On 2/24/25 your driver veered off of the lane and drove thru my yard. With how wet it is from the snow it literally created a huge ditch. I called and spoke to Jordan who passed me to Tammy who told me I would get a call in 20 minutes from someone else. As of 2/27/25 I've heard nothing back. Cutting grass is going to be bumpy and I don't feel as though it's my responsibility to fix your mistakes. Very unprofessional company.

Addendum #2: After our upset yesterday (which was a Sunday) and having to stop our work due to the wrong product fiasco, ABC provided excellent customer service today. They didn't hesitate to take back the incorrect product and replace with the correct. They were apologetic, though they couldn't explain why this happened. They were quick in helping us get the product out of our car and returning from the warehouse with the correct items. Happy ending, and that 1 star returned.
Addendum #1: I've removed 1 star. We are half way through a box of shake siding and found it to be a different style or maybe older version and cannot connect to the other half of the box that we've already put on the house. They are also ALL dirty and covered in dirty hand prints. Even after scrubbing clean, they are still stained.
Great prices. Great selection. We ordered siding to be delivered. They delivered a day early, when we weren't home and a car was in their way. They still managed to get the supplies delivered without any damage to our home or vehicle.
The staff is extremely friendly, courteous, and helpful. Recommend!
