This company installed a metal roof on our house in 2014. We had our roof inspected 2023 and was told my Stanick Roofing the roof was installed improperly. Achelphol honored the warranty, but after they repaired the roof, I developed a huge leak in the bathroom from the roof that damaged my wall and ceiling which took them weeks to find and repair. In the meantime this leak caused 6100 dollars worth of damage to ceiling, wall and insulation in the attic , and the trim around the opening to the attic from them entering and exiting the attic trying to locate the leak. I have contacted Achelphol numerous times regarding the damage and provided them with a copy of the repair estimate from the construction company. NOW they will not return my phone calls. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. In July 2025 I had another part of the roof inspected by a Reputable Metal Roofing company and was told the reason why my vent on the bathroom upstairs had condensation and was dripping was because when the roof was installed there was no ventilation made in the 2nd story of the roof. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE INSTALLATION, THE PROBLEMS AND THE DAMAGE I HAVE HAD AND that they won't repair the damage to the wall/ceiling in my bathroom and they won't return my phone calls. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

I'm a builder an I can't say enough good things about this company. Amanda is amazing, she sweet but knows it all. Very smart lady.

Formen installer- Alex worked very hard. He's very serious about his work. He has went the extra mile for me an my customers.

My wife and I had decided after replacing a shingle roof two times that it was time to do something different. I have known the Achelpohl family for years but never had them install a roof. They were very professional and delivered when they said they would. Amanda and David both were very good to work with and we’re glad to help however needed.
