As all the other reviews say, Absolute Rot Repair does an amazing job and Oleg and his team are really great to work with. Oleg has done several projects for us and they have all turned out fantastic. On one occasion, his team put new siding on our house, painted the entire house, installed a new porch, and replaced several rotted areas on a tight timeline. The process was seamless and the results craftsmanship was top notch. In another instance, we had hired custom cabinet makers and installers but soon after we had a leak in our kitchen and the entire kitchen needed to be redone. In spite of already having a contract with the cabinet installers for the cabinets, Oleg was willing to do the rest of the job and coordinate with the installers, too. Oleg's crew was timely, professional and personable and quickly did everything we asked in spite of delays from the other contractors. Oleg's team demoed the old cabinets, replaced the broken plumbing line, fixed electrical, hooked up plumbing, fixed the drywall, fixed the windows, replaced drop ceiling in the basement due to water damage, painted multiple rooms, and much more. We are very happy with the work Absolute Rot Repair did! We had wood rot on a column due to water splashing from a clogged rain chain gutter on our front deck and needed to have it replaced. We decided to get both columns replaced at the same time. The wooden post inside the columns was found to be wet due to the design of the house, so Oleg's crew came up with a great idea to pour concrete and attach new wooden posts on an anchor inside each column. They also applied a sealed barrier around the bottom of each column to prevent water from getting in. The new columns are better than they were before and are more robust. They also replaced rotted wood on a couple of vertical trims in our backyard and sealed off a gap on the adjacent base boards that water was getting into. Finally, they replaced seals around our garage doors that had deteriorated and cracked. They worked overtime on Saturday to get the work done as quick as possible. We are happy with the quality and the hard work Oleg's crew put into it. We highly recommend them for structural wood and seal damage! Great business!

Absolute Rot Repair is fantastic! We are remodeling our whole house, and when we went to pull out our old dishwasher, we found the floor rotted so badly that it rotted the joists under the kitchen and affected the crawl space as well. Oleg was wonderful to work with and we were extremely happy with the estimates. Because of so much water damage from our leaking dishwasher, our porch was also damaged as well as a large portion of the siding of the house. Vlad and his sons worked long hours in windstorms, hail, rain, snow and very cold temperatures, and rebuilt us a beautiful new deck as well as fixing all of the siding and making sure everything was up to code. They were not only very hard workers, but friendly, professional, knowledgeable and the finished work is wonderful! No one wants to have to go through such major unexpected issues with their home, but they made it as easy on us as possible. We HIGHLY recommended Absolute Rot! Contacted Absolute Rot Repair to take a look at a leak coming from my dormer window. Within 2 weeks they provided estimates, came to assess what work had to be done, and completed the work. The quality was excellent. We're very happy with their work.

Came out to inspect my rot issues and e-mailed me a quote and asked if I had any questions. I did have some questions as the quote included some incorrect things we specifically talked about when he was at my house. I never heard back from him after a couple e-mail attempts after about a week. I’m guessing my project must have been too small, but who knows.

Did a great job replacing some structural beams with extensive wood rot. Also trimmed some wood rot on several beam ends and fixed up some less than good quality repairs done by the previous owners. Highly recommended.

During the repair of our roof deck, wood rot was discovered. After searching through the internet, we came across Absolute Rot Repair Inc. Owner Oleg came the next day to assess the damage and repair. Being that the house has a stucco exterior, his team Joe, Uly and the stucco contractor did a great job in cutting through the stucco to replace the rotted wood. Oleg was responsive, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. He made sure the work was done right!

Ive had some bad experiences with some contractors and found them to be pretty well priced but they work really well and they do high quality work. We had extensive water damage in our kitchen. Water was leaking from the joint between the water supply and the dishwasher. When we noticed the kitchen floor was bulging up, it was too late. We called a plumber and he found the leak and fixed it. Then the mitigation company came and removed all floorings, cabinets, drywalls, and fiberglass that were moldy. We had our home insurance adjuster inspect the damage and he gave us his estimate for the repair. I called Absolute Rot Repair because I had our deck and exterior side wall repaired by them and I liked their job. Oleg and his son, Arthur, came and gave me their estimate. The two estimate were close, so I agreed to have the repair done. After some negotiations we signed a contract. We decided to upgrade the countertop material and replace the window at the same time. It took about a month to repair the kitchen. It is a beautiful new kitchen and my wife and I are happy with the job that Oleg, Arthur, and their team did.

