Above The Cut Restoration

Above the Cut came out and repaired a few issues on my roof prior to selling my home (chimney cap, few lose, shingles, and some boots). They were very fair priced and got the work done in a timely manner. I actually ended up using them again to shingle my outdoor patio cover. A+++ would recommend.

After going through 1 roofing company who left me out to dry before even getting the roofing process started I found Adam and his company through a friend. The patience he took with explaining the roofing process and breaking down my insurance claim (1st time homeowner here), was very professional. At no point did I feel rushed in making decisions on roof shingles style/colors, etc. The whole process was handled professionally and you can tell the pride this company takes in their work as the workers themselves reached out to me upon completion and walked me around the property to show the finished roof to ensure that I was satisfied quality of work that was completed. This company did amazing! they dropped the product and dumpster off the night before. The next day it was all done!! They rolled my yard multiple times to make sure they got all nails up...defiently would recomend !! They also repared the framing to a balcany for me!!

We hired Above the Cut 9 years ago to put on a complete roof and other trim. It was great. This year, I noticed a leak in ceiling and Adam came out the same day and determined it was probably a bad seal around a pipe. He promptly fixed it. This was a relief to me that he was so responsive.

Adam Hayden did an amazing job repairing our roof. This is the second time he has been out and both times he did great. Quick and easy repairs when other roofing companies were telling us we needed a new roof. We will 100% use them to replace our roof when needed.

Adam and his team did a great job doing 9 roofs in a day and a half for me. He was very responsive to all my questions, showed up when he said he would and did exactly what he said he would do. He worked well with the insurance adjuster and is currently still helping me work through some additional items that came up with the damaged decking. 10/10 would highly recommend.

Above The Cut did a fantastic job on our new roof! They did great work for a great price and got us scheduled for installation quick. We have a roof leak and called above the cut restoration to look at it. They were very nice and did a quick repair to get us by until the insurance company was able to come out to inspect it. We will 100% be using them to replace our roof. My sister also had her roof replaced by them a few years ago. The insurance was being difficult and above the cut restoration delta with the insurance company for her! I highly recommend this company!!

April 9th 2020 Mooresville IN, was hit with a tornado. We along with almost all out neighbors recived damage to our house. Having never filed a claim with our home owners insurance and due to this being caused by weather we figured this would be a low stress easy process…. We couldn’t have been more wrong! The following day after the tornado we had several knocks at the door, all from different inspectors wanting take a look at the roof. One fella climbed up came back down and basically asked for $500 cash to get started… Another didn’t even climb up and wanted to know how much our yearly income was before he gave us a price. I then began to call around to friends and family in order to try to locate a company that wasn’t trying to screw me or my insurance over. We found that company with, Above the Cut Restoration!! Let me tell you, these fine folks went above and beyond. After dealing with several slimy contractors and finally getting Above the Cut Restoration to handle our damage we thought our troubles we over… NOPE! turns out our home owners insurance was the biggest slime ball of them all. They offered to replace 32 shingles… that’s it! When Above the Cut Restoration reviewed the paper work from the insurance company they immediately demanded a 3rd party review.. At the end of the day, Above the Cut Restoration got our roof replaced, garage door, shed doors, shed roof and fireplace trim. The work was great and the workers left no mess. We ended up selling that home in December of 2020 to a rental company out of Arizona, site unseen with inspection approval. They came back with the inspection and nothing was needed. Goes to show the level of work done by Above the Cut Restoration! Chapter 2, our new home (2022) started leaking at a sunlight around 2 A.m. I sent a message to Above the Cut Restoration. At 8AM Above the Cut Restoration was at our house inspecting the roof and sunlight! We trusted and took their recommendations no more leaking! Over all its hard to find this level of work and trustworthiness in todays times!!

They did a wonderful job and the communication with them was great. They were a big help with the insurance company too. Would highly recommend and use them again.

The owner of the business, Adam, came out in timely manner after I called and voiced a concern about my living room ceiling has been leaking. I asked if he could could perform a roof inspection as many houses in the area received new roofs from insurance for hail damage. He inspected the roof and gave us great feedback on the condition of our roof. He also found where our roof was leaking and repaired it. It hasn’t leaked since. I would highly recommend using this company for all your roofing needs! A+ service!

Working with ATC was a real treat. They provided excellent service from start to finish and the roof work has really added to the value of our home. Leaving my first review ever (I believe) bc Adam and his crew were amazing and went above and beyond for us. Adam is awesome, stood on our roof for 30 min stating our case to the adjuster after he wanted to deny our hail claim, and he was willing to go to bat at appeal if need be (thankfully didn’t have to go that route). His crew came in and did impeccable, fast work and left the place as clean as a whistle. Can’t say enough, great guy and great company, single-handedly saved us $8000. (Was the lowest quote we got to boot)

My roof started leaking after a storm. I called Above The Cut Restoration and that’s pretty much all I had to do! Adam took care of everything from contacting the insurance company and meeting the insurance adjuster. Within a couple of weeks (only delayed because of weather) my roof was replaced. The roof looks amazing and they cleaned up all the nails, roofing materials, and even my gutters. I will definitely contact Above the Cut Restoration for any construction needs in the future. I called Above The Cut yesterday morning after a torrential downpour, and discovered I had water dripping from the corner of my master bath ceiling. Adam promptly returned my call, and was here at 11 a.m. on the same day. I was expecting a worse case scenario, and after he inspected my roof, all that was required was caulking around the flashing where the pipe jack comes out of roof. He said that was all that was necessary and I could repair the damage inside after it dries. A simple DIY project. When I asked for an invoice for cost, he said there would be NO CHARGE. I was astonished! I expected to pay at least a service call. I thanked him and told him in this big ugly world, this is indeed an act of kindness. For any future roof work or repair, I shall call Adam, and I will refer anyone I know to Adam/ Above The Cut for any work to be done. He's a rare bird, and very kind to do for me what he did. Goes to show that there are some people in the world with a big heart.

They did a wonderful job replacing my roof and were a dream to work with. Adam fought tooth and nail with my insurance company to get me everything I deserved, saving me about $3000 in the end. The job itself was completed and cleaned up in one day all while I was at work. I can't speak highly enough of this company. If you've already had a quote from somewhere else, get their second opinion! You won't regret it!
