Kevon was great. On 10/26 my water heater departed this life. Of course it was a Saturday. Kevon was at my house that morning, gave me some options, wound up going with a new one. He went and got it, installed it, took the old one, all in a timely and professional manner. Very happy, since I'm a person that needs my hot water, so crisis resolved. Recommend and would use again.

Phil arrived on time, did great work, answered all questions. It wasn't an easy job, tight crawl space and very old nasty pipes.

Somewhat of an emergency (no hot water - valve needed replacing). Office called me at 7:55 am, arranged to have someone at my home between 1:00 and 4:00 pm, and service person got there within that time frame. Kevon was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and efficient - job well done!

Best plumbing service in the Romeo area! Joe is a skilled plumber and a great problem solver. He's efficient, communicative and easy to work with. Joe and Aaron Swift Plumbing have helped me with several residential projects over the years--expertly completing bathroom plumbing hookup/repair against a tight remodel deadline in the past, and fixing leaky gas pipes more recently. Great skilled work provided every time!

We called 8:00 am Saturday morning, to be told we'd get a call back as soon as the technician was contacted. After no response we called back at 11:00 am only to be told there was no service available today. Prior to the phone calls, I filled out an online appointment request the night before and did not receive a reply to that either. Very poor customer service! Since the hot water heater broke, it was urgent that we were contacted. By the time we called other companies, we couldn't get an appointment until Monday. We would not call this company again!

Fast, courteous and professional. If you want the “best” at a competitive price, look no further than Swift Plumbing. I’ve done business with them since the early 70’s. They’ve grown, but still feel like neighbors!!

We had a plumbing emergency just four days after moving into our house. A neighbor recommended we call Aaron Swift Plumbing for service. Kevon came out within an hour and immediately got to work. He solved the problem (a bad compression fitting and a bad valve) and installed a new faucet to replace the faulty one. We very much appreciated professional way in which Kevon handle the situation and will be continuing customers of Aaron Swift Plumbing.

Called for a semi emergency, they showed up on time, everyone was courteous and professional, would definitely use them again!

I had a major sewer line problem on a Sunday. Called Aaron Swift at 11:00 AM and the problem was fixed by 1:30.

We are very happy with the service at Aaron Swift Plumbing. After our call the plumber was at our home in a couple of hours. Phil did a great job and was very conscientious about his job. We will definitely use Aaron Swift plumbing again!

We had a single vanity replaced by a dual vanity with some tricky plumbing implications. We also had a new roman faucet replaced in a large tiled rub with older rusty plumbing. Joe and Brandon did top notch work. I would give 6 stars if I could but it only allows 5.

Couldn’t believe Aaron Swift plumbing could come same day - let alone before noon the same day! As always, our issues were handled with care - and at a price that didn’t break the bank!

The techs were very nice and helpful. They fixed our problem and left everything the way they found it. We are very happy with what they did.

I have had them come out on two different occasions in the span of two months and they never actually found or solved the issue. The first time they sent someone out he snaked the line and said it was probably roots. Came out maybe 2 weeks later after it clogged again. That time he brought the camera (conveniently forgot the first time) and said there really isn't roots that seem to be an issue. So $700 dollars later I have no answer to why my toilet is not flushing for the 3rd time in a span of 3 months. This company is a total rip off

Been using them for years and will continue. They are full service in every way. Honest, Efficient, Prompt, Technically the best - just everything. Great Company!

Had my main drain clogged. I called them first thing in the morning and by 1pm had everything back flowing. Tech was polite and handled everything accordingly.

I have gone back and forth on whether to write this, but after this last phone call, I decided I had too. We have used them a couple of times and the techs have been good and their prices have been comparable. My issue is with the woman that answers the phone. I have spoken to her several times and she is always so short and rude with me. It is unnecessary and unprofessional. Awful customer service from her. I may seek elsewhere next time just so I do not have to deal with her.

My folks needed a pipe in their basement fixed and I knew of these folks because I had delivered to them when I drove for Doordash, so I gave them their info and they got an appointment set up that day for someone to come out later in the week to give a quote. The quote wound up being half of what they were bracing themselves for and then the actual work wound up even cheaper than that! My folks are so pleased that for the first time in months they can do laundry without having to mop up the basement. These folks even sent someone out on a holiday weekend to make sure there was a prompt fix even though they didn't have to do that. My parents don't use the internet much so I am writing this review on their behalf.

This is the second time we have used Aaron Swift. Once to dig up our sewer 12 years ago in Sterling Heights and today to snake out our sewer in Romeo.
Darn Romeo old trees and roots. Lol! Gave us suggestions for the future to help remedy this situation. Thank you Aaron Swift and Joe!!

My family found ourselves with a broken shutoff valve on the street side our our water main on a Sunday. The plumber, Brandon, explained to us over the phone how we needed the city DPW to come shut off the water from the outside. He was then available promptly and able to coordinate availability with the DPW employee. Despite the unpleasant circumstances we were in, Brandon was great and made sure we were taken care of so that we could have water again! Great service all around!

