Van was a huge help and the main reason I chose Able Roofing… he was super knowledgeable, had state of the art equipment to view and scan for roof measurements and had great financing options which he assisted me in applying for. He was also attentive to a couple special venting and chimney needs we had. Within a couple hours of his visit, we were approved and moving forward with the process. In researching roofers, I have talked to many, and compared to them, Van was no pressure, personable, and helpful. Felt very comfortable working with him. 5 ⭐️! I did not hear from Juliet or anyone from the able team. . I’m planning on sharing my experience with the Better Business Bureau as well.

Homeowners beware. This is hands-down, the most unreliable company I have ever worked with and unfortunately, I have worked with quite a bit of them. From the beginning, this company has done absolutely nothing to earn my business. Why they’re saying under the brochure is something you will never For example, the install windows to my basement, the destroy the window frame that was originally there so I have to ask to have somebody come in and review the situation before he can’t even be fixed Not only that, because of the poor work, I now have a basement that flooding with water, please see pictures they will take no ownership and they will do absolutely nothing to correct the situation. They installed a new roof, the job was poorly executed, so I have to actually get the issue escalated before anybody Able Roof can actually fix the problem. In other words, they do not check their work and unless a client complaints, be prepared to be a stuck with a defective product. I indicated in the picture they complain in a siding work that looks absolutely horrible When I talk to Abel about it and they say they simply don’t do any pain jobs However, the problem is not a painting job, Which is not something I’ve ever asked for, The problem is that They are little section of the house are very old that for what I’ve seen on other types of siding, it is taken care of by the siding company, however,
Able Roof does not care at all. The only thing they want is charge you an steep amount of money. I have spent close to $20,000 so I asked him not to finish the job. I will find somebody else now they wanna give me a fraction of what I paid for Claiming that now they had to charge a restocking fee or something along those lines. Horrible, horrible work in no ethical practices for sure.

I recently had work on our roof done as well as all of our siding replaced after weather damage. Able and their team did a wonderful job. They communicated well (to me and one another), and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the work before wrapping things up.

Had 20 + year old roof replaced after some storm damage. The process could not have been easier, installation was fast and end result is great.

During installation a window and screen were damaged which I’m sure happens from time to time. Able immediately reimbursed me for the cost of repairs with no hesitation. Mistakes happen, I judge companies on how they react to mistakes and Able knocked it out of the park. I highly recommend Able based on my experience with them.

From the initial quote to the installation, great experience. Great crew, they work very hard and long days to get our roof completed. Clean up was just as they found our property. Love our new roof. PS. They re-sided our home 5 years ago and did a great job then.

Van is very Knowledgeable at what he does and very professional. Van was able to help us with a very reasonable price of replacing the whole roof and getting the proper venting on the roof that we needed. I’d say if anybody needs a roof replaced I would recommend Able Roof and I’d ask for Van to be the guy that came out for you estimate.

Van was excellent and helped through the process involving my insurance! He was attentive and answered any questions that I had.

The salesman was personable and efficient. The crew of workers were friendly and amazing! Our roof looks really great and everything that they said they would do was done.

We chose Able Roofing due to the fact that they are a local company and they have an outstanding reputation. Our experience was outstanding and everyone we interacted with was extremely professional and the few little concerns we had were taken seriously and immediately addressed. The workers were also very professional and did a beautiful job installing our new roof and skylights, and cleaning up.

Still awaiting the actual work to be done, but Van was a pleasure to work with. He didn't come in as a salesman seeming as if the world would end if he didn't get the deal. I've been in sales, my wife is in sales, and appreciate the way Van conducted himself greatly, very professional yet outgoing and friendly.

Vans been great to work with while updating our entire exterior with roofing, gutters, and siding. Great deal that couldn't be passed on.

The crew arrived early and worked all day. They also cleaned up everything afterward and I am extremely pleased. The roof looks great! Zach was very helpful in assisting on how the process works and answered all the questions I had, and even responded while he was taking family time with a new baby. I would highly recommend Able to anyone. Excellent customer service all around.

We have a large roof and they did it in one day. The crew got there at 6:30 am and worked hard all day, until 10:00 pm to finish. They protected our landscaping and cleaned up great. They were amazing.

Able Roofing did an amazing job on our roof! We have one of the steepest roofs I’ve ever seen, and they didn’t hesitate to get the job done. They started early in the morning and stayed late to make sure everything was perfect. Their attention to detail and the time they spent cleaning up afterward really stood out, it was spotless!

The crew worked incredibly hard and were very professional. We also had our windows and gutters replaced by Able Roofing over a year ago, and they’re still in perfect condition. The quality of their work speaks for itself. I highly recommend Able Roofing and will definitely continue using them in the future!

We had Van come to our house. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything with great detail. Van was also very friendly with the family and our fur babies. Would highly recommend Able because of Van. Able pricing and variety of their options was very helpful in our decision making for our roof.

We discovered a leak and called Able because several family members had recommended their work.

There were two individuals who came to look at things. One was the sales person and the other was training to work in Cleveland.

They inspected things and told us that the room was good. It was our stucco that was leaking. But good news. They have someone who does great stucco work.

They gave us a price of $4,000 for the repair. When my wife and I asked how confident they were that it would address the issue, they said “very confident.”

Against my instincts, we agreed to what we understood the sales person said, however in the day of the work it became apparent that our understanding of the scope of work and what was written in the contract were vastly different. From the discussion we believed that the entire roofline area would be replaced.

