Wes at Re-Brick Restoration was incredibly helpful and honest with us, great experience, very professional. We got scheduled for an estimate about a possible brick repair very quickly and communication was clear and easy. When Wes came out to estimate our job, he thoroughly looked over the problem areas at our home and gave his honest opinion that brick & masonry was intact and in good shape and there were was likely a different source of our problem. He helped connect us to other professionals to troubleshoot the issue.

Can't say enough great things about this company, great communication, friendly attitude, honest information about the scope of potential work. Even though we did not pursue a job at this time with the company we will keep them in mind for any future brick/paver/concrete needs.

I live in an historic home and Re-Brick worked on repairing my chimney and some foundation work. I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome. They did a wonderful job matching the color of my original mortar and incorporating reclaimed bricks with some of my original brick they could salvage. All my interactions with their staff were positive, and finished the job in a timely manner.

Beautiful brick match on my chimney. The original brick is from 1988 and is discontinued, but they managed to nail it the color match perfectly. Rebuilt, and recapped from the roof up. The crew made quick work of it.

From beginning to end Rebrick was great. Wes and his guys were amazing. Rebuilt our chimney and tuckpointed all over our home. Wes was wonderful and so was Laura in the office. Wes, the owner of the company, met with us to review the scope of the work and to give us a quote. He and his company were great to work with. They were responsive and timely. Excellent communication. We had them do a good deal of tuck pointing. They replaced a window lintel and a limestone windowsill, and rebuilt our front porch with a blue stone cap. The finished work is great-looking and professional. They left the worksite very clean. We highly recommend the company.

Wes, the owner is great and definitely gave us the best price to tear out all our pavers on ribbons, sidewalk, and patio. We replaced it with exposed aggregate and Wes’ crew, Gabriel and George did a fabulous job. It is beautiful! I cannot recommend Re-Brick Restoration highly enough. First off, I can’t say enough about this company. I had another company quote me and start a retaining wall removal and rebuild at my home. They spent one day and then never came back. They left my retaining wall on my grass and I was in a pickle.

I called Re-Brick and they came out right away to give me an estimate and met with Carl. Carl was EXTREMELY helpful and gave me a much better understanding of what needed to be done and how they would fix it. Carl kept every promise he made and his crew was amazing. The work they did on my garden wall was first class to say the least.

If you’re considering someone to fix your garden wall or pavers? These are the guys. They busted their butts to make sure I was happy. I would honestly give this company 10 stars if I could. The workers were all friendly and respectful of my property and flower beds. I could seriously go on and on… but I think you get it. The photos below show what the OTHER company left me with and then what Re-Brick did to fix it. Love these guys.

Longer Version:
I had Re-Brick give me an estimate to repair my chimney. The cover was cracked and the brickwork needed repair. Out of the three estimates I got, Wes immediately won my confidence as it was clear he actually speaks from hands on experience. He provided a straight forward quote and said he would honor it for this season.

The day the work was performed Wes and his crew were on time and prepared. There was one little issue with setting up their scaffolding due to how close my neighbor's and my house are, but between a cool neighbor and Wes and his teams experience they were able to get it up ensuring no damage to either home. They worked diligently all day and were very respectful of the garden/property/etc.

I would highly recommend you give Re-Brick a shot before any of these bigger construction companies. Local guys doing quality work with integrity, not sure what more you could ask for.

I had Re-Brick come out to do tuck pointing on multiple areas of my home, my chimney, new chimney cap and ripped out all the old caulk and recaulked along the driveway. The guys did all that in one day. Everything was cleaned up afterwards and they did an excellent job. Extremely happy with the work performed and they are the only masonry company I will use!

