I am pleased with the metal roof that was placed on my property in Darlington. The crew came out and completed the work in 1day. Pictures were sent to me during the process of the metal roof installation, which I valued since I wasn’t able to be there in person. Any leftover material was returned to me as I asked. When I met Mendoza he didn’t hesitate to go and get me a quote although I wasn’t available to meet him at the property. I plan to use his services again and will recommend his company to others. Thanks for a job well done!!! Currently I’m not able to post any pictures due to me being at work.
I had extensive work done by this company in the past. I purchased a home built in 1953 that needed a complete make over. If I had to access it’s like the company has an ABC team. The A team came in did a fantastic job, the B team was mediocre and the C team completed my basement and as you can see on the pic provided did a poor job. Alberto presented to the site daily as the foreman on the project but I did not feel he was on site enough given how extensive this project was he did not check behind the workers otherwise I don’t think he would have left the basement in this way. If there was ever an error it was always somebody else fault he never took accountability case in point my bathtub had to be changed bc it was measured incorrectly by what I would describe as the B team. I had to send the tub back that I wanted and order another one to fit because the shower was already installed. Alberto himself and his team are nice however with a 60k bill perfection is what I expected or really close to it. If someone takes pride in their work I don’t think they would leave it like this. And this is a late review
Contacted this gentleman back in late January for roofing work on one of my properties, because of the 5-star reviews and outdoor advertisements. Came promptly to measure and extended a price for the work. I accepted the estimate and was told he'd reach out with a contract. Understanding he's incredibly busy, I waited one month to reach out to him again. He explained his wife had surgery and that he'd get a contract out in two weeks. More than 2.5 months later, still haven't heard anything. Perhaps I dodged a bullet. In any event, simply saying, "I'm not interested", or, "This is beyond the scope of my abilities", would've been the best course of action. Mr. Mendoza might have great roofing skills, but he dropped the ball on what would've been a lucrative relationship. I have 4 properties in need of renovation.
