We met Zack at the Daffodil Festival and left our name and number on the contact sheet. He was nice and professional and let us know it may be a little bit before he reaches out, as there were already a lot of people on the list. We said no problem as we didn't need anything done immediately. Zack reached out to me about a week after the festival and we discussed what my husband and I were hoping to have done. We have not hired someone to pressure wash our house before so we did not have anything to base it on price-wise, but felt the price was great, especially considering he was driving from York to Mathews, so we scheduled it. Zack kept in contact, with a reminder message a couple days before the scheduled date, and then the day of as to when he would be at the house. He beat me home by about 20 minutes and to my surprise, he was over halfway done already. Again, we don't have experience with having the house pressure washed (we also added in our 12x12 back deck), but for a 2000 sq ft, 2 story house, I felt he was doing great on time (we didn't care how long he would take lol). He greeted me as I walked up, told me where he was with the job and about how much he had left, and said he would knock when he was finished. About 20 minutes later he knocked and I thanked him for everything. He was fast, professional, and nice. He did a fantastic job! We will absolutely be scheduling him to come out again!