We are in the process of moving into our new home, and discovered that the drains in both showers were corroded. Needed to be ripped out and a whole new assembly installed. This was essientially holding us up on moving in. I placed a phone call yesterday afternoon and the tech was over first thing in the morning today. Long story short, they got us up and running while other plumbing services were either overpriced or quoting month or longer long lead times. Pricing was extremely fair and the service from dispatch and the technician were responsive, courteous, and professional. I will be using A.S Plumbing for all my needs. I strongly recommend this company to anyone in need of service.

We have been very grateful for Swift plumbing and their promptness in responding when we have needed them. They have helped us with snaking the lines and replacing an outdoor water spigot. Both times they were courteous and professional, explained what was needed and why they were doing what they were doing. Will not hesitate to call them back out the next time a need arises.

This company just completed a major (for me) plumbing job on my 100+ year-old farm house, and I would highly recommend them to anyone. They had to cut through my concrete driveway to replace a line from my house to the septic tank plus other work. I’d like to commend Patrick, Brandon and Rob for their professionalism, courtesy and attention to detail.

Called yesterday morning regarding water pressure issues. receptionist was super polite and friendly. She had someone out next day. Patrick was professional and honest.

I have used Aaron Swift Plumbing & Sewer Service twice, and I have been very satisfied both times. Making an appointment was easy, they showed up on time, were professional, answered my questions, and were very reasonable. If I need any plumbing service, I will definitely contact them.

As a business owner myself, very disappointed with this company. Had a french floor drain that was clogged, spoke to tech on phone, he suggested I needed the water jet machine with a price of 657.00 which I agreed on. As they were attempting to water jet the pipe, the water backed up, and started to flood the shop. They had no waste pump on any of the 3 trucks on site, so my tenant had one and he and I proceeded to pump water out, mins you while the techs watched us. The tech jetted for approx 20 minutes and gave up, with the lead tech telling me what was needed was the auger (eel). Wish he would have evaluated the situation before and told that, but anyway paid them for the 1hr 15 minutes they were there for jet. Next day 2 techs came back with the auger (eel) machine, for price of 364.00 additional. The auger was doing the job, as we were able to find where pipe was outside building by the ditch area with the vibration of machine. Looking to locate the pipe, one of the techs came running in the building telling the 2nd tech , he had sawzalled thru a gas line. Turns out it was a high pressure gas main. Emergency crews were called, and had crews with gas meter letting us know if it was safe. When gas company showed up one of the techs told them that he had hit with a shovel, but they new better, and he admitted he sawed through pipe. Techs packed up and just left. Stuck around building till about 11:00 pm in case gas company needed to get in building. Consumers temp fixed the pipe, till they could mini excavator 3 weeks later to fix correctly. I had to fix area of grass and diet when finished. Never received a return call from anyone from Aaron swift, until about a month later, looking for payment. Called Naomi, and explained situation. She said she did not know anything about it, and would check into and get back to me. Today I received letter from Naomi saying the work was performed and I still owe the 364.00 . Very disappointed with the way this was handled. I am going to pay this to call the slate clean, but hope this helps other consumers decide to use Arron swift plumbing.

Called on Labor Day because it showed they were open and serviced my area. Needed a simple job done. Outside gas line removed from gas heater and capped. Got all my information in and a few minutes later, the lady over scheduling called me back. Told me she didn't have her schedule for the week and would get back with me next business day. She never called back. I take it they either didn't want to service me or my job was too small and not worth their time.

We used Aaron Swift Plumbing to fix a sewer issue on our house and they were so easy to work with. The receptionist was professional and great at calling us back and letting us know when someone was coming. We had Patrick come out to do the work and he did a great job. Super friendly and professional as well. I would definitely recommend this company!

Update: I have continued to use them for the past four years and have never had an issue with them. They are respectful and straightforward with their pricing and timelines. I would still recommend them.

I received an estimate for several jobs inside and outside my home from Joe at Aaron Swift back in January. We decided to wait until the outside temps were more conducive to performing the work, but the then the pandemic came along. In May Joe was able to come back and do the work, and he did it exactly as we had discussed at the exact price we had agreed on in January. I will be using Aaron Swift for future plumbing work!

I have used this firm for routine things like installing a new faucet and they have always been professional and on time. A few days ago I went to my basement and there was water gushing from the pipe to the sump pump. I immediately called and was told someone would be there asap. My neighbor got the 2 pipes joined so the water flow was temporarily stopped. With an hour Rob from Aaron Swift arrived and he immediately knew what had happened. He explained what had caused the issue and offered me two solutions along with the cost of each. He was knowledgeable and patient while answering all my questions. I would recommend this firm to anyone needing their service.
