I called to get my Toyota Sienna in for a visual inspection, and got a date secured. The visual inspection went well. The guy that met with me was from O’ahu. He was very nice, explained processes and paperwork very well, and we sorted out insurance and deductible smoothly.

A lady called me to schedule the drop off for the van. I made sure the van was clean and empty, as I was directed, and that it would be dropped off on time. And it was. After we arrived, they determined that they didn’t have everything they needed, and so we had to reschedule.

On the phone, I was asked to drop off the van by 8am on the new date. And I did. The mechanic that was there was nice, and let me know that the lady who does paperwork wasn’t there yet. It was 8:36am when the lady arrived.

I forgot my face mask, and so when the lady called me in, she reminded me, “I told you to wear a mask.” The mechanic offered me one, and I graciously accepted.

They replaced the windshield and called us to pick up the next day.

I am putting 3 stars because the job was done, but professionalism was inconsistent. I appreciated the kindness when I received them, but I do not appreciate being reprimanded. I didn’t question ANY of the times that they failed to do what they said, and I was cordial the entire time…and yet I was shamed for one thing. In addition, I am not sure what it is that they didn’t have on the first drop off day, but preparedness seems to be an area of improvement, as well as timeliness.

Thank you very much for the 1st rate service. Everything about my windshield replacement was very professional and straight forward. From ordering the part, to scheduling the appointment and installation of the windshield. Highly recommended business. To Lynne and company thank you so much. My rating 10/10

While it was hard to get an appointment any time soon, Lynne was very professional and secured an appointment for me after ordering the new glass from the mainland. I understand that there have been difficulties for this company due to covid, with staff shortages and delays. However, Lynne and her partner offer excellent service. My back window was perfectly installed and the rear windshield wiper put back into place and working. I am very grateful for this excellent service. Highly recommended. Thank you!

These guys were very thrilled to us by our insurance company to replace a cracked windshield. They had to order it from the mainland so it took a while to get here but once it got here the scheduling was easy and a two day job took one day. I would highly recommend using them for any of your auto glass needs as it was quick and easy.

The middle age woman on the phone was VERY unprofessional And rude. she was just rushing to get me off the phone and actually recommended getting different quotes. She told me she didn't need me wasting her time. Hello? Isn't it your job to give out quotes. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.

Doesn't pick up their phone. If you go by the shop they'll scold you for not leaving a message and coming by in the first place. Then acted like it was a hardship to even look at my broken window, then told me they couldn't even fix it unless I remove my completely unobstructed roof rack.

Had a project car that I was working on. Instead of towing it to their shop, it was very convenient how they come to you. Took only a few minutes to replace my front windshield and driver side window. Just missing a star because it was hard to get ahold of them. But overall, they did a good job.

I simply went into inquire about a windshield for my vehicle. I was met with terrible customer service. I was given zero help and simply told they could not do anything to help me and gave me zero recommendations to help find someone who could. I felt completely disregarded as if they had zero care for my service. Will not be going back nor will I recommend them to any of my friends or family.

I'll start this off by saying, that the replacement windshield looks great. Although, my experience with customer service was very poor. No one answers the phone during normal business hours. Someone finally called me back after 2 days and then scolded me for not calling more. Dropped off vehicle and was scolded for being 30 minutes late. Ended up being charged much more than quoted due to, "rust prevention".

These guys are professionals. Their prices are fair too. I'm a car dealer and we use them all the time, so we know!
