Bob and his team did a wonderful job. Believe it or not. I was in need of a roof repair for a couple months and had something come through my fax machine for a roof specialist. Called the phone number on the sheet of paper and Bob answered he came out gave me a free estimate and walked me through the entire job. I was a little skeptical at first because he was from out of town, but he seemed like a nice guy so I gave him a chance. I’m glad I gave him a chance because at the end of the day he did a fantastic job. We are six months in and I couldn’t be happier.

Highly recommend them! Bobby was great and kept us informed through the whole process of getting our new roof! Even with bad weather they got everything done within a timely matter. We have dogs and they were awesome with keeping the yard cleaned up. Even offered to let us put stuff in the dumpster they had. Chris and I were extremely happy with their work and now don’t have to dread a leaking roof when it rains!

Beware of Ace Roofing and Construction!!

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Ace Roofing and Construction, specifically their so-called "expert," Bob Mitchell. It's safe to say that my encounter with him was nothing short of a nightmare.

From the very start, Bob displayed classic snake oil salesman tactics. He had an uncanny ability to talk circles around anyone, leaving you feeling both confused and pressured into making decisions that benefited him more than the customer. It's clear that his priority lies in padding his own pockets, rather than providing quality service.

What truly shocked me, however, was Bob's incredible rudeness. When I dared to disagree with his questionable recommendations, the level of verbal disrespect that followed was nothing short of appalling. It's astonishing that someone in a customer service role can treat people with such contempt.

To add insult to injury, I initially called Ace Roofing to address a warranty issue with a roof they had installed previously. Instead of focusing on honoring the warranty and rectifying their own shoddy work, Bob insisted on diverting attention to working on our parking lot. This blatant attempt to upsell services we didn't need was both infuriating and unprofessional.

In light of this deeply unsatisfactory experience, I strongly caution anyone considering Ace Roofing and Construction to steer clear. There are countless other reputable companies out there that value their customers, uphold their warranties, and conduct business with integrity.

Save yourself the headache and hire a more reliable alternative. Your peace of mind is worth it.
