Windshield had a Crack that didn't pass inspection. Called this place, got an appointment within a couple days. Windshield was replaced while I waited. Maybe an hour. No issues with the install after a couple months, so far so good.

Our window was smashed by some dingus and stole our stuff, Ace got a window within a day and installed it and saved our vacation. Thank you

Ace Auto Glass was great to work with. They accept my insurance and so I only had to pay my deductible. They made it very easy to make an appointment, they had the forms ready for me to sign for the insurance claim. The windshield looks great. Service was fast. Customer service top notch.

There was rust and a hole that they took a picture of and repaired for me for an additional small fee. It was something I wasnt prepared for but definitely keep in mind if ur driving an island car!

Front help was great..It's the actual service done that I'm not happy with.. Brought my 4Runner in for a small chip / crack.. (smaller than my pinky nail) on my windshield. From seeing work done by professionals in the past I figured I would spend the extra money and get it done right. Bad idea not only can I still see the veins from the crack but the air bubbles as well and the resin has a slight raise over the glass that catches on my finger nail. I now wish I would have went with the $15-20 kit from the local auto parts store and did it myself. When I asked the repair guy if this is normal he said we sometimes can't get all the bubbles out and it's okay to see the veins they won't spread. Thanks for taking my $68 plus dollars Ace Auto Glass..

Amazing service! Wayne was so extremely helpful, we had a cracked window and was only going to be $60 but he had us call our insurance and found out it was fully covered with more deductible or anything! So thankful we found this place!

Good people - recommended. A few hiccups that weren't Ace's fault regarding the expedited shipping (damage to the glass as well). But Ace did a great job, very good people to work with. They also ground down the crack causing rust as necessary without any surprises.

We waited 2 weeks to have a windshield replaced. When the glass finally came they said they could work on it next week at 10:30 A.M. When my wife took the car in they said it would be a 3 hour wait and offered to take my wife to Wal-Mart! WTF!!!! Totally unacceptable!!! I know it does not take 3 hours to replace a car windshield, my uncle did it for a living...my cousins still do it. If there was a change in work schedule, the right thing to do would be to call the customer to notify him/her of the change and not have the customer show up at the shop and offer them a ride to fricking wal-Mart to wait for up to 3 hours...are you fricking kidding me? No really...who does that? These guys replaced my truck windshield years ago in my own garage and took about 25 minutes...I was satisfied then....not now. Buyer beware.
