair hail damage. The Action Roofing crew do excellent work. Albert's communication skills between the customer and the insurance company make it a smooth process. I will highly recommend Action Roofing if you need your roof repaired, Call Ac tion Roofing.

Excellent service, great communication, kept us informed what they were doing, took pictures of the problem areas, was on time and cleaned up after they were down. Very pleased with Action Roofing.

Action made it super easy to get the new roof installed. They met me and the insurance adjuster and it only took a few minutes to get the roof approved for replacement. Action had the roof installed within the same week. Super easy. I would work with them on the next roof I need in 25 years.

Action Roofing made replacing our roof a simple easy process. They explained everything in detail leaving us with no questions. They were professional and cleaned up after they were done leaving no trace they were here except the new roof and gutters. They did an amazing job!

Action was wonderful to work with. I filled out the online estimate request and was contacted by Alyssa in their office within a day. They were out with a very reasonable quote within the week and only a few weeks out for service. They wrapped our windows, repaired our wood siding and did several repairs to our soffits. We're very happy with the work and would recommend them to anyone!

Action did an excellent job. I had 2 other companies come out to look at doing the repair and implied they would do the work. Neither one of them ever followed up or return a text or email. Action came out and inspected the damage. They told us they would send us a bid to do the work and within 2 days they sent out the bid and 2 weeks later the job was done. This is what I call service and how it should be done. I would recommend this company highly.

Working with action was great! Alyssa was amazing and every time I called she was extremely helpful and knew who I was. She was incredibly responsive and even stayed late to make sure a time sensitive matter was resolved for us. John was also great to work with. They made us feel like we were in great hands throughout the process.

Over charged. My house is in worse shape now then before the replacement of siding and gutters.
It needs to be re-done. $9600 to fix and $13400 to redo the mess they did. This company is asking for more money. My siding is falling apart. This is the end result of there work. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

On time and very thorough. They take before pictures of any issues and and after picture of what they did to fix it. Highly recommend their Annual Roof Inspections!! Totally worth it before roof cavities become root canals.

Action Roofing is a great company. They have been inspecting my roof for more than 4 years, after storms, and have never offer something is not needed. Their prices are competitive.

We had a great experience with Action Roofing - good pricing and great work that lasts. Our roof is now about 2 years old and we have had zero issues. Office staff were responsive and the crew that did the work were hard working and efficient.

I really was hoping based on others reviews that I would have a spectacular experience. I had John come out and take a look at my issue. He said it should easily be under $1K to fix it up and should take full day maybe a bit more. I get an estimate that it will be $1400ish. I figured they aim high and bill lower. I was wrong.

Two guys and John come out to my house to start the work. John openly disrespects me to his employees right in front of my camera. I am not appreciative on how he talked about me. (-1 star for professionalism)

John leaves and the two guys get to work. One worker and one apprentice or helper of some sort. The apprentice sat in the car most of the time, but this is fine. I'm sure it is an OSHA thing. They change their plans and finish working in 4.5hrs. Much less time than the original estimate. (-1 star for not following our agreement)

I check their work and my roof still leaks. (-1 star) One guy comes back and fixes it, free of charge. This was very good service. (+1 star) Not sure about being OSHA happy since there was just one guy on a ladder...but the repair was fixed up and everything is great from a repair standpoint. Very satisfied. (+1 star)

I receive a bill for the full $1400 estimate. I was shocked to say the least. I asked for a line item receipt and they refused to do so. (-1 star) John eventually wrote some stuff down. $110 an hour for both the apprentice and the normal employee. This rate is much higher than others in our area. His list even included things he said they would do for free. It very much looked to be a stretch to get the numbers to add up. (-1 star)

I definitely won't be using or recommending them to anybody in the near future, but I can also see that they do do good work. Don't let my review completely dissuade you from hiring them, just keep in mind that they are expensive and their estimates are full on quotes. They can change their agreement to a cheaper alternative to shave time and labor off, but your bill will not reflect this.

It is just a bummer overall. I had such great hopes and expectations. Our original meetup was such a good experience. Once I signed that contract it all went downhill.

Look, sometimes just getting a contractor to call you back is a challenge. Action Roofing is an A+ provider that is very responsive. They certainly do a great job on the work, but also keep you up to date on what is happening, their schedule and how it impacts your job, and they always return your call. I've had some struggles getting help with my roof especially because of the pitch (very steep), and Action Roofing was there for me right away. Can't recommend them enough.

Action came highly recommended by my daughter after they took care of some significant hail damage at her home. She was amazed at their honesty and their knowledge of insurance company procedures. She loved their work. Me, too. I hate dealing with contractors. They're slow. They don't keep appointments. They don't work a full day and niggle at you with surprise costs. Not Action. I was amazed and honestly felt they were on my side. They did work for less than quoted, helped me wade through bothersome insurance practices and finished a lot of work in an amazingly short amount of time. As long as they're around I won't call anyone else. Sound too good to be true? Come look at my house.

This company really has a wonderful team from boss to workers, from start consulting to sign contract, to finish work. They are very honest people to tell how to select materials, work very carefully and price is good. I will recommend this company to fix your roof.

This last summer Action Roofing replaced our roof because of a hail storm. The owner, Alberto did a very good job explaining the process. The installers did an excellent job with little disruption to our daily lives. They also did a very good job cleaning up the nails, old shingles, etc. The whole process was seamless. What I appreciated was that they worked directly with our insurance company.

Action Roofing were very quick to respond to repairs needed caused by storm damage, They also got the work done in a timely manner. Because it was necessary to disconnect power while repairs were made, they brought a generator to use in the repairs AND offered to let us connect to it if needed to keep refrigerator/freezer running. We have used them before and aALWAYS have been pleased with their service.

In an arena where there are so many scrupulous businesses, we are truly happy we chose Action.

The owner came out the next day to give me a bid on some roof repair and maintenance. We agreed on a price and scheduled the work. The crew showed up on time and did the work quickly and as promised. They did take before and after photos so I could see the finished product. I would highly recommend them. Their phone contact person, Alyssa was fantastic.

Action resided our house and the garage - the team they sent was FANTASTIC. They were quick, efficient, clean, and professional at all times. They did a wonderful job, everything was perfect, they thought of things we didn't think of - like trimming the lights and outlets. We also had them remove an old unused chimney, when they noticed rotting wood they replaced it without question before matching and replacing roofing needed. They also did a great job cleaning up - we have not found a nail or trash anywhere.

Couldn't be happier with the with they did on our roof. We've had such bad experiences with contractors but I knew immediately after meeting the owner that they were to notch. It took 2 days from start to finish and they left with the yard looking better than when they left. I couldn't give a higher recommendation.

Prompt response. Came out very quickly to give an estimate. Estimate was right on target of project cost. Did not get the work done; however, because other issues came up. Would recommend getting an estimate and moving forward with Action Roofing.

They were out to my house very fast after I called them and after asking them to fix my roof, they were at my house within 2 or 3 days and fixed it fast. Great people to work with and yes, I did pass them on to one of my family members who also used them to fix a leak in his roof as well. Good job!

I would highly recommend this company. I got an estimate with pictures and explanation of roof leak. After I agreed to the repairs they were here quickly to fix it. I had also asked for an estimate to replace roof and was told it could wait a couple more years but the whole roof estimate will allow me to plan for this next step. Professionals all the way!
