I cannot speak highly enough about Devin and Accountable Roofing! Very professional and knowledgeable that makes the process go so smoothly. We worked with him when we lost some shingles from our roof due to a wind storm and then again when our roof had some hail damage. He worked with our insurance on changing our roof and he explained and answered all our questions about the process. He was easy to communicate with and always replied promptly. The job was finished with in the timeframe he gave us! He is honest and very experienced in the business! We could not have a better experience!

I've had two jobs done by Accountable Restorations. The first was my roof, gutters, and other hail damage to my house and fence. Devin and his crew did a fantastic job on all counts. The job was managed well, details were handled, and Devin was in contact with me daily, managing the progress and quality of the work. Can't say enough good things about how it went. The second job was a full gutting and remodeling of my master bathroom. i had a fancy design, new plumbing, bathtub, and floor. The work was done well, the tilework is beautiful, and again, they sweated the details and it came out just like we wanted. Devin and his people couldn't have cared more or paid more attention to how we wanted things to look. As a person, you couldn't have a nicer contractor than Devin. He's genuine, knowledgeable, and thorough, and a pleasure to know.

Accountable Roofing did an excellent job with my roof & everything that was damaged during the hail storm. They worked tirelessly to put on the roof base, getting it done before the rain came. They did an exceptional job of the roof & everything that had to be repaired & painted from the damage. The painters worked tediously to get the best paint job I've ever seen. Devin is meticulous in explaining the insurance papers & how it was all going to work, in layman's terms, so I could understand perfectly. If I ever need anyone again, I will certainly call them & would recommend them to anyone.

Our neighbor had hired Accountable Roofing and had been very pleased with the work and subsequent cleanup. We asked Devin at Accountable Roofing to resolve some issues with our wind turbines grinding and making noise. He quoted us a price and we scheduled the work to be done. On the day he came to fix the turbines, he found a simpler solution which saved us money. He could very easily have performed the simpler solution and charged us the same amount of money he originally quoted...we would not have known the difference. His honesty and integrity are much appreciated! The job we asked him to do was relatively small compared to a complete roof repair or replacement, but he treated us with the same type of professionalism as if we had asked him to replace everything. We will certainly be calling Devin at Accountable Roofing when we do need our roof replaced.

We called Devin out to inspect our roof, fully expecting it needed replaced. How refreshing to receive an honest opinion! We don’t need a new roof yet, but when we do, we’ll be using Accountable Roofing & Restorations. Devin answers and returns calls, is on time, is knowledgeable, reasonable, and above all, honest.

I had a roof leak near my chimney. Devin identified a potential issue with caulking where heavy, wind-driven rain may enter. Fixed the problem for free and said, "This type of repair is more of a good neighbor repair. Don't worry about it". Very hard to find that level of professionalism and honesty today. I will certainly use Accountable Roofing in the future and recommend to anyone who is in need of roof repair. Not to mention, Devin was very punctual, arrived same-day and texted me to notify me when he was on his way.

I hired these guys to repair my roof and found them to be professional and honest. I sometimes think half my neighborhood suddenly becomes roofers after a thunderstorm but Accountable is the real deal. They showed integrity and did good work. I will look no further next time I need work done.

I feel very confident recommending Accountable Restorations. We had exterior and interior home and fence damage from the October 20th 2019 tornado. Devin was great communicating with us, with his contractors and workers, and our insurance company. Accountable Restorations holds to high standards and seems 100% honest and fair. Devin was onsite on a regular basis to ensure that roofing, framing, and interior work met our specifications. I don't usually recommend companies, but because we had so many different areas of damage that were all handled to our complete satisfaction, I feel very comfortable with this recommendation.

As many of you know it's challenging to find a good roofing company you can trust but we found one through this company, Accountable Restoration!

For over a year we became hesitant in picking a roofing company due to the stories we heard from others. The common advice received was to take time in finding a company that has great customer service and offers quality products and services. Luckily, a random conversation about roofs took place right before the Christmas holidays with a trusted board member. I expressed concerns about finding a reputable roofing company and was referred to a gentleman named Devin, the CEO of Accountable Restoration.

We set intentions to research and get bids from 3 companies total before making a final decision on who to hire. My husband had already started the process with another roofing company but after having a 1-1 meeting with Devin along with numerous phone calls throughout the week we ended up hiring Accountable Roofing. We had a hail storm back in April that caused us to have broken windows, damaged siding, dented gutters, and a totaled roof. Jack and Devon worked with our insurance company to make sure they would cover all the repairs. They also did an excellent job with the repairs. They are very detail oriented and made sure the job was done right. I am very happy with the entire experience!

Devin was very helpful and treated my house as if it was his own. He was the only roofer that inspected my attic and realized that my A/C line was too close to my decking. If not for him, the roofers may have punctured my A/C line causing me to be without A/C in August! I had a few other Roofing companies come out and not one of them even looked in my attic.
Devin first came out and did a free inspection, determined there was hail, and then advised me to call my insurance company. He then came out and met my insurance adjuster to insure he didn't miss any damages. When my paperwork came in from my insurance company, he and I went over it and he realized that they had missed some items (I wasn't too surprised). Devin was on top of it. He made sure that my insurance company did not cut any corners and that I was treated fairly.
His crew was very professional finished in one day! I have since referred Accountable Roofing to all my friends and family that need a good/honest roofer and they are all just as happy.
