ACE Roofing is THE most professional business I have had the pleasure of working with. They were responsive to all our questions, the owner gave us a quote far lower than two other businesses presented (one of those contractors was actually quite argumentative!). The crew was hard working, non stop, and very respectful and when they left, you never even knew they had been there--the yard was immaculate.

We just had Ace Roofing install a metal roof on our log cabin and we are more than happy with the results! The roofing crew, led by Wendell, worked hard to complete the entire roof in just one day... they were so in sync with each other and it was awesome to watch them work. They were also reasonably priced and scheduled us quickly... I would highly recommend them if you are in the market for a metal roof!

We had two quotes to put a roof on our double wide trailer. This quote came in at $7000 less. The owner came out and did the estimate. He took his time and asked questions. The other company was predicting they would get to us in November. In the end, we got the roof cheaper and months earlier. I highly recommend Ace Roofing.

I wasn't sure if I wanted to go with a metal roof but I'm so glad I did! Dealing with ACE Roofing was absolutely fantastic from the initial estimate to the completion of the project. And when they left you couldn't find any evidence in the yard that they were even here they cleaned up everything! We got our roof done by Ace roofing and they were professional, courteous, and when the job was done, the owner came himself to install the snow stop and check out the roof. Very happy with the job and the warranty.

These guys are good. The challenge with many contractors in Central Maine is getting them to simply return a phone call or email, whether they be busy or not – and being transparent and honest on timing. These guys were responsive setting realistic expectations on timing during a busy time of year. They were able to deploy within a week or two. They then sent out a quality guy (Matt) that knew he was doing making the repairs painless for me. They were also price competitive. It was a good experience and I’d recommend them for roofing needs. I live in the Orono area and they came up all the way from Etna to fix my leaky roof. They answered their phone and scheduled an appointment in the same call. Didn't have to leave a message, didn't have to wait for someone to call me back. Reasonable price for quality work, came out once and the problem was fixed. Specializes in installing metal roofs but went up on my shingles and fixed it in no time. Thanks guys!

I would recommend Ace Roofing if you are considering a new roof.

I got several quotes for both metal and asphalt roofs. Ace was among the lowest quotes and was more responsive and confidence-inspiring than the others. There was one lower quote for an asphalt roof, but the company would not respond for the next steps. It is a difficult decision as an important and pricey home project. I was worried that we would end up overpaying or with a contractor that we could not trust.

I am very happy that we went with Ace in the end, the new metal roof looks great, used locally sourced materials, and will certainly last.

While we weren’t able to fix a leak issue (slate roof) Neil and the Ace Roofing team were incredibly responsive in trying to resolve the problem. Would highly recommend and will be working with them in the future if other non-slate issues come up

This has got to be the best roofing company in my area. I called for a small repair and the showed up in 2 business days. They said they were booked till July but got me in and fixed my problem. Everybody else i called said cant help you to busy. So if you need help contact ACE Roofing.

We own a 52 year old camp on a lake in Maine and it had been more than 25 years since we had new shingles put on the roof. We decided to have a metal roof put on and saw a sign for Ace Roofing along the road where they were installing a metal roof for another family. Ace Roofing has done 2 homes for me. 1 required roof skylight flashing. If you take a look at metal roofing installations, this is the #1 complaint. No complaint on my installations. Neil from Ace Roofing was amazing. I put in my initial email that the problem was small and likely not worth a professional roofing company's time. I emailed 5 other companies. Ace called me back that day (only one that did), set a meeting time within two weeks, a pro (Neil) came over, assessed the issue, verified it was likely small, offered to do some light remediation at a great value (while encouraging me to call back if the small remediation didn't solve the problem which it hopefully will), and headed on his way. I also had a delightful conversation with Neil about life, my work, the future of housing, the roofing business, etc...almost a shame either of us had work to do. Can't recommend high enough based on their professional nature.

Was extremely happy using Ace roofing. We had just purchased a house and the roof was in pretty bad shape. Ace was able to quickly get me an estimate and their price for a quality metal roof beat out my other quotes. Roof looks beautiful and I expect it to last many many years. Highly recommended!

Neil came to give an estimate on a metal roof, because our roof was leaking..while on the roof, he found 3 holes! Climbed down, went to truck, got caulking gun, returned and caulked the holes!
It finally rained and our roof did not leak!!

Had them do a roof on my double wide four years ago. I had one small issue that they addressed immediately.they did it fast! They gave me a 5 year labor and 40 year material warranty. I’ve had no problems since the tiny one mentioned. Their price was over $1k less than others. I just called them to have my garage done.

We called numerous times for an estimate for a roof in Milo Maine and also talked on the phone directly with him many times. He assured us that he wanted to do the job but we have not heard back from him in many weeks and so we have stopped calling and we hired another company, Home Roofing Solutions in Etna Maine, and they were very prompt with all their services. I recommend that company to anyone that needs their roof done over and that would expect to be treated professionally
