Shaun takes a ton of pride in the guys he works with at Acme Roofing and Siding. Shaun worked tirelessly with the insurance company to get our claim approved, and then make sure to check in with us multiple times to ensure all our questions were answered and that we were satisfied. They do a great job and go well above and beyond on the project. My house looks fantastic after they replaced all of our siding, trim and eaves.

Can’t say enough good things about working with Acme on repairing our siding! After taking some damage from a bad storm, our siding needed some patch jobs and pretty urgently as more risked falling off throughout the following day. I got a call back to my inquiry almost immediately, personally from the owner (and in the middle of the weekend). They were able to get a team out within a few hours and get my repairs all taken care of at a very transparent and reasonable price. I went from worried I wouldn’t have siding left on the side of my house, to watching his team work extremely professionally within hours. Why I selected ACME Roofing & Siding company to complete my project.
Shaun Poland, ACME Roofing & Siding, came out to see what I knew about the process and to educate me about the entire process including the insurance and money aspects of the process. I learned his company did both repair and full replacement of roofs and siding and assists with finding professionals who can do work his company doesn't provide. Which makes for a very stress free experience.
My project required storm damage to the roof, siding, and to the interior caused by the roof damage. I learned from Shaun that due to the age of my siding, it was most likely that the insurance company would grant a full house replacement.
Once I selected Shaun's company, he had someone out to patch the siding to prevent further damage. With winter on it's way, Shaun elected to get the roof repaired first. Since winter arrived, we had time to discuss the siding colors and a walk thru for the siding work, since the insurance company granted the full house replacement. His team came in and within 2 days completed the siding job in a professional, detail oriented manner. His team even educated where needed.
Throughout the process, Shaun kept open communication with me insuring how the insurance and payments are conducted and expectation when conducting each phase of the work to be done on my house.
Mother nature confirmed the quality workmanship of ACME's work by raining down huge severe thunderstorms and tornado wind conditions upon my house not more than a week after completion. Both roof and siding were okay.

Shaun and Trent were both amazing, they helped us through a difficult time after our roof and gutters were damaged by a hail storm. Their's was the best out of 4-5 we checked. The clean-up was awesome! They used a metal detector & thoroughly examined the landscaping for debris. They remove any & all roofing debris.
The roof is intact, secure, without leaks. If one could say having a roof put on was a pleasant experience, well, seriously, we were amazed!

I'm grateful that it was a reasonable cost. Nothing unexpected. Everything was cleaned up so well, you wouldn't know they were here. They tarped everything surrounding our home. Used a blower for the gutters, used 2 different magnet's collecting all nails and swept up the debris. I highly recommend Shaun and his crew! He was very accommodating - brought shingle samples/sample boards out the next day to help us decide on the right color for our home. We knew what to expect throughout the installation process. The crew was prompt (they really do start at 7:00 AM) and efficient. Did a nice job of protecting the landscaping and cleaning up the yard once everything was completed. The roof looks great! The owner, Shaun, is an upstanding guy! His quote was very reasonable and his crew worked steadily and our roof was replaced in a day. They also cleaned up thoroughly when finished. An area around our chimney needed unexpected repair and he took care of it for us and didn't charge extra. His crew even painted the vent stack and a piece of flashing to match our new roof. Now that's attention to detail. Job well done!

Shawn and Acme replaced the entire rubber roof over our three season room, which was old and leaking badly. He researched other options but felt that replacement was best. Excellent explanations and workmanship. The price was good, not the cheapest, but we felt we felt we could trust Shawn. The room is finally dry!

We were fortunate enough to find Acme after shopping roof / siding estimates for over a year. It’s no secret that cost of materials has increased, and we left estimate after estimate feeling like we were getting raked over by other companies trying to take advantage of that. Fortunately, when we finally met with Shaun, Trenton, and the Acme team the experience just felt different from the other companies we had dealt with.

