This store offers good service and have vice people but they should be open on Saturdays for at least half the day. Had to go to the Murray store and waited for over an hour to get materials. So frustrating because we are all in the business of making money and time is money.

Online they say they are open on Saturday. So on Friday afternoon rather than leave the job I think great I'll just get what I need first thing Saturday morning to finish my job. When I pull up first thing Saturday morning the sign on the door says "we will not be open on Saturdays until further notice. Thanks for your business!" You've lost my business! So disappointed!

Went in there to pick up some ridgecap and was yelled at by the manager to go give my order to the desk Inside. Went inside and the lady was nice but the manager came in again and yelled at me to give the work order to (one of his guys outside ), Dont true leaders lead by example ?Overall terrible customer service and expensive compared to competitors glad I was able to get out of there fast there seemed to be a feeling of fear in the air as if the employees were afraid to be themselves around their management. Also beware of the bathrooms they are not clean and smell like death.

When I called the store I spoke with a guy named Robb who said he was the manager. I felt like I was putting him out the entire time I was speaking with him when I called needing about $1,500 in materials. He made it clear that I was not a high priority since I was a cash customer and not a contractor. I never received the callback that I was promised pertaining to product availability. It takes the same amount of effort if not less to be polite than to be nasty or short with someone. I like polite and professional customer service, but that is not at all what I received. They missed out on my current & future business.
