Accountable Roofing and Remodeling

The owner, Gary Johnson came out relly quick after my insurance contacted him. He let me know there wasn't enough damage to file a claim but gave me a repair estimate. Fair price and he and his crew were super efficient, had job done in less than an hour. Great company. Will definitely use again!

Had it not been for Howard Sees from Accountable Roofing giving me a second opinion, I wouldn't have known I had any damage to my metal roof. In less than an hour Howard had my claim filed with my insurance company, an agreed to meet with the adjuster the following week. Once I had my check, picked out the color of material, Accountable Roofing completed the project on a hot 95 degree day.
Howard monitored the project the entire day to ensure the job was done correct from start to finish.

Gary was very informative and quick. As a new homeowner, I always appreciate tips and suggestions to prevent further damage. I couldn't have been more blessed at this time!

I had a leak in my roof that I discovered on a holiday weekend. I called Accountable Roofing and Gary came within a couple hours to check my roof out. They had it fixed before our next rain! Gary and his whole team was incredibly kind, easy to communicate with, and responded in a timely manner! Will definitely use Accountable Roofing again in the future!

This was an amazing experience! Ted was great! The crew was very respectful of the times they worked. They did a great cleanup as well, protected my gardens. My neighbor even noticed the difference between how our roofers cleaned and didn't come at 5 in the morning. The timeliness was great too, in and out and done! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

They were very thorough, and very detailed oriented. Honest - that is the key phrase you should take from this. Their crew came in, covered all shrubbery, roofed the house, and no debris left over. I was amazed at the attention to detail. There are a lot of "roofers" out there. Take care of your investment, and have it done right.

Accountable sat down with us and gave us many different styles of shingles/colors to choose from. Super nice people to do business with. We received an invoice and warrantee documents afterwards. They also installed a new exhaust fan in our master bath as well. Clean up for both services was also very good.We would highly recommend them.

Accountable Roofing is an honest, reliable, AND insured roofing company. Ted and Gary make the process smooth. They don't promise what they can't deliver in regard to supply chain issues and scheduling. Their crew did a full roof replacement and added a second turbine in less than 8 hours. Plus, they did a great job cleaning up after themselves.

When I called about a roof leak in my enclosed sunroom, Gary came the same day. He complimented the installation of the current roof but found a split in the flat roofing. Gary is amazing! I have zero roof knowledge and he was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and honest. He went way above and beyond and even came to my house on a Sunday morning to deal with some moss that was growing on my roof.
