If anyone is looking for a company to complete home projects, look no further than Above and Beyond Property Services. They truly live up to the name. Ben and Roger did an excellent job rebuilding my back deck. The back steps were unstable because the wood infrastructure underneath was rotted. When I called Ben Noe, the owner, to ask for an estimate, he got back with me quickly. We set up an appointment for him to check out the scope of work, which initially was to repair the loose steps. He arrived on time, explained what he’ll need to do to fix the steps, and provided a very reasonable and fair estimate a couple of days later. He was honest and upfront about his schedule/availability. Ben and Roger showed up as promised and began working on the steps. Once the steps were removed, the rot underneath was exposed. The more composite boards he pulled up, more wood rot was uncovered. Seeing how bad it was, we discussed patching certain areas or replacing all the wood. I chose to have it all replaced. Needless to say, Ben’s scope of work increased immensely. In just a few hours, Ben came back with a new quote and had rescheduled some of his other projects to get my deck completed. He and Roger took great care to preserve the composite boards so they could be reused. They made a number of improvements to protect the new wood from water damage, including raising it higher so that the new wood was not on the ground. They relaid the original composite decking and reused the vinyl hand rails. My deck is done and way better than the initial installation 8 years ago by a different company!!! Ben and Roger showed up every day until the job was completed. They were super respectful of my property and provided stellar customer service. Beyond a shadow of a doubt, I will continue to use them for other home projects and highly recommend their above and beyond services!!!

Ben came to our rescue after my parents had been approached by a non-licensed man offering to power wash their house. This hack proceeded to tear away at some water damaged wood around their porch roof claiming he could fix it. Sadly, he took advantage of my parents in multiple ways, was very unprofessional and caused more damage than was there.

From estimate to finish, Ben was courteous , professional and pleasant. He communicated well with his assessment of my roof damage, going over each part of the process meticulously. He gave a fair and solid estimate that was never increased or changed. With so much rain before the repair, Ben communicated frequently to keep me updated on the day to do the actual work. On that day he and Mike arrived in the morning with all the supplies, tools and materials required for the job and stayed onsite until it was complete 10 hours later. The work was perfect, the price reasonable and the work ethic admirable. I will be contacting Ben for future projects that his small business performs.

Ben and Roger helped me move and connect a new washing machine because the Home Depot installers would not lift it 8 inches to the platform in my basement after bringing it down a flight of stairs. Ben and Roger were great! Home Depot not good.

We needed a damaged piece of siding replaced and the color match was perfect! You can’t even tell a piece of siding was replaced. The work was done so well, we requested a quote on additional work we need completed around our home to get the house ready to be put on the market! Mr. Noe installed an attic fan. He was swift with the installation and his price was reasonable. After the installation, I experienced some electrical issues that we were unsure what triggered it. Mr. Noe had his electrician out to the house immediately at his cost. It turned out that it had nothing to do with his work. It was corrected, and we reimbursed him. All was good. We will definitely used him again.

Ben and staff completed several small projects around our property. They placed fencing around our shed to keep our dogs out from behind there. It was expertly placed and complimentary to the existing landscaping. They installed weather stripping around our back door ….airtight! Good job! I asked Ben and Roger for a quote on replacing my back sliding glass door and fix some water damage to the floor. They gave me a free quote and the price was excellent. They were busy, so it took a while to get to my project. When they got to my project, the workmanship was excellent. They went above and beyond just replacing my door and floor. They even fixed some outside issues around the door as well. While some business techniques could be improved on, the quality of work was outstanding and we highly recommend them for their work.

Professional and showed up on time! He recaulked all 19 of my Windows, 3 Doors and 1 main Garage door. He also replaced 2 sections of Fascia wrap damaged in a storm. I would call him for any further needs!

He also cleaned the pine straw of the roof, that was great because I had contractors just cleaned the gutters but not the roof. He's the real true contractor about his work. Job well done .

I had called about 6 different places to repair the ridge vent on my 2 story house. I couldn't get anyone to do a small repair. I messaged him on FB and he was here within 45 minutes, explained the problem and how to fix it, and looked to make sure there wasn't any other damage. 100% recommend giving them a call!