Re brick completely exceeded my expectations for a local own masonry company. Our area is so flooded with these types of small construction businesses and many have gone to great lengths to over charge, scam etc. but re brick really lives by the core values they display on their website ❤️ they are a family owned and operated business that not only does AMAZING work for the best price. But they are constantly giving back to their community in any way possible! Their mission to help their community seems more important to them then the money which is hard to find these days! Wes and his team at rebrick restoration has restored our faith in great service and ability to perform their work as promised. My son needed new caps done on 2 chimneys and a bit of tuck pointing due to house settling. Since he is a young new homeowner, I made the phone calls and collected the quotes. After speaking with quite a few contractors, looking at websites and reading reviews, I decided on Re-brick. I had a good feeling about the company from the first phone call with Laura through to the estimate with Wes. I had confidence that it would be a good experience until the end. I was not disappointed. Josh and his crew worked hard, explained things if I had any question and cleaned up good before they left. Easy initial consult, no pressure sales, reasonable price. Got a couple other quotes - one of them was double. Glad we trusted Wes and his team, they got our tuck point and partial chimney rebuilds done in two days and even washed our cars when the grinder dust settled. ReBrickRestoration guys did an amazing and fantastic job re-bricking the vacated outside hole in the wall using left over original bricks from our house! Cleaned everything up, and rinsed the whole wall and ground! Definitely recommended!!

We had worked with re-brick on 3 different projects now(chimney rebuild, opening closure and tuckpointing). I would continue to recommend them as doing great professional work. They work fast and with great quality. They match the repairs so well on historic masonry that you can hardly tell the patch apart after some time.

Original review: I have a 80 year old brick house which was in need in some attention. I had great experience with Re-Brick. We had several masonry contractors for estimates, but Wes was the most thorough, he took pictures for his records and we had all the work outlined in the estimate including what needs to be done (aka brick replacement vs tuckpointing) and where, he also stopped by on the day of the job to make sure all the areas are taken care of and we are satisfied with the quality.
We had Oley and Josh working on the repairs and they did a great job! If you don't know where to look you can't spot which bricks were original and which were replaced, tuckpointed areas also look great, they even went ahead and did a little more that what was in the estimate so it looks better. It has been around 3 weeks since they have completed the works and the mortar has already blended into the house much better than the repairs previous owners had done. They had cleaned up all the brick dust both days they worked and also raked the (empty) garden bed under the porch. Overall very satisfied with the work the crew did.

These guys got the job done, on time, and at a remarkably fair price. There aren't enough gold stars for me to give to them. They need gold stars that go to 11. Also - one of the only companies in the metro area that actually services Detroit. I cannot count the number of "Detroit" companies that won't venture past 8mile. Re-Brick Restoration communicated every step of the way, and they did an absolutely beautiful job restoring my outside chimney. Give them your money.

I m 70 years old. I have had so many contractors doing things at my house. These 2 guys, Oley and Josh were exceptional. Not only did I
not have to lift a finger, but they moved out of
the way what needed to be moved, they also moved it back where it was when they were done. They cleaned up better than I would have, and most of all I had no surprises. They just did the work as it was in the contract. The supervisors were out here each day, Carl and Wess, and made sure the work was going right. I have never had a contractor that has done everything they said they would do until Re-Brick Restoration. I thank my neighbor Ray for referring me to them. GOOD JOB GUYS!

I can’t say enough about Wes and the guys at Re-Brick! They came out on a short notice to help us with some tuckpointing and to rebuild one of our exterior walls. Wes’ experience was evident while he was doing his walkthrough for the quote – he quickly identified the type of brick we had (installed in the 50’s), it’s original manufacturer, the material make up, and which brick he would use to replace it. Quoted a fair price right on the spot.
They completed the entire job in a day and didn’t miss a thing. They stayed until after dark to ensure the job was done right and done right. I called Re-Brick Restoration to discuss an issue I was having with the bricks on the upper portion of my chimney which were showing signs of damage. I spoke to the owner Wes and told him I was also concerned about the condition of the bricks surrounding my front porch. He was patient in answering my questions and offered a couple of likely theories.

When he came out a few days later and did an on-site inspection, he confirmed the cause of both the chimney and porch problems, and offered a variety of corrections, from basic quick-fixes to more permanent solutions.

I hired Re-Brick and was very pleased how things turned out. The work-site was kept clean and orderly, and either Wes or partner Carl were on hand to supervise the entire three-day project.
