We had Ace Roof and Construction do our summer home in Lawrenceville. Our outside needed work desperately. As you can see the full patio and backyard remodel came out great! I will be calling them when its time for our next home renovation! 10/10 thanks Lim family!

After interviewing four different contractors, I ended up going with Mark, not only did he show great attention to detail, but he obliged my every request. We had a bathroom remodel amongst other projects to update our home to this decade. Our bathroom is unusually small for a master, and mark recommended to remove the tub that was never used in order to create a larger shower. The project was seamless and was made very easy for us. The crew made sure to leave no mess behind, and the communication aspect throughout the whole process was great. Ace provides competitive pricing, little to no disturbances, and efficient work. We will certainly have Mark and his team take care of all necessary home projects moving forward.

I was in need of a new roof so I looked around for contractors and Mark was an absolute delight and so helpful with dealing with the insurance company for me. He really knew what needed to be done to get the most out of my insurance and I really appreciate him and his team for a job well done!

I Love My New Room Addition. I feel good about the project and the process. Mark Lim of Ace Roof & Construction, LLC and his crew did a superior job.
1. Their work was very high quality.
As an example, Mr. Lim put in 10 footings instead of the agreed upon 9. He also reinforced the columns. There was no additional cost. Because he takes pride in his work and wants the highest level of structural soundness.

2. Mr. Lim and his team were professional and pleasant.
They came every day at 8 am, worked a full day and notified me if there was a schedule change. Mr. Lim was personally, on site every day and particularly engaged when key activities were in progress; like getting the angle on the roof beams correct or installing the skylights.

3. Mr. Lim accommodated my wishes.
When I didn’t like the stain color for the wood ceiling, he suggested that we wait a day before painting. The next day, Mr. Lim returned with the perfect color even though I didn’t think so when it was drying. He was patient with me.

I am very happy that I selected Mark Lim of Ace Roof & Construction. I got a quality, professional job that was completed within the agreed upon timeline. Mark and his team built a new deck for my house, in Tucker. Mark was great to work with and came up with a great design for my deck. The project turned out even better than I expected. The Ace team is highly professional and delivered an high quality deck. I thought the pricing was very fair and I got a great deck in the end. I would highly recommend Ace Roof & Construction.

Mark and his team replaced my deck. They were wonderful to work with and did a beautiful job. Highly recommend them.

I hired Mark with Ace Roof & Construction to repair the trim around my bay window and front door side lights in December. They were a little more expensive, but I went with him since he had good reviews, and seemed knowledgeable. I wanted to make sure the work was done right, and not just cheap. Turns out, the work was more expensive AND low quality.

The crew was not very friendly, broke some of our Christmas lights that were in the front bushes and left a mess in the front yard. Mark came and helped fix this the same day after I called and complained, so I didn't leave a bad review at the time even though I still had a bad taste in my mouth from the job that was done.

However, once he cashed the check, he was of no help at all. A couple months later, the paint started weathering away, and the wood (or whatever material it was) started to shrivel up. I emailed Mark to come out and take a look before we got our house listed. No response. I reached out again a couple days later, and he said he would be out in a couple days to take a look. No response after that. I was fortunate enough to have an offer on my home very quickly despite the trim, however I ended up giving the buyer an allowance to fix the weathered trim, as part of the negotiation from their home inspection. I messaged him yet again, and he replied a couple days later and said it just looked dirty and that I
could just wipe it off. Very unprofessional response. I replied again letting him know that the home inspector disagreed, and since he never replied, I was now on the hook for even more money. I offered for him to make it right, but never heard back from him after this.

I would not recommend "Ace" at all. The quality of their work was sub-par, the workers were not very good or clean, and the communication from Mark after the job was completed was just awful.
