We had a great experience with ABQ Star Roofing!! Gio got me scheduled immediately. Sal came, did his inspection, & gave us a free estimate. Reasonable quotes… Actually, we’ve had a lot of construction work done in the ABQ area, & this was one of the few times we weren’t outraged by pricing. ♥️ They had us scheduled for replacement of our flat membrane roof & repairs of our tile roof by the next week. The showed on time, & the crew was polite, friendly, & very hard working!!! They did such a great job! Thank you!

Gio and his team were awesome to work with. He had a crew out in no time to help us with some repairs to our new home’s roof. They were timely and did a super thorough job. I was selling my house so I had to have my roof inspected. Since my house was only seven years old and I have had periodic service done to the roof, I did not expect to find any problems with the inspection. The inspector did find a few things that needed to be repaired, not only with the flat roof, but also the parapet. I got bids from four different roofers to do the entire job. ABQ Star Roofing bid was slightly less than the other three so I decided to go with them. I set up an appointment with them to do the repairs. A few days later, a crew showed up and spent almost the entire day working on my roof. They were extremely thorough and very professional. To say that I am pleased with the work performed is an understatement. The value from the work performed far exceeded the price I paid. I highly recommend ABQ Star Roofing and at the very least, if you do need work done on your roof, you should at least get a bid from them. I can’t imagine anyone being disappointed in them.

ABQ Star Roofing did a PHENOMENAL job with our reroof. The whole roof was done in a day, they applied for permits for us from the city, replaced all skylights and turbines as part of the bid, and also removed an old satellite dish and the old swamp cooler. Gio was very attentive and quick to answer calls or text messages, and didn’t mind responding to all my questions. I couldn’t be happier with the work completed and the price I paid, for all the additional things included. Removal of the old roof also resulted in some white paint on the front of the house being chipped away, and Gio said one of his guys would come out and fix it prior to the city inspection. I highly recommend ABQ Star Roofing to anyone looking to reroof their house. I am so very happy and impressed!

Sal and his team at ABQ Star Roofing completely replaced our old roof with a brand new TPO roof in just two days. ABQ STAR ROOFING replaced my roof within one day, which was great. They responded to my calls/texts. Kept me informed of the process,emailed and also hand delivered important documents concerning the roof,payments,receipts etc. I was worried about these things but that's me trying to be as safe as possible through the process and of course they were as well. Gio did a fantastic job on our roof. He did multiple repairs and re-roofed part of our house. One leak was particularly troublesome and Gio came out as many times as he needed to make sure the job was done correctly. He was always on time. He was always friendly and professional, and very thorough. He came out on short notice a couple of times rearranging his schedule to take care of us. I thought I needed a total roof replacement, but Gio was honest and informed me that only part of my roof needed roofing. The other part had several more years left in it. I would give Gio my highest recommendation.

I have been working with ABQ star roofing for over 3 years now. They do the roof work on all of my properties and we have not had any problems whatsoever. They keep their word and go above and beyond on their jobs, Gio even scheduled a HVAC guy to come and fix my duct work and a guy to fix the interior drywall on his own time. I highly recommend using ABQ Star to complete any roofing jobs that you may need. These guys are the most responsive, efficient roofing company I know here in Albuquerque and our company has used a lot of different roofers.
Gio spots issues in roofs that a lot of people miss or just look over. They’re incredibly thorough when doing roof repairs, as to maximize the life of the existing roof. We’ve also used them for new roof installations on some properties. I don’t know any roofers who communicate as effectively throughout the process. Gio constantly makes sure that you know exactly where they’re at in the job cycle and makes sure to answer any questions that may arise. Refreshing to have a company doing such good business here in ABQ.

It's been almost a month since we had our new TPO roof installed, and we've already seen some serious storms (one of which was the most rain at our house in years). No issues whatsoever!

We did air conditioners at the same time, and Sal's crew coordinated with them flawlessly. While the units were off the roof, they would lay the necessary section of roofing before the new units were installed. It worked out very well. We had to have the AC guys back to fix a few things (wish they were as good as the roofers), and they've all commented how good the roof looks.

It's been two years since ABQ Star Roofing replaced my Tar & Gravel flat roof with a TPO P/S Roofing Membrane cover. It still looks brand NEW. Going to schedule my two year recommended Roof maintenance next month. Curious what all that's about. Still Pleased with job