We started out requesting an estimate to repair of rotting fascia ends at the front and side of the house and replacing some severely weathered cedar deck boards. Oleg noticed the potential for some hidden rot behind a fascia board covering a long 4 x 12 beam supporting one of our decks. I was skeptical at first, but when work started and Joe and Ilya pulled that fascia off, Oleg’s suspicions were confirmed. In fact, the rot damage at one end was more severe than I could have imagined for a beam of that size. The beam was offering no support there at all. This unexpected work was an added cost, but the final outcome of the repair is both structurally reassuring, longevity enhancing and aesthetically an improvement over the original construction.
Overall, we were very impressed with the expertise, professionalism and work ethic of two such young workers, Joe and Ilya. If only they had been the ones building our decks in the first place. The crew at Absolute RR did a great job fixing a wood rot issue in an exterior wall of my house underneath a deck. The work involved removing a window and replacing a structural support, studs, siding etc. Work was done in a timely and professional manner for a fair price. Good price, fast & excellent work, amazing customer service. We have two melon-sized holes open up on the wood paneling of our 100-year-old Tudor. Oleg examined the whole house for us, pointing out a lot of quick fixes we could make on our own to prevent rot. They scheduled us just a week or so out to replace the siding. and replaced a large section along the roofline in 2 days. The work was top-notch.

I had a rotting second-story porch rebuilt by Absolute Rot Repair. Oleg and his crew were easy to communicate with throughout the job so I knew how things were progressing. They also made a point to keep my driveway clean after each day. I was pleased with how well the deck was sealed to prevent future rot. Oleg set up a final inspection with me when the job was done, and I pointed out a gap under the door (they had to remove the threshold to put flashing under the door and in the process had to replace the threshold because it was rotting). Oleg took care of it no problem, and even adjusted the door so it locked properly, leaving it better than they found it! Great customer service, I'd recommend them to anyone.

Oleg and his team did an amazing job. They were booked solid and it took a couple months to schedule them but it was absolutely worth waiting. They stayed in touch, were great about communicating, and even lowered the price on the final invoice when the rot wasn't as bad as initially expected. I can't recommend them enough.

I contacted Absolute Rot Repair a few weeks ago to replace some rotting boards on my front and back steps. Oleg was able to come out in a matter of only a few days for an estimate. He was able to find all issues in the steps in a matter of minutes catching things that I had missed that were clearly issues. After receiving a quote which was very competitive with other companies in the area, I contacted his office to schedule.

He was done within half a day. There were no surprises from the original quote, and all the work was high quality. He also left my house exactly as he found it. You would never have known any work was done.

There _were_ some difficulties with scheduling, but Oleg found a way to fit me in within the week and replaced several more boards at no extra charge to make up for the scheduling confusion. Personally, it isn’t a perfect experience that brings me back to anyone working on my house. It’s when and issue arises and the company accepts responsibility and makes up for it. Because of this and Absolute Rot Repair's excellent work, I would definitely recommend them for a small or large job.

This dry rot repair company did a very good job on our deck repair. Very professional and hardworking crew. They completed our deck in record time and their work is exceptional!

I scheduled an appointment for an inspection and let them know how important it was to have done asap because the closing date on my house was coming up. They agreed they would go out first thing in the morning no problem. They didn't show up! Didn't call or anything. I even spoke to the CEO and he didn't say anything about the distance.They said they would be there and decided not to go or to tell me and I wait a week for the report to call them and find out they couldn't even call to let me know so I could schedule someone else! The receptionist is lazy and doesn't know how to communicate and it is very unprofessional to text your clients.

Where big companies want to squeeze that last dollar out of you, ARR will be reasonable with you and offer a competitive price with quality workmanship.
