Rob and his team did a wonderful job on our deck. Completely covered our old deck with gray composite decking, added white vinyl rails and black ballasts. Also gave us solar lighting. They worked hard under extremely hot conditions and were always friendly and polite. Would definitely recommend them!

Rob, Tony, Johnny and Snow all worked together to replace our rear deck. Rob came back and did some repair work on our outside shower. Both projects went well and we are very satisfied with the work. Would definitely recommend!

It looks so BEAUTIFUL..Mark was very detailed oriented and made sure the job was done as discussed. They removed the old porch debris during the installation and cleaned up again prior to job completion. After they left a few neighbors came over to say how nice the porch looks. The price was reasonable and I am very happy with their work. This new porch just makes my house " POP". Very happy and highly recommend this company.

I needed to add gutters to an existing structure, and the project was a bit complicated because of the location — it even required cutting through part of my deck for proper drainage.

Steve's crew did an exceptional job installing 2 sets of steps on the back of my home. Both were installed as requested and same day from start to finish. Construction was solid. Will be considering them for follow work.

We would strongly recommend Ace Home Improvements for exterior home repairs. Robert Haywood and his crew were knowledgeable and respectful, and their craftsmanship was second to none in repairing and replacing sections of the roof, soffit, trim, and gutters of my home. They also fabricated a gable and incorporated existing vinyl siding very nicely. Mr. Haywood gave morning and evening updates, and the only work delay was caused by rain. We are extremely pleased with the end result

I recently had Ace Home Improvements install Alside Chater Oak siding on my roughly 2000 square foot two-story house. I would give this company 10 stars out of five! First, my wife and I met with the salesperson, Kiko. Kiko was extremely knowledgeable and very responsive to questions. He did not pressure us to make a decision, although to be honest, I was leaning toward Ace Home Improvements based on their excellent online reviews before I obtained any of my three bids. As I expected, their price was very competitive especially considering that we decided to go with a higher-quality siding. As part of the contract, I also requested a small interior drywall repair that was completed perfectly. This occurred several weeks before the scheduling of the siding job. Next, I was contacted by the owner, Steve, and he scheduled the start date with me. Steve was also very responsive to questions and easy to communicate with. The whole process was very easy. Javier and his crew did the actual siding installation. I would like to point out that Javier and his crew were absolutely phenomenal! Javier was very pleasant to interact with and was highly responsive to every question we brought up. Javier and his crew were all highly skilled craftsmen. The quality of the work they did was absolutely phenomenal. They also left the jobsite perfectly clean each night. In sum, our experience with Ace Home Improvements was fantastic, and I absolutely plan on contacting this company for other jobs in the future.

The guys from Ace showed up on time, knocked the job out quickly and left the jobsite clean. Our wheelchair ramp is as good as new.

I had some damage to my window framing, and many window companies did not want to even consider coming out to look at it. I made a call to ACE Home Improvements, sent them a photo of the damage, and Steve Lyon gave me his very honest opinion on how to best repair the damage. He even advised me to go with the less expensive option instead of spending more for work that I did not necessarily need. The window frame is repaired and looks great. Thank you for your honesty and excellent work.

We needed some framing & siding work done on our house. A lot of times with GCs there's usually ego involved, but the guys at ACE were extremely down to earth, fairly priced, didn't try to overwhelm you with how much they knew, and did a fantastic job. They communicated great every step of the way and were very honest. I'm glad companies like this exist.

I truly appreciate their timeliness, professionalism, and the overall quality of their work. They completed my siding project on schedule, and they were entirely self sufficient. The crew was also surprising quiet while working which is impressive considering the job involved hammers, I barely heard them while they were here. The crew was courteous and professional, answering all my questions and requests patiently and did an excellent job cleaning up after the job was complete. This project required some flexibility considering they were picking up halfway through an already started project, but they were very accommodating and willing to work with me. I highly recommend Ace for any siding installation project. Steve and his crew will get it done.

Steve got us set-up with the design we needed very quickly and a very good estimate, we pulled the trigger. The crew leader Rob called me, we discussed particulars, when I stated our deck project was pretty simple and should be easy. He said that they treat all projects the same, it makes the initial on-site planning the same step by step. The process moved forward very quickly, Rob communicated with me multiple times daily letting me know where they were and how things were moving. Rob also made sure to ask if I had any questions. He & his team worked very well together, you could tell they were experienced together. I recommend Ace for any deck jobs, from my simple wood deck up through the massive composite McMansion style decks.

Cam, with Ace Home Improvement installed 10 windows for our home this week. He was very professional and respectful. AHI offered high quality windows at a reasonable price, they were not the cheapest bid, but after careful research on the windows being installed, they were a much better quality and only a bit more. Steve, the owner, made sure we had a higher quality window so we would not have to worry about ever having to replacing them again.

Ace Home Improvements does quality work at a fair price. This is my second time hiring them. Cam installed an entry and storm door for me. He is very experienced. I am extremely pleased.

Recently had some siding patch work done at my house. They had the best quoted rate by $500 to the next closest quote, and they were able to work me into their schedule within a week of me reaching out for their quote. The work was done really well with great craftsmanship! HERE'S WHAT SETS THEM APART!! The week after they did their work there was a wind storm that blew through the Virginia Beach area which unfortunately damaged the area they had done work on. They were fast to send out an evaluation team to set up a plan of action. Their plan of action was to reinstall the entire side of the house. The patch work was approximately 3-5 panels of siding. The work they completed after the wind storm was closer to 30-40 panels which they completed as part of their own warranty and promise of satisfaction. PLEASE do not pass up the opportunity to reach out to this company!! The work they did prior to the storm was 5 stars worthy. The follow up work they did after the storm is just not something other companies will deliver on!!

We recently used Ace Home Improvements again. We had a door installed on the back of our home with steps as well as getting window trim fixed that someone else had not done great. The door looks like it was always on the home they integrated it so wonderfully. Just like last time when we had our siding and gutters done they were amazing to work with. Steve is great to work with and his guys care about their work which shows in the product they put out.
