I highly recommend AAA roofing. Jeff and Austin were always professional, on time and communicated daily as to how the work was moving along. My project was big and the estimate was detailed. The crew was very respectiful of me and my property. I was very satisfied with the work product. Lauren made it easy to settle the invoice on line. Outstanding customer service and punctuality from scheduling the estimate all the way through to performing the work. They are busier than some other companies, but if you can wait, it is worth it. I picked AAA Roofing after getting consults and quotes from a dozen or so roofers. The ranges of estimates and recommendations was surprisingly diverse. In the end I went with AAA Roofing since their solution was the most logical and competitively priced. The quality of work exceeded my expectations.

Jeff and Austin came out and gave us a quote on a roof replacement along with 5 skylights and removing an old swamp cooler and decking it over.bthey scheduled the job 2 days after we signed the contract. Their crew was out at 6:30 am and were finished by 4 pm. Excellent job by them and their crew. Jeff and Austin were very nice people and showed concern for us as customers. AAA Roofing has been an amazing company to work with. Don came to inspect our roof and went over some options we had for a full roof replacement. He also noticed some hail damage and was more than willing to advocate for us with the insurance company. Our insurance was unwilling to work with us but we proceeded with AAA and the replacement anyways and again, they were fantastic. Very communicative, kind, knowledgeable and they really care about the work they do. I’d recommend Don and the rest of the team to anyone needing work on their roof every single time

I can't say enough positive things about Don, Jeff, Lauren, and the rest of the AAA crew! They showed up to give me a bid when they said they would, showed up to do the work when they said they would, finished on time and in budget, had an awesome crew of hard-working guys here who were super friendly and cleaned everything up everyday, and then even gave me a decking replacement at no charge. They were responsive to my questions after the fact and are even still engaged and helping me as I'm having trouble with the contractor who followed them for other work on the house. This is not the cheapest roof you can put on, but you get what you pay for and I feel so great about the service and quality that AAA provides! Highly, highly, highly recommend!

I’ve used AAA Roofing for both my personal home and business. They are professional, responsive, and did a quality job. Their crew is clean and respectful, and Sandro their repairman is amazing. I decided to post a review after reading some of the negative ratings AAA Roofing has received. Seems to me that the people who rate local, small businesses as 1 star are unhappy in general. Nothing is ever good enough for these people and they typically have an inflated sense of self importance. They do not realize that their selfish actions, by rating a company 1 star due to their own lack of creative and constructive criticism, affect local companies far more than the minor grievance experienced. It would have been easier for people to tell AAA Roofing what their issue was, get it resolved, instead of being bitter and bashing them on the internet.

Great customer service and always friendly. They were on time to inspect and repair the roof. Everyone that I worked with was professional and great to work with. The leaks that they fixed have not come back.

These roof workers have been on my apartment building for almost 3 weeks now. They start at 7am and just grind and drill above you all day long. it’s impossible to do any at home work because these guys are shouting and scraping the roof constantly. They put a tarp over our only natural source of light for almost 2 weeks now. My whole apartment is dark by 3pm because of this godforsaken tarp. They only took maybe a week on other buildings in the lot but ours has taken almost 3 for some reason. I have filed a complaint with Desert Creek Apartments and requested they never use this service again. Very slow and unprofessional. You have someone wake you up at 7am everyday and then take your natural light as spring starts and see how happy you are.

I am so pleased with this company. I went out to get bids with a number of companies my estimator from the insurance company told me about AAA roofing company. The last estimate came from this company. The estimate was thorough and professionally presented. The price was competitive and the follow-up was stellar. I was able to pick the shingles that I wanted and was presented a sample brochure with the actual shingles, AAA was the only company to present to me that brochure everyone else did not only had paper brochures. The day of the installation went perfectly and quickly. My new roof was up in one day and I am highly happy with it. I totally recommend this company for either shingled or flat roofs.

I had AAA roofing put on a new TPO roof a few weeks ago, and it was just in time before weeks of occasional snow/rain. The roof not only looks great, but with the taper option, the water flows out the canales better than my old tar and gravel roof.

I really appreciated their professionalism and expertise in navigating the issues I was having with a roof on one of my rentals. AAA Roofing installed new roofing on a rental and casita of mine. Their work was of very good quality and I would hire them again. HB was very good at communication and on his estimate of when the job could be completed. They also did a couple of minor tasks at no extra charge. There was a mistake on the final billing which the office manager, Lauren, corrected immediately. I'd give them a terrific recommendation.

I have used AAA Roofing for both residential and commercial jobs and they are absolutely the BEST hands down! The first time I used them on the residential side my roof was still under warranty by another company and instead of trying to make money off me they suggested I call the other company for warranty (I super appreciated the honesty). The next residential job was for an addition and tune up on our house and they did a fantastic job! Recently I used them for a 16,400 square foot commercial job that required scathing off the existing foam roof and reroofing with TPO. We were initially told the job could take up to six weeks and they got it done in two weeks! The crews were very professional and made sure they disrupted business as little as possible. AAA has always been on time and provided great customer service throughout the years. I honestly cannot say enough great things about AAA Roofing.

