We lead a leak in our kitchen so Jesse and Josh came and were great. They had great teamwork and were in and out in about an hour. They put up a dust trap that they took down when they were done and wiped down the counters and the floors. Everything is so clean and feels like they weren’t even here

Had some water damage from the rain on a new built place. Josh came in cut the damages dry wall and such and it looks like they did a good job.

I came home from work after being gone for five hours, and my entire lower floor flooded.
This is a large five bedroom house. Water was seeping under the walls into the garage and onto the street. Rugs and carpets, soft, and some of my recording studio equipment damage.
We googled the best flood response team in Vegas at 345 AM and emergency and we weren't let down.
Josh showed up very quickly and assessed the damage, calmed us down and started pumping right away.

I can’t speak highly enough of Absolute Flood Response (AFR) and the incredible team that helped me through one of the most stressful experiences of my life. From the moment Juan (PM), Joshua, and the crew arrived at my home at 3:00 AM, they were quick to respond—shutting off the blaring fire alarms and immediately assessing the extensive water damage. My entire home had flooded from the second floor, with water pouring out of every light fixture and ceiling opening.

Despite the chaos, the AFR team worked tirelessly to move all my furniture and belongings out with minimal damage. They packed and transported everything into storage Pods efficiently and with great care. When it came time to move into my new home, they handled the delivery and unpacking seamlessly. Joshua stayed in constant communication with me, keeping me informed on pod deliveries and progress. He was professional, reliable, and genuinely friendly.

Karen, the mediator, was also instrumental in keeping both me and my landlord up to date throughout the entire project. Her coordination ensured the process moved smoothly and that everyone involved stayed informed.

I truly hope no one has to experience waking up to a flooded home—but if you ever do, I sincerely hope Absolute Flood Response is the team that shows up. They were a lifesaver.

Had a water mold issue from a shower leak. Someone recommended 24 hour floor and I had to pleasure to have Juan, Josh and Jesse come fix the problem. They respectful and got the job done in a clean timely manner.

I'm so so happy to have my house back to normal. Caleb and Ty installed my cabinet today and it looks great. You'd never be able to tell there was any damage prior to this. My kitchen looks new and life can go back to normal. They were so quick about getting everything done so promptly and kept things tidy. We discovered a leak in our home, a hot water line was punctured when it was being built. Even though it's a difficult situation, I feel like we are in great, knowledgeable hands. Ronnie with absolute flood response set up the containment area. He was friendly, answered our questions, and was thorough. I recently had the unfortunate experience of a roof leak in my bedroom which is why AFR was working in my home today.
Josh and Ronnie were the two techs doing the work and I could not be happier with the entire experience. They were very professional and knowledgeable about the whole process. They explained everything as they were tearing out the ceiling in my bedroom. They also went the extra mile to create a containment zone so nothing in my house would be affected by their work. The area they were working in was honestly cleaner when they left.

I have been managing a multi unit complex project for the last few months. We were looking for a contractor that was able to do the remediation and also do the turnkey built back. When we brought on AFR, the first thing I mentioned to the crew was that this was going to be a fast paced turnover project. Boy have I been impressed!! I have to say from their foreman Mr. Manny, he has been nothing but helpful with this whole process always on time and every time we ask for something specific, he is able to comply with our request. I have to say there are no problems for him only solutions!! Always with a positive attitude.

Of course, under a good leader, there’s always an amazing crew which I must say one of the best crews I’ve dealt with. They have been nothing but respectful and very knowledgeable for what task they are completing. They work in such an efficient pace with great Quality work at the end. I want to thank Manny, Abel, Edwin, Octavio, Lupe, and Jose for making this project as smooth as possible. We appreciate your hard work!!

In addition to the excellent work from Manny's crew doing the build back. I also want to address the clean, precise and effective work from Josh and his partner Jacob. They didn’t skip a beat. Josh was extremely productive with all the remediation work that was being given to him. He was focused and detailed with all his tasks. In addition his paperwork was on point. Josh & Jacob are very professional and know their craft in and out. If we hadn't of had them come out as soon as we did, no telling how much more damage the found pin hole leak would have caused.

Josh and Jacob have been such a great help with getting everything done, finding the leak in the house, making an enclosure to prevent dust from going everywhere, cleaning up after all the cutting, and removal of destroyed areas and communicating with us on the entire process. They have been letting us know step by step what’s next, and what needs to be done with the best possibility to the worst so there are no surprises. I would highly recommend both of them to others!

Both Josh and Jacob were very good at taking care of our water problem in our kitchen making sure it is all drying out and clearing out all the problem areas.