The workers showed up and began tearing out things. A while later their “boss” showed up and I began to question why they had stopped tearing out and were not going further with the repair. He said that wasn’t in their scope. He show me a photo and drawing from Able with the repair area marked. It was essentially a 4’x3’ area.

I figured well, if the repair works, fine.

After further discussion the stucco person however, he told me the repair wouldn’t work long term and that our best option was to tear off and replace the stucco on the entire wall.

The crew did their work and left. They were here 3 hours. For $4,000.

Able quoted the stucco replacement at $26,000. Painting was another $3,200.

I laughed at them and said I was going to explore other quotes.

Two other stucco companies came out and quoted $16,200 and $17,900 for the rip and replacement of the stucco and painters we used in the past quoted $1,400 for painting.

We ended up going with a tear off and replacement with cement siding for $8,000 all in.

So Able’s “repair” cost half of the complete removal and replacement with another product.

Lesson learned. I tried to contact the sales person to express my disappointment but he never responded to my text. So I leave this review as a word of caution to others.

Van ,the service representative, was extremely knowledgeable. This was my first roof job and he explained my roof and the different options of roofing. There was no pressure to buy. The financing was explained thoroughly, I would definitely recommend Able roofing. Van was upfront so there no surprises.

Arrived on time! Honest about pricing and respectful inspector. Plus, they text you when they are on the way with a picture of your inspector.

Friendly sales, efficient service, great work! The last company I worked with ghosted me. Thanks Able for coming in and making it easy.

We had terrible storm damage to our roof. Able Roofing was able to come out the very next day and do an assessment of the damage and got an estimate to us by the end of the day. They also were able to get our roof tarped in the meantime to protect it from damage while we waited on insurance. They were very easy to work with and talked us through every step of the process. The crew came out and had our roof replaced within a day. The crew was very professional and did an excellent job installing the roof and cleaning everything up afterwards. Attach is a picture of the roof tarped and the other picture is of the brand new roof. 10/10 will reccomend to anyone who needs roof repairs.

Had a terrible experience this morning when the sales rep Brian came to my house. When I made the appointment I made it very clear I just needed a repair not a full roof. If they weren’t willing to just do a repair they shouldn’t have taken the appointment, when he first got there he was adamant about getting who did repairs last sounding like he just wanted to badmouth the competition. I mentioned several times I only wanted one section repaired where I had a leak. He eventually got mad he couldn’t go into the spiel to sell an entire roof to me and became incredible rude to me. The only thing he wanted to sell was an entire and that’s it. His tone and demeanor was rude and condescending. I felt like I had to tell him my business to defend just repairing one area. He told me to get someone else to do it and exasperated at his car “This is unbelievable.” I called Able Roof afterward and the person who answered the phone was friendly however the sales manager Larry was just intent on defending the sales representatives poor behavior and kept on asking me my roof age. It felt like still I was trying to be sold an entire roof. This was a very draining and upsetting morning. It was a waste of my time as well. I would not recommend using them.

Zach has been a terrific salesman throughout the entire process working with able roofing. He helped get my roof scheduled and he also has me on the calendar to fix my gutters! They do a great job with communication.

I called Able because I've been having issues with my chimney leaking. The lady who I talked to was extremely nice and very helpful. However, the guy who came out to give me a quote gave me an insane quote. I didn't tell him that I've had quotes from 4 other companies ranging from $3,300-$5,000. This man quoted me $15,000! I'm assuming because I'm young he thought he could take advantage of me. I strongly don't recommend this company. I found out after all this that my parents hired Able to do their roofing and Able hired another company to do the roof for them so Able could save money. This is a very shady business.

Love my new roof and gutters, very pleased with the service that I received. The installers for the roof didn't come to play, they started early and was done before lunch. They cleaned the areas and made sure they repeated the magnetic sweep for nails, I definitely appreciate that. Thank you for a job well done!

Had roof replaced. Fast and thorough.

Be prepared to have/see the crew there super early - when they say they will have the roof done in a day, they mean it. It doesn't mean that they will cut corners either. From tear down, to installation, to clean up, everything was handled with care and thoroughness... they even corrected some mistakes left by other contractors, while leaving my yard cleaner than what it was originally.

Ryan worked around my schedule and met me at my house. The process was efficient and the job was done right. I would absolutely recommend Ryan and his team for any Roofing repairs in Ohio.

A company is only as good as their sales guy, and Jimmy from Able is the sole reason I chose them for my roof. Jimmy was incredibly knowledgeable and personable, and really authentic without being overly salesy. I can be a bit of an annoying consumer and have a lot of questions/needs and Jimmy consistently went above and beyond to help exceed my expectations at every step of the way (even answering a text within minutes after 10 on a weekend). The dude is a gem and deserving of recognition for how good he is.

Two man crew came out on time did a really good job of taking the old flashing off replaced all the underlayment installed installed the new flashing and roof vent along with replacing all the shingles you're in and out and about 2 hours to a very nice job and did an excellent job of cleaning up after they were done I found no debris on the ground and they were very pleasant to work with I will use him again and would definitely recommend them

We needed a roof replacement after storm damage. We filed a claim with State Farm and received a lot of pushback. Zach went above and beyond to advocate for us, and finally got the job done. As the saying goes, “When you give a mouse a cookie, it’s going to want a glass of milk.” The project snowballed into new gutters, soffit, siding, and stone fascia. Able was easy to work with, communication was great, crews were on time and efficient. We couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome!

From start to finish, my Able representative Zach Harmon, was excellent! My roof and gutters were installed perfectly! I would definitely use Able for a new roof.
