By far the most unethical and negligent place I've ever seen I wouldn't trust these people to fill my dogs water bowl they willing and knowingly used my address to work on me neighbors property not once but twice then on top of that they refused to give me the paperwork even though my address is on it and then had the nerve to tell me to pay a bill from 2017 that my deceased dad had there apparently just bc we have the same name so I wasn't good enough to get the current paperwork because they know it's illegal but they want me to pay someone else's bill. Like I said the most unethical and negligent work place of all time......Nope I'm not confused at all 10000% sure......Check Angie's list I posted the pictures of when you where here working at my neighbors house with a work order that has my Address on it I guess yall have no idea what I'm talking about now....and again you people have NEVER did work for me at all that was my father 8 years ago and he's DEAD period.......

Wonderful people ! Our old HVAC unit was getting in really bad shape. Only a week after us giving them the ok they put in our new system at a reasonable price ! The workers were very polite and professional. Thank you we really appreciate it !

Had trouble with my water this week and they had somebody here at 830am on a Saturday to get it fixed! Bill and his guys were wonderful, he explained everything and was determined to get it fixed today which he did!! Thank you so much for all the information and getting it done we really appreciate it!! Would highly recommend him and I for sure will be asking for him if there ever is another issue in the future.

I called late one evening and they called me back right away, had someone here first thing in the morning! Extremely kind and professional, highly recommend!

We love Hodges & Bryant! We've used them for years, and they are always responsive, kind and professional....but our recent experience puts them in the 6 stars category;). A lightning strike and resulting power surge reeked havoc on multiple systems in the house. As we had mostly used them for just straight plumbing jobs, they were not my first call...and it was only facing multiple road blocks over two weeks that I reached out to them for advice - and discovered they could fix all of our issues. Didn't even know they sold dishwashers on site and they fixed our mini-split as well. Danny is wonderful, as is all of the staff. Thank you, H&B!

Hot water heater had a leak, called Danny this morning asked if he could send somebody out and the price. He had a great price and guys were there in less than an hour. Beyond happy with their service and price. Thanks Danny

I thought customer service was a thing of the past until I called Danny and his crew. On short notice they squeezed us in to a packed schedule to get a leaking water heater replaced. The whole experience from beginning to end was simply a pleasure. I highly recommend this company.

I can't thank these guys enough! Went to bed with no water after a lot of troubleshooting, so we started calling everyone at 8am this morning. Most companies were not able to come out for days.

The lady that answered the phone assured me they do not like customers to go without water and they would call back to schedule. Within 15 mins we got a call back stating someone would be there within the next 20 mins. The young gentleman showed up super fast, was professional and spoke to my husband and myself equally. He fixed the issue in no time and also gave us some pointers on what to maintain and watch for in the future.

Our water was up in running in less than 2 hours from our first call with Hodges & Bryant. I couldn't be happier as a new customer, now customer for life!

She was extremely polite and told me someone would call me back soon. As she had said, Danny called me back promptly and notified me that someone would be to my home by 10:30am. At 10am (early), two employees, Robert and Byrun, were at my home to identify my water issue. They were very professional, identified the problems, and were on their way by 10:35am. I was, and still am, so relieved that my family and I didn't have to wait days to have our water fixed. From the moment I called this business , I was treated well, like a valued customer. Don and DJ from Hodges and Bryant did a very good job installing a new dishwasher. They arrived right on time. Removing the old dishwasher was a challenge, but they were efficient and cheerful about this task. Don and DJ were polite and knowledgeable. Don showed me how to use the new dishwasher. I believe that these two men are representative of the employees at Hodges and Bryant, so this must be an excellent business.

These folks are the best for service and quality work. Very dependable and they are there in time of need. I would recommend them to all folks. I will also say not only are they the best but if they can't fix the problem for some reason they will refer you to some one that is top quality that can.

Our ac wouldn’t blow cold air the other day, we went there to buy a part which ultimately didn’t fix the issue.. called them this morning to get somebody to come out and didn’t expect to hear back til tomorrow. They came out checked the problem and within an hour had the whole thing fixed! Turns out the compacitor was ok and it was the circuit board. Thank you guys! Very professional, nice timely! Amazing!

Danny and his crews have always done a great job over the past 5 years for us. His crews are very professional. Just recently during the storms they came out to diagnose and repair an issue with our well. They worked in the pouring rain to get it fixed. Kudos and keep up the good work.

These folks did a great job installing our LP gas range. They were all very polite and knowledgeable over the phone and in person. They covered our floor and their feet. We were very pleased with our service.

All I can say is THANK YOU to everyone beginning with the lady I spoke to on the phone, she was polite, and showed that she cared about helping me. I have 3 year old twins and my ac had been out for almost a month because another company (m&holmes) told me nothing was wrong with my system. My babies were constantly on breathing treatments because of the ac not working correctly. Danny made sure to send me a window unit until my parts came in and were installed. The techs that came out were amazing. Very knowledgeable and professional. The cost to repair my unit was fair. I will definitely be a returning customer. Thank you all once again!

Our AC unit went out and they came and fixed it within 2 hours. We have been using them for for a few years and find them to be excellent.

Hodges & Bryant showed up when expected. Very professional, knew what they were doing, and were very professional. I am a Project Manager who manages construction/maintenance projects for NASA (they didn't know that). This contractor is an A1 contractor and who I will use again. They fixed the issue in short order and I appreciate their services. In detail they pulled my well equipment and associated piping to replace the foot valve. It didn't go easy for them but through professionalism and perseverance they accomplished the task. I recommend their services if you need anything plumbing.

Very prompt, professional and courteous. Got the problem taken care of quickly and even done one not reported yet. Am very pleased!

We needed a well part on a Saturday. I called at 11:45. They close at 12. The gentleman told us he would wait even though we were 20+ mins away. He gave us a discount & helped with fittings as well. He was very kind and wished us well. We have had previous pleasant experiences with this company in the past. I highly recommend this company for your plumbing & electrical needs.

Water pump when out at a rental house I have. They were quick to get down there, get it replaced, and restore water to the house. Great job.

They are probably one of the most honest companies I have dealt with. I could have been told twice I needed a new A/C but was told the first time they visited that everything was working properly, then on a different call recently, it just needed a part. Employees are always pleasant and on time. I would recommend them for sure
