We had a great experience with Chase from ACME Performance and the new roof he installed at a fair and competitive price. He and his crew had the old roof demoed and the new one installed all in three days, kept the place very clean each day, answered our questions that we had along the way, and did exactly everything that he said he would. Chase was recommended to us by another contractor. Chase came out on a Friday knowing we needed a roof and siding certification. Chase got right to work told us he could do it but wanted make a few repairs to meet his standards. We set up for him to come back the following week and not 10 minutes later he texts and says he will be back that night to get it done. Chase worked until almost 8:00 and got it done. He knew how important this was to us and he wanted to make sure it was done right away. To work late on a Friday night and take time away from his family was, spoke volumes to us about his work ethic. He came in at a great price and did quality work. You cannot go wrong with ACME. A branch from the last wind storm caused some roof damage.
Chase was quick to respond and to get us a quote. While there for the quote he plugged a hole to get us through until the repairs could be done.
During the repair he took mulitple pictures of the work as he was doing it. After he was done, you can not tell there had been any damage.

The job lasted several days because they removed over 12 tons .. yes TONS of a double layer comp shingle. They replaced Chimney flashing and performed some plywood repairs as well .
From the beginning Chase communicated the details clearly with me . He kept me updated on the progress and took several photos showing the work being done and completed. They cleaned up the debris and walked with me for a final approval .

Acme recently painted my bedroom for me and did an absolutely fabulous job! They were quick and efficient, got it done in about 5 hours despite the ceiling needing three coats of paint. The lines between the walls and ceiling are immaculate and the walls themselves look great! They will be my go to for home projects moving forward.

We’re very happy with the work done by Acme High Performance. We most recently had our fence replaced. Thuy and Hunter understood what we wanted and got the job done. They worked with my neighbor and her requests too which simplified matters.

My new grape arbor is amazing! Our prior arbor rotted and fell over. The 30 year old vine needs support. Acme High Performance did an amazing job building out my arbor. They were quick, used quality hardware, easy to work with, communicated with me precisely how I wanted it built and completed the job in a timely manner. The job site was cleaned up afterwards like they’d never been there. I was just left with a beautiful arbor that we can enjoy our swing under. They even adjusted the vine to ensure the branches were on top of the arbor for effective growth. I highly recommend Acme High Performance! Thuy is a miracle worker and gets the job done.

We found Chase through the church we are attending. We asked him to fix a leak in our roof and he went over and beyond. Then we realized the entire roof needed replacing. Acme High Performance fixed a failing gutter system by installing new facia boards. Chase was easy to work with, flexible and willing to work with budget constraints. I'm very satisfied with the paint match and appearance of the house.

Friendly, concerned about quality, concerned about the customer needs. 2 years ago, I watched Chase install a roof across the street. That roof still is beautiful and Chase quickly responded to my request for a bid. The quote was very reasonable, When the weather was dry for 4 days, he removed the old, installed the new and cleaned up. I have engaged him to replace siding that has deteriorated.

Chace and his crew are the kinds of guys you wish would have around not only to work on your home but could be invited to a BBQ, upstanding men who went above and beyond what's required. Knowing I have had people in the past take advantage he made sure that every dollar spent needed to be spent and that his bill was what it was supposed to be. After three years, The roof looks amazing and I've not had to call him to fix any mistakes. When the roof was going back together he fixed a couple of things that I had not asked but would prematurely damage the roof, just the kind of guy he is. He takes pride in his work and makes sure the job is done right the first time. Cannot recommend enough. You can turn your back on him to do what was asked.

Our coast house was a challenge, but Chase came through. The little house was built in 3 stages starting in the late 1940's and had several issues. Chase came in and worked his butt off to make it all look great and safe. He is hardworking, reliable and honest. We would hire him again in the future.
