ACE Restoration

This the 2nd time we have used this company. And I can’t say enough great things about them. From the owner Leo, thoroughly assessing all the damage to make sure we got everything covered by the insurance. To Zach, who answered all questions/requests immediately with professionalism (he’s got a great eye for detail and design). And Ryan and Matt are also amazing, their painting skills are superb. Even Joe, the carpenter, was great and did excellent work. These guys are all super friendly and professional. Even when I asked for help opening up a jar, which they did with a smile. As a woman with kids, I feel very comfortable being at home with them and even leaving them unattended in the house. Very trustworthy. GREAT GREAT GREAT company. I will forever use them when I need work done in the house.

I had some water damage to my bathroom that was excellently repaired by this wonderful team. They certainly went above and beyond to help and had great communication to keep me updated along the way. Thank you Leo, Zack, Matt, and Ryan for doing such a great job!

I cannot say enough about the job that Ace Restoration did for our Kitchen rebuild. From the moment we first met with Leo & Zack my wife and I knew we were in good hands, they completely took over the negotiations with our homeowners insurance company and was able to get us a lot more money to put towards the rebuild of our new kitchen. To say this came at a bad time was an understatement but Ace Restoration made this a very easy process and was able to get us the kitchen we wanted right down to every small detail, all of their guys were always on time, neat and extremely professional. When these guys finished we were sad to see them leave!! We will most definitely use them in the future and would recommend them to anyone that is looking for any type of home improvement!! We absolutely love our new kitchen!!

A few months ago, we woke up to nearly half our house under water. Everything was destroyed and we were devastated. After contacting @itszackblack, the guys at @acerestorationct helped us take immediate action to get our home back together. Their knowledge, guidance, patience, and incredible work ethic is unmatched and we cannot say enough wonderful things about this company. Just look at this amazing space my family gets to come home to and make memories in! We are forever grateful!

Plumbing failure at the end of April 2021 resulted in a huge demo and replacement job for almost my whole first floor in a 1954 Cape.
Leo, Zack, and the rest of the Ace crew were awesome. They came in and patiently worked with me and answered all my "nitpicky" questions and concerns throughout the whole project like they were dealing with a family member. The quality and craftsmanship is superb and their subcontractors like Alex the electrician and the awesome floor guy are top notch. I could not have asked for anything more.
Someone worth mentioning a bit separately and in a focused manner is Leo. I came into this endeavor with ZERO claims experience of ANY sort. I had never even filed an auto claim. My "homeowners" company, I would imagine was quite typical of any insurance company where they tell you they want to give you as much as you deserve while at the same time telling you why you don't deserve it. Leo is a PRO and I know of no one as knowledgeable in dealing with insurance claims and adjusters as him. If Leo had not been there to guide me through my insurance dealings I would not have been able to have my house repaired in the pristine and updated way that it was. Leo understands coding and requirements as well as the way to present it to an insurance company that a "layperson" will not.

At the end of the day and all those words above later. To Leo and all the guys at AceRestorationCT. Thank you for an excellent job well done. To anyone looking for a contractor to help with an insurance restoration, you truly cannot find a better company.

I had a tree fall on and in the in-law apartment attached to my house during Tropical Storm Isias in August 2020. That night, I was in contact with ACE, and Leo and Zack showed up first thing the next morning and had a tree crew out hours. After the tree was removed, they were able to seal up the hole and any damage as to not receive any further water damage.

Leo then helped me work with my insurance and mortgage company to make what should have been a stressful process, as easy as could be for me and also assisted the tenants in the apartment with their renter's insurance.

Zack and his crews did phenomenal work and were incredibly professional. Zack kept in contact very frequently to make sure the work that was being done was what I wanted, and would keep my in the loop whenever something needed to be done differently or changed.

Overall, I would recommend ACE Restoration to anyone needing insurance repairs or just standard renovation to their home. They made an overwhelming process incredibly smooth and simple.

What a pleasure it was to have them repaint our house. Their work was amazing. It was like walking into a new house. They were careful when removing furniture and put it back exactly where they took it. They would communicate the times they would be working and keep us updated on which rooms they planned to paint that day. At the end of the job they made sure we were happy with the work and we were.

Leo and his crew at Ace went above and beyond. The two gentlemen working at my house were extremely thorough and accommodating while putting a new roof on my home due to storm damage. Fast , friendly, affordable and professional. Leo even called everyday to see how everything was going! Would not hesitate to use them again.

I had an insurance claim earlier this year and ACE replaced my roof and repaired some sheetrock/painted on the inside. They were in and out and very professional.
