OG hardware store. Nothing fancy but everything you need. Doesn't carry lots of furniture or home Depot amount of items. Perfect for contractors and locals. Friendly people

Was in a huge rush to find some very specific hardware, nuts and bolts. I couldn't find what I was looking for and before long Robert came to help. Within a few minutes he helped me find everything I was looking for and got me out the door! Excellent service, thanks Robert!

Hardware store, does not describe this store…they do have hardware, and a very nice supply. They also have kitchen items, garden plants, fertilizer, bird supplies, dog supplies, candles, paint, cards, booze, snacks and more!

One stop shopping for most of your needs. The staff here is very friendly and helpful!

Im in a state i have never been to on an island that is foreign to me . But somehow this Ace still feels like my Ace back home.

Really big fan. These people are honorable and great staff and product selection is wonderful. I would recommend if you are rebuilding your house! Props to doing a good job Ace people!

Ace really is the place with the friendly hardware folks in Friday Harbor. I'm not from here I'm from Montana and I needed a specific 5/8 percussion drill bit. From the moment I walked into the store there was a friendly young gentleman with an Ace Hardware vest with name tag " Michael" giving me a look as though you need any help buddy. I told him that I needed that percussion bit and he immediately took me down the aisle where it was at took it off the shelf and handed it to me. Thanks Mike! I hope that management takes notice of what a friendly and efficient employee you are God bless- Tony

I was appalled by the action of an associate. I came in 12/26 because I'm here on holiday and I was in need of a heater. Me and my partner were shopping and an associate approached my partner demanding his name. She was so rude and he was told to leave the store behind my back & For what??? We have yet to receive a good reason. Any at that.
He's just a big white guy a little intimidating, can be unconsciously loud sometimes but a gentle giant. I can't believe how we were treated. And since when can an associate make an executive order to refuse us service. who's the owner? it's winter and we simply were in/out to purchase a space heater.

Great customer service. Carry more of a variety than most hardware stores. It helps a lot being in a small town on an Island.

Found myself in need of new batteries for my boat while on a day trip. Pulled into Friday Harbor expecting to pay an arm and a leg for them. I was pleasantly surprised that the prices were the same you'd pay off the island. The Ace staff were super friendly and even gave me and my two new batteries a ride to the dock and helped carry them to my boat!

As a local here in Friday Harbor for 20 years I want to thank Ace hardware for always coming through every single time when donating to our community weather it be for our kids or a celebration of life! Sometimes quickly needed items are within minutes & you guys have always come through we appreciate you so much .I can't thank you enough Shasta & Beverly this week for the short notice and the impact it had. Thank you Ace employees throughout the years being our go-to with everything we need.