As soon as we met with them and explained what we wanted to accomplish, they patiently laid out all of our options and answered our umpteen questions. They actually gave us information about the materials that we could research on our own instead of pressuring us to select an option with a higher profit margin (we appreciated this more than anything). When we finally decided to commit to the work, they kept us in the loop about everything - when materials would be in, when each crew would be able to start (we opted for roof, siding, and gutters) - and by the end of the process, it was abundantly clear that they cared about the job looking right AND us being happy with the final result.

I contacted Acme Roofing for a new roof estimate after searching and reading several roofing contractor reviews. Shaun was quick to get his estimate over to me even though I told him I wouldn't be replacing for at least another month. I received a few other estimates but ultimately made the right decision by moving forward with Acme Roofing. Shaun came out and reviewed shingle colors and styles with me. I talked to him about some painting I was also planning to have done and how I wasn't sure which shingle color would pull everything together. He showed me samples and suggested a few he thought would look nice when asked. The supplies were delivered the next day and Shaun kept in close contact with me regarding the day of the install. We had several rainy days in-between but the first nice day we had Shaun's team was ready. When the crew was finished everything was cleaned up and you would never have known anyone was there other than my beautiful new roof. I obviously won't need a roof again anytime soon but if I did, Acme would be my first and only call.

I do not, as a habit, write reviews but in the case of Acme Roofing and Siding I'm making an exception. I chose Acme because I wanted to do business with a locally owned company and to get value for my dollars. I'm happy to say I made a great decision.. I have learned that the companies that can afford TV ads recoup that money by adding cost to the jobs they perform. Not only did I get a cost that I felt was below market, I got the job done quickly, and professionally. If you're in need of a roof or roofing repairs, you won't go wrong using Acme.

ACME replaced our roof for an insurance claim. They were very helpful in giving us all the options for shingles and worked with us every step of the way. When installation time came, they were in and out in one day. They even helped us find someone to repair some interior drywall that was included in the claim.

Shaun responded with a repair estimate quickly and had a crew out to complete the job the following day. While completing the work, they were transparent with me about issues that popped up and even absorbed the extra cost to get the job done right, at the quoted price. Hard to find such high quality and high integrity in a contractor.

They were also careful to mind social distance in the midst of this COVID-19 pandemic. Greatly appreciated.

Acme replaced the siding on two sides of our house and did a wonderful job. We had to find a very specific type/ color of siding to match the rest of our house, and even though it wasn't a brand they usually install, Shaun was able to track it down for us.
Shaun was good at communicating and we were able to get the work done relatively quickly considering how busy the business is during the summer.
After getting many, many quotes for the job, Acme had the best price while still remaining trustworthy and reliable!

Acme Roofing and Siding far exceeded our expectations. I needed my roof replaced quickly and after meeting with 6 companies and getting 6 estimates we decided to use ACME Roofing & Siding. Acme was not the most expensive, and 2 of the quotes were lower than ACME but vague on details and had poor reviews. The experience with ACME was excellent from start to finish. During the process of installing our roof, the crew was very professional, careful, efficient, friendly and very hard working. They truly cared about the job and wanted to see us completely satisfied with the overall result. Shaun answered any questions we had regarding the installation process be it techniques, materials, preventative maintenance etc. The team arrived on time and got started immediately. It was clear from the beginning that his team works together well and has a well-established process. They were able to complete the job, which included a complete tear off, installing new shingles and flashing with the drip edge, roof vents, and fixing flashing that was not done correctly by the company that had installed the previous roof, in two days and my yard was free of all debris, including roofing nails before they left. After the job was completed, I was shown around my home and Shaun explained everything that was done to the roof with pride in the work showing. What a difference my new roof is compared to the previous one that was on my home when I bought it. I just love my new roof.

When I retired, I knew that my home needed several repairs. Roofing, siding, windows, the usual things. I used Acme Roofing to install a new roof and rebuild my chimney, replaced all siding and windows. I liked their work very much.

We called Acme out after a lot of our shingles blew off in a bad storm in March and they had someone out to tarp the roof within 2 hours. They ended up replacing our roof last week, and everything went really great. No issues at all!
