Absolute Quality Roof Restoration

I worked with absolute Quality Roofing for a roof repair.  Trent was recommended to me from solar guys Snohomish wa, and solar mount tacoma.  I have been working towards being more independent and living more " green".    Trent was able to schedule a time to look at my roof and send me Pictures and give a quote for a very minor roof repair. Trent is very busy ballanceing home and work life.   I had talked to several different solar companies and recieved too many different options on my roof.  I had some say if I went with their company I could " bundle" roof repair with solar installation and get federal incentive for going green.  I read the tax rules and it is specific no repair to roof can be used for incentive.   Trent was very respectful to my property and my animals.   After repair my roof looked almost new again.   Trent did a wonderful job on my roof.

I highly recommend Absolute Quality Roof Restoration. Trent installed a new TPO roof for my condominium building in 2019. After a recent ice storm I noticed a drain leaking. I called Trent about it on a Saturday and he was out to inspect it on Sunday morning. Recommend him to others looking for a new roof.

Trent is experienced and knowledgeable about roofing restoration, he is an incredibly kind human being! One of our master bathroom wall's paint started showing up bubbles after some heavy rain recently. Our metal roof had a leakage around our master bathroom vent's rubber boot before, so we were suspecting the same problem came up since that side of the roof faces west, and sealants may crack after a while. I called around to a couple of companies about roof repair, and Trent returned my call that same day afternoon. He came by that day to assess the situation, identified a couple of other things that could be improved, and gave us a reasonable quote. Based on weather pattern, we were able to start the job later that week. During the job, Trent was communicative and easy to work with. He not only re-sealed a few rubber boots on our roof with high quality sealant, he also painted them to match our roof color without being asked to make them aesthetically pleasing! He replaced screws and grommets on some panels, and added a piece of L-shaped metal to cover an exposed area of the metal roof to avoid rain to enter with side-way strong winds. It was our fault that we didn't secure our cat on our patio during the job, and it ran away mid-way through. Trent was very kind and patient with me while I was looking for our cat, and he continued with the work. We finally found our cat in our neighbors' backyard, and Trent waited for me all this time to talk me through everything he did before finishing up his day! We greatly appreciate and highly recommend Trent's great roof restoration expertise and execution, who is very easy to work with.

Not only is Trent very competent at roofing, he is trustworthy, dependable, and a good communicator. He annually inspects the flat roof membrane of our commercial building, taking care of any needed repairs before they become leaks. He also shares his expertise on other roofing and gutter issues that might come up in between inspections. I highly recommend him!

Trent called back within the hour & showed up that evening after work as I had water coming in through the roof. The true test was when it rained with gusty winds, my kitchen was dry. Very happy with his work ethic, price & efficiency.

Trent was very responsive, came to give me an estimate right away and got the work done efficiently. He was very communicative and friendly. Also, of the three companies I met, his was the only one willing to do a repair. The other companies would only do a roof replacement $$$… Assuming our roof doesn’t leak again this winter, we’re very satisfied customers!

Trent and his team responded quickly and repaired a leak in our roof on our home. Trent was able to quickly identify the issue and apply a repair same day. We will definitely be calling Absolute Quality Roofing for future roofing work and eventual replacement!

We found a slow drip leak in our roof this fall when the heavy rains hit and called Trent at Absolute Quality.He was quick to respond and offered to come take a look and give an estimate for repair between other jobs that week. Unfortunately he had other jobs lined up for a couple weeks, and the rains were forecast to keep pounding for days so I was concerned, Trent offered to get up on my roof ant tarp over the suspect area for free until we decided who we went with. Talk about service!

Well we went with Trent and 2 weeks later he was over and fixed everything up, inspected all around for other potential issues, documented each one and explained the issues clearly to me, then fixed them all at a reasonable price. I was very pleased.

Now a few months later, we had a different leak issue come up, I called Trent and he was out after a few days and diagnosed and fixed it - and said it was covered with my original work, which surprised me.

No doubt we will be needing a new roof soon and Trent gave me another surprise that he would take half the repair cost we just did off the cost of a new roof if we decided to go with him for that. Incredible, never had service this solid - highly recommend Absolute Quality!

Trent was highly recommended by friends of ours and we are thankful. We do not believe we would've gotten the same great care and attention from another roofing company. We are sure of that. He really did go above and beyond for us and we are very thankful. Trent uses not just your run of the mill roofing materials, which makes quite a difference down the line. Trent came out super fast and was SO knowledgeable!! He assessed venting issues from a prior roof install from another company. He was extremely polite and no bs. Dealing with roofers can be very trying (in my experience) and he was reasonable and explained everything and answered every question we had. I highly recommend Trent! Honestly I wish there was more stars because he was above and beyond!

We've used Absolute Quality Roofing for two different roof repair jobs. They are high quality and great value. Getting a roof repair in Seattle is extremely challenging and there are limited options. We received a few quotes from other roofers which were egregiously high. But, Absolute gave us a real-life quote and they were able to complete the repair the following week. Wonderful to work with and we will continue to work with them for all our roofing needs!

After heavy rain and wind this winter, our townhouse roof had a leak. Trent and his team were super responsive and able to come out quickly to repair the problem area. Trent was able to inspect the rest of our aging roof and gave us some options. He did a great job communicating and provided a fair quote. We ended up scheduling a full replacement a few weeks later, and they credited us for the portion of the roof that had already been repaired. The team was able to complete the job promptly, did a quality job, and took photos of their work for us. I was also really impressed with the cleanup and the care they took around our property. We’d definitely recommend working with them!

Trent was super responsive. He looked at our roof the same day I called him and brought a crew to do the repairs the next day. The price was also reasonable. Definitely recommend him.

