Jay is a very knowledgeable contractor with integrity. I have worked with him extensively over 20 years, most recently on a major interior renovation with two new bathrooms and a new kitchen and mudroom. Their are a general contractor, and can accomplish any task, big if small. Jay always quotes fair prices, and completes the work with the highest quality. He stands behind his work, and fixes problems that come up weeks or months later at no additional charge. Highly recommended!!

Ace Home Services finished my basement into a In-Law Suite including a large t.v. room, bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. The price was competitive and they did not go over budget or add "extra fees." I dealt directly with the owner and he did not sub out jobs. The work was completed 1 week early and the original completion date was completely reasonable. I also used Ace for a deck, patio and a tree house for the kids.

I had Jay come over to Put in a new hot water heater(thinking it was going to be a typical high plumbing rate, he charged half the price!!!! I’m mom and I were extremely surprised and satisfied.

Jay and his crew also put a new roof on our house in College Park and we were very satisfied. Jay was very responsive to our needs as well as punctual. We would HIGHLY recommend him for and job having to do with your house
