Had no issues with follow-ups, or placing order, very thorough.
Great place to unload. In a 8:00....out by 8:14.
Good crew. The truck entrance is off Trade Street.
I was able to match the shingles that are on my house.
This is always my go to place for my vinyl siding windows and roofing tin.

He’d unload one bundle off my trailer then disappear for 10 minutes.
Took an hour and 45 minutes for what should have been 20 to 30 minutes.
Really wish I could give 0 stars.
They would not work with you and treated my client very rudely.

I dealt with Cliff inside, very knowledgeable, and patient with me doing a window order for my home. Had no issues with follow-ups, or placing order, very thorough. Notified today that my windows were in and would be delivered next week as promised. I too do not understand the negative post, I was treated with respect and they did everything they told me they could do. Again Cliff was on top of everything.

I have been to over 10 ABC supply chains. This is the worst one. Everytime it takes a hour and half to unload shingles. Forklift driver gets down to 2 or 3 skids to unload and rides off for over 30 minutes. Every dam time I come here. They deserve no dam stars.

First in line, but 3rd to get unloaded… day cab dry van shows up 30 minutes after me and gets unloaded in less than 10 minutes, conestoga pulls up and starts getting unloaded while I’m up front waiting for my fork lifter to finish. He’d unload one bundle off my trailer then disappear for 10 minutes. Got there at 730 and didn’t leave until after 930… they only had 2 local trucks to load when I got there and it still took 2 hours to unload me. Not worth what they are payin for loads

Good crew. The truck entrance is off Trade Street. Receiving starts at 8:30. Efficient setup for unload. Short staffed, although the forklift operator has great hustle and is operating very efficiently.

Worst ABC building supply store I've ever delivered vinyl siding to. Took an hour and 45 minutes for what should have been 20 to 30 minutes at any other ABC. Even unloaded a van trailer that showed up 20 minutes after I had arrived unstrapped and the been ready to unload. They had him in and out in 10 minutes. Really wish I could give 0 stars.

I had client I sent there to look at option for vinyl siding they were treat very rudely, and told me they would not work with you. As contractor that sent his clients to you and this happen I am very disappointed this gives me black eye. I can tell you I’m done doing business with companies that do not treat have customer and client with respect.
