Service is consistently incredibly slow. My last 2 visits have a combined waited time of 2.5 hours! As I write, I’ve been waiting 45 minutes for 1 box of stock vinyl siding. My last visit took 1.5 hours.
My purchases have been called in ahead of time and confirmed in stock, so it’s not like I’m getting anything that takes tons of time.
It’s just unbelievably frustrating when you have multiple jobs in progress with workers and customers waiting.
The desk folks are friendly and helpful.
I'm a homeowner putting a rubber roof on my carport, excellent sales staff told me what I needed and the project turned out great
I have been dealing with them for years now. I have also had other company's try to get my business but they just don't compare to the service an the way that abc has always been there to assist me when needed. I will recommend them to anyone.