This is my first house and I had some Anxiety about how this was all going to go,but they were at my house in less then an hour and had everything cleaned and dried. They had my house back to better than new.they also mad Sure I was doing OK in the meantime, because this stuff sucks

The AFR team, Anthony, Josh and Xavier that came to our home to mitigate our leaking shower pan were courteous, careful with their work and took the time to explain the process they were using to address the mold that was found. Based on my interactions with Anthony, Josh and Xavier I would recommend AFR to anyone needing repairs with water damage/ mold issues in their home.

My water heater was leaking and I called AFR and they were out within an hour! Started the clean up, started the insurance claim and made me feel like everything was under control. They started drying everything out and ended up having to demo the laundry room and kitchen over the next few days. They were so clean, thorough, responsive and respectful. I will definitely use them again, but hopefully I don’t have to!

Had leak at sprinkler connection, Absolute flood Response was over for remediation. The technician, Josh, set up containment and did the remediation, confirmed that there was no environmental issues with this leak

Haven't used them for any repair work, but they were sent to my condo to inspect restoration work I had completed by another company. Very professional approach to the process. I was especially impressed with Project Supervisor Anthony Schwalbauch, who was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and thorough. He listened to me, and took time to explain the process and the findings. Overall a very positive experience.

Juan and his team are awesome! They cane in, did their inspection and began the job immediately. Couldnt be more happy with the work they are doing to get our home back to what it should be!

Absolute Flood Response has been an absolute life saver. Where do I begin ? We were watching a movie as a family when my son decided to use the restroom about an hour later I was walking down the hallway to find myself ankle deep in fecal matter and water. I was absolutely mortified and couldn’t contain all of the dirty water to one area. I took to Google and Absolute Flood Response was the first company matching my flood response description. I called and was greeted by the friendly voice of Alexa who reassured me that I would be contacted by Edgar, immediately. To my surprise Edgar was calling to schedule a time within the first 30 minutes to determine what I was faced with. Edgar, Sergio, and Liz were at my house within 15 minutes and began the restorative measures necessary to make my home safe. Edgar was able to walk me through the process of contacting my homeowners insurance and reporting the damage to my agent. Next, the team had dehumidifiers set up and a machine that “scrubbed” the very air my children were breathing. I felt supported by Absolute Flood Response in a moment of despair and confusion. I didn’t know where to begin or how to even start the process of fixing the damage that had doomed by home from the flood. The owner Beth has followed up daily with my and walked me through the process as we move forward, and Karen has been the voice of reason with my not so reasonable insurance company. Also, Manny and his crew have gone above and beyond too assure that there isn’t any moisture left in my home. If you are faced with this daunting situation and don’t know where to start Absolute Flood Response is the team for you !

This place was horrible !!! After being called in by another plumber, they arrived with equipment for a very light flooding in my kitchen. They never supplied me an estimate saying dont worry, your insurance will take care of it. I told them on multiple occasions, that I could not afford to pay a ton out of pocket and was again told insurance would pay. Bottom line, the left their equipment here for nearly a month (fan and dehumidifier). While here they tore up a few feet of my kitchen floor, destroyed 2 cabinet doors and drilled holes in my wall. Then when insurance denied the claim I was stuck with a destroyed kitchen !! They came and collected their equipment and left. A week later I get a bill for approx $2,000 .. when I argued with them over not supplying an estimate, presenting proof I told them I didnt have the money to pay and showing proof of them saying dont worry insurance will pay !! They ended up calling me endlessly and eventually trying to file a lien on my house !! This is a horrible company and I would recommend to not do business with them. I do have all the paperwork and emails to go with this review.

AFR came to our rescue after a slow leaking osmosis unit ran out of places to drain and started coming up out of floor boards that spread from the kitchen, to the dining room and family room. It had already flooded throughout and under the island before we noticed the water coming up through the floor boards in the family room. The repairs included an entire new kitchen island and flooring in all affected rooms. The damages were pretty bad and while working they discovered other issues such as worn out pipes and other plumbing problems. Fortunately, our insurance covered it all and the work they did was wonderful. Would highly recommend their services.

Needed some work done before moving out of a condo, and they were detail-oriented and efficient. Was able to to recoup the full security deposit and was able to leave the condo in better condition than when we moved in.

Communication from their office was always pleasant, and their workers were punctual. 10/10 would work with again.

They were called and came out right away. They cleaned up the water from the mainline backup. No problem. But apparently the wall still had moisture and it blistered a line across the entire wall!
They repaired all the baseboards and drywall but since the blister happened after their repair they wanted me to pay and add'l $500 above and beyond the $10k they were already paid!!! Talk about a RIP off!
Their construction manager admitted it was cause by the moisture in the first place!
I called to talk to the owner and was told he would call me back 3 days ago. I'm still waiting!
Never again will I trust absolute flood response! What a RIP off!
Guess making $10k to do the job right was not enough!