Best repair and roof installation! I hired Absolute Quality Roof Restoration to repair a leaking roof and then to eventually replace my roof. For the repair, Trent and his team assessed and fixed the leak on Christmas Eve! A year later, I hired Absolute to replace the roof on my house and separated garage. After multiple estimates, Trent’s was the best. In replacing the roof, the work he and his team did was amazing. They removed the old roof, replaced venting, fixed places where water had caused wood damage, installed plywood sheeting, and installed roofing on the house and garage. I definitely recommend Absolute for roof repairs or new roofing.

Trent was awesome! I had a house listed and right before the offer review date we had a storm and the roof started leaking. Trent helped me out and came out quickly to give me a bid so we could review offers on time! He fixed the roof shortly after. Last summer, we weren't sure if we needed a new roof. We had a leak somewhere. My sister-in-law recommended Trent, as she was a customer as well and was very happy with him. We gave him a call and his response time and communication was awesome. We told him our situation and he gave us an estimate for some repairs and also for a roof replacement when we are ready. He said the repairs can hold us for a year or two until we were ready to replace the whole roof. The repairs were made and we were very happy with his work. Our roof hasn't leaked since.

Trent and his team were really fairly priced and did a fantastic job. Trent is really genuine, knows his stuff, and does not cut corners. No high pressure sales tactics whatsoever. His crew was super efficient. They also cleaned up so well afterwards that the surrounding was spotless, which is much appreciated. Highly recommend.

Made repair that didn't last a week. Do not return the call.
Update (March 12). Looks like miscommunication. Came back and fixed the problem.

Trent and his crew did an amazing job with our brand new metal roof installed in 2019! We love it, and are looking forward to decades of worry free weather protection. Before our new roof, Trent also helped extend the life of our old roof for nearly 4-years starting in 2014 when other contractors tried to sell us a roof we didn't yet need. Trent's honesty earned him our business, and his team's great work on our new roof has made us customers for life.

Just had a roof repair completed on my home by Trent. The experience was smooth and fantastic. Across 5 competing bids, Trent’s was by far the best. After securing the bid, he was punctual, extremely responsive, and carefully walked us through the entire project.

I’d recommend again in a heartbeat.

Update: Aug 2021
We had a new issue with our new home and asked Trent for his service once again. Despite our house being far from his neighborhood, Trent came within a few days, performed an assessment, and came back the very next day with a team to fix the problem.

I really like the fact that Trent will provide you with options on next steps vs just sticking to one solution. In fact, he was quick to let us know that one of the concerns that we had was most like cosmetic and could be addressed at a later time if we really wanted to fix it. This type of recommendation is what keeps me going back to Trent.

I've been an Absolute Quality Roof Restoration customer for 4 years and have used their company for regular maintenance and for repairs. Trent (the owner) is super responsive, invests in long-term customer relationships, charges fair prices, and does quality work. He's helped me to extend the lifetime of my roof by years! I highly recommend and plan to use this company when it comes time for a new roof.

We first called Trent (I'd earlier noticed him working on another roof in the neighborhood and he'd taken the time to answer a roofing question for me) when we noticed some zinc strips on our roof had detached. He spent 30 minutes up on our roof and then gave us a detailed explanation - with photos - of the condition of every part of it. We were not ready to do a full re-roof at that time, but Trent reassured us that with some immediate minor repairs we could safely defer that for a year. In other words, he talked himself out of the job! That was a clear indication that he cares about his clients, so a year later we had no hesitation in going back to him for the full re-roof job. Again, he was a great communicator and explained to our complete satisfaction what was needed and what was NOT needed. He and his team did the work in a tidy and efficient manner, and Trent even deducted the cost of our earlier interim repair from his bill. Trent is someone you can trust, his pricing is VERY fair, and his work is top-notch. The name of his business truly reflects what you get!

I’ve used Trent and his company for my own roof repair and then complete roof tear off/replacement as well as referred them to clients. They are honest, fair priced and do excellent efficient work. Highly recommend

Trent and his crew did a great job at a great price. We had our roof and some facia replaced. Originally we asked for a quote that replaced all the facia, but Trent told us we didn’t need to replace all of them, saving us some money. Also, despite running into some problems with the sub-structure of the roof, the price remained as quoted. He and the crew left everything clean and tidy. A great experience overall, and a great roofer!!

I highly recommend Trent for affordable quality roofing work. I thought I needed a tear-off of the 20ish year old roof that was on my little craftsman before I bought it in 2004. I reached out to get bids from 3 other roofers for tear-off bids before getting in touch with Trent at Absolute Quality Roof. He was quick to call back. Since we planned to do a remodel that would demolish the replacement roof in the next 5-10 years, we wanted to do a tear-off with the lowest quality materials. When I first talked to Trent about his estimate on the roof he suggested to NOT do a tear-off since he believed the roof could be repaired and maintained for the next 5 years when we plan to do the remodel. He was the only one who helped avoid a costly and unnecessary tear-off. I am completely satisfied with the price, expertise, customer service and can wholeheartedly recommend Trent.

Trent put a new roof on a property owned by my family. A neighbor was also having a reroof done next door. Not only did Trent do a flawless job on the tear off, clean up and installation of the new roof, he did it in half the time. Trent fixed nagging roof leaks on my rental on 2 occasions. The first was a bad leak around the chimney due to improper roof construction by the original roofing company. The second was a bad cable installation job by Comcast that left a hole in my roof.

When we moved to another home this year, we had Trent evaluate the roof before purchasing. Absolute Quality Roof and Restoration just installed a new TPO membrane roof for us. We had our entire roof replaced with Trent and his team, and we had a fantastic experience. We first hired him a year ago to fix a leak issue. He quoted us the fix and whole roof replacement. We decided to go with the fix up only, and he was great about it. His team went the extra mile, and he often came back to check up on other leak issues.
