ABC Supply Co. - Port Huron, MI

This company was hired to deliver shingles to my property that was under renovations and destroyed our lawn.

The driver asked a worker in the house to sign off on the delivery, who had no authority to sign nor was the owner or contractor who hired Hermans.

The driver proceeded to drive on a wet lawn, get stuck and destroy the front lawn. Hermans will not accept any liability given the paper was signed by someone. Apparently it does not matter who signs as long as someone does.

Our cost is $450 to have it filled with soil and levelled off. Hermans after many phone calls, has yet to return any of them. They have wiped their hands clean of this.

I suggest all who read this hire companies who own up to their mistakes and correct them like professionals, not ignore customers who they deem unimportant.

If the costs are recuperated from Hermans I will consider removing my review.
