Dylan and his team are fantastic! We had a terrible storm ripped through our neighborhood and it damaged my house and several neighbors. He was out with his crew the next day to start on the repairs. He was professional and communicated every step of the way. Highly recommended!

Team was very responsive. Came to do an inspection within a few days of me calling them following water intrusion in the house. It was useful to have photos of what actually needed to be replaced and a breakdown of costs. Melinda in the office answered all my questions and was able to schedule us to have the work done in a timely manner. Did not try to upsell. I would use them again and will recommend.

Tommy Lamar and his crew originally inspected my 18 year old roof without charge and, as requested, provided estimates for several options. Most of us never get a chance to thoroughly inspect our own roof, so having a relationship with someone who can do that well is important. I felt a sense of trust from the beginning as Tommy pointed out some areas that needed attention but advised me that the roof was in good shape. Ultimately, that trust built as I found that the team could go beyond those maintenance items to do some difficult carpentry, add a copper chimney cap, trim encroaching tree limbs, rework gutters to improve flow and even paint some inaccessible areas not part of the roof job. All in all, offering solutions and executing.

It was a pleasure working with Absolute Construction & Roofing. Maintenance was performed on our 100+ year old roof, and they did a fantastic job. Our roof was pressure washed. Rust spots were rectified, and the entire roof was refinished. Our roof looks great, and we are good for another 10 years or so. I highly recommend Absolute. We recently had our roof replaced by Absolute Construction and Roofing. We are highly satisfied with the job their crew did. They replaced our skylight and roof vent fan as well. They arrived early on the scheduled day and completed the roof and cleanup all in a single day. Tommy, the owner of the company, is very personable and professional. He helped me with our ridge vent, which was incorrectly installed by the last roofer 20 years ago. This was allowing moisture to seep through into the attic, rotting out some of the decking. He new just how to remedy the problem and coordinated with his crew to properly install a new ridge vent and replace rotting decking. Tommy has a highly organized operation, which includes his assistant, Merlinda, She was so helpful in getting us ready and prepared for the day of the reroofing. I would highly recommend giving Tommy, Merlinda and the crew a chance to serve your roofing needs.

Absolute Construction & Roofing did an outstanding job replacing my 17 year old shingle roof and repairing my leaking gutters. Tommy got on the roof with me and showed me some issues and gave me several options for metal or shingles. The price was fair (better than other estimates for the same work). They showed up when they said they would and did a good job cleaning the area afterword. It looks great and I highly recommend them.

We had a chronic leak in our roof. Prior roofers we contacted couldn't fix it even after water tests and several inspections. Finally had the good fortune of finding Tommy and his crew. They stuck with it until they figured it out and fixed it - even made it a point of coming out when it was raining so they could track where the water was coming in. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Came out within 24 hours of calling for a quote. Actually climbed up on roof instead of inspecting from the ground. Fixed the leak and showed me pictures of how the leak was formed and then after it was fixed. Very thorough and polite.

Hard to find anybody to come for such a small job regarding the overflow of our gutters. Tommy responded quickly and identified the problem. The company that had installed screens over the gutters last year had not put them in all locations. They cleaned our gutters, installed additional screening, and showed us before and after pictures. The estimate was reasonable, response was timely and I couldn't be happier. I would highly recommend this company for any and all work.

I highly recommend Tommy Lamar and Absolute Construction. I contacted him for an issue we were having with water intrusion in our screened porch. Tommy responded quickly and assessed the issue. He also checked our entire roof to be sure there were no more problems. He gave us an estimate for the solution he recommended and after we approved the estimate, he came to perform the repairs to the roof as well as a line of gutter and downspouts to stop rainfall from where the house and porch roofs attach that caused splashing onto the porch from our AC condensing unit. The repairs were professionally done and all our interactions with Tommy were professional and courteous.. it is such a pleasure to deal with a contractor who does what he says he will do!
