The men that work there are courteous but the store manager rudely told me when i asked one of the men a question that they work for her. She is the type of person give them a little authority over others and they will abuse it. Rudeness and arrogance to the max

What a wonderful local hardware store. Not only do they have all the supplies you need locally, they are very helpful. We had our camper window shatter and the lady even helped me find a local glass company. Great experience if local skip Walmart, and go here. Support these incredible small town local businesses

They replaced my bathroom floor and installed a new toilet. Did not clean Up after themselves. We bought a 4x8 sheet of plywood and they used a 2x2 square of of it. The worker took the plywood when he left and should not have. I was accused of not wanting to pay because she said we owed them for trim which was never installed. To this day the job was never finished properly. I wanted my tub converted to a shower and she backed out of doing that. Will not work with her again very disappointed.

All of this staff knows their business and can easily help you with yours. Staff knows their stock well and can/will help both novice and professional purchase exactly the right item. Returns handled quickly and easily. Many items are sold as single items so no need to purchase more than a homeowner needs. From garden to flooring, paint to tools.. they have it all.
I do wish they would close later than noon on Saturday so they could service the slower week-end home and garden fixer upper folks. Asset to our community for sure.

A fellow and I stopped by there to get some chainsaw blades sharpened and the guy we talked to was I guess having a bad day so he decided to take it out on us. I told him I didn't care for his customer service and he told me to get our saws and get the F out of there. Jack Acord the owner needs to pay more attention to satisfying his customers than making a quick buck. Terrible customer service and I won't ever spend money there again.

You'll find all the things you need here, or they know a place where you can get what you need. They have a great selection of tools, parts, fasteners, and supplies for your projects. The team knows their stuff and the area and region pretty well, so you get good service. I have visited several times with excellent results. Prices are good here.

Nice store. A lot of good stuff packed into the place but not messy or anything. Good service and good products. Nice when you dont wanna drive all the way to Ace or towards Rogers.

Hey, spent 5 months in Eureka Springs and this was our go to place for all things hardware. Friendly and helpful clerks waste no time asking you what they can do for you. AND if Dani has a fresh eggs sign up, try her fresh free range butt nuggets. Superb tasting fresh product. Can’t go wrong shopping here.

I have read most of your post, and I am leaving this review because the lady behind your counter yesterday was very rude. The gentleman you had working out side was nice, and helpful, but she was not in the slightest. I will edit this in the future with more detail for you if I have time, as I know you say you like the feedback, or you can post a time when you are available and I would be happy to call the store and speak to you directly.

I live half a block away from this perfect store. I am a 62 yo female. At least once a week I stroll in looking for some obscure piece of a 3 part 7yo "whatzit" I want to fix. Every one of the staff is more than helpful in locating or adapting for my needs EVERY time! So whether you are making a 50 cent purchase, renting a backhoe or renovating any room in your house you will be treated as royalty and always have all of your needs met profession ally & with a smile.

The TV they keep on in the corner is very loud/painful with that ultra high frequency whine that comes out of glass/cathode-ray sets from way back when. I understand some people can't notice sounds above a certain frequency, but it honestly hurts. I hope they get bored enough to install a nice QUIET little flat screen manufactured this decade! That being said, the people at this hardware store will go above and beyond to help you figure out even the most insignificant problem, and get the hardware and advice you need. Whether you are working on a big project or just need $1 worth of washers, it's a pleasant experience and they don't waste your time.