We had our roof replaced only four months ago by this company. We had a leak and they came to fix it under our warranty. They fixed the roof, but when I asked about the roof damage and drywall issues, they said that is not their responsibility. My response was that if you all installed this correctly, none of the damage would have occurred. Long story short, I had to hire another company to help with the damage. I highly recommend any other company. Nice worker though!

They came out to fix 2 candles. We don’t know if they fixed the leaks, because we haven’t had any snow yet. However, they left gaping 1” gaps open around the canales which left them open, and we started getting mice in our walls. When I called them, they put a temporary solution on it (caulking), which will eventually have to be re-fixed by us. My husband is going to fix it in a more permanent way. So, they wouldn’t even fix it the right way.

They were attentive, kindly answered all of my questions, showed up on time, throughly cleaned up when they finished my roof. Lauren was especially helpful. She helped me with sample shingles and colors. She sent me pictures of other homes with the color shingles I was interested in to show me how it would look. I chose AAA Roofing to fix my wind-damaged roof back in June 2019 and I was blown away with their customer service and friendly staff. The owner actually engages personally with his customers, opposed to sitting at a desk and ignoring your phone calls. So I really liked that he came by my house to make sure my new roof was up to his standards or higher.

During a thorough inspection of my old roof, they found that I actually had hail damage in addition to wind blown shingles. After their inspection, AAA made extra trips to my house to take photos for my insurance company and also met the adjuster at my house to make sure everyone was on the same page. Their schedule was flexible and I appreciated that!! My roof was completely replaced about 3 weeks after their inspection and it looks beautiful! I had severe rains in July and August and I havent experienced any leaks or problems. They added turbines (that I didnt have previously) and it made my house much cooler this summer. They did surprisingly well cleaning up their mess after the install, especially being sure no nails were left behind near my driveway. I highly recommend AAA Roofing! They wont disappoint!

We love our roof! It looks so beautiful! We’re so glad that we went through AAA Roofing and would definitely recommend them to anyone. Our project manager was always available for questions and concerns. The roofers were hardworking and respectful. They took good care not to damage any of our 6 skylights and cleaned up anything that had fallen into our yard. Our shingles are a beautiful color and match perfect with our stucco! It has been 9 months now. We’ve gone through monsoon season and haven’t had any issues! We will definitely be calling AAA Roofing to do the roof on our next house!

I have been doing business with AAA Roofing for at least 6 years now - they are AWESOME. My husband and I own a rental property in addition to our home. After we have heavy rains or winds they take the time to do a drive by to check the status of our roofs ensuring all is safe and if a repair is needed they are on it. I would not go anywhere else for roofing repair or new roofs. They are simply the best.

The roofing company never got back to us when I asked them to fix the color of TPO on our roof. They also pierced a air condition line in our attic. Never did the company look at the attic to assess. Company quoted requirements and took no responsibility. Disappointed and continue to tell everyone to use a different company.

Agree with other reviewers cant keep an appointment. Called me when they were already late to tell me they would be even later knowing I was taking my lunch break to meet up with them. Bad buisness model

Great business, they work very had to provide the best service and product. I have had them do multiple projects and they have always been very clear in contracts of what they can do and offer alternative options. They don't sell something they don't stand behind.

Exceptional work, excellent customer service, and overall, one of the best experiences I have had with a contractor in the four homes I have renovated. My only regret is my current home only has one roof!

Received a $2,100 estimate for roof maintenance (mostly labor, minimal materials). I asked for explanation before work commenced. The estimator came back out and talked in circles for around 15 minutes. Having had good experiences with AAA Roofing before (different estimator / job foreman) and being busy with life, I decided to trust and proceed (big mistake). On job day, two roofers arrived around 7a, left around 12p (10 hours of labor). The only material I can see that was used is sealant (and they put my broken tiles back into the spot where they had fallen out). I procrastinated dealing with this for months; to AAA's credit, they were patient about that (probably because we had prior jobs and always paid without issue). I finally called to ask AAA to explain $200 per hour labor. Spoke with Lauren, who said she's an owner. No matter what I said or asked, she repeated the same canned line at least four times: some work is more intensive (but $200 per hour!?) and she can have the same estimator come back out and explain the charge. She refused to even theorize how $200 per hour could possibly be justified and never acknowledged that maybe the estimate was too high. Why do I want to talk to the same estimator again without any hint or even acknowledgement from Lauren that maybe the estimate was too high? I'd just be wasting more time. I told Lauren that I'm due for a re-roof soon and was inclined to use AAA again due to good past experiences, so does AAA want full payment on what must be an inflated bill and lose my business forever? Surprisingly, Lauren unequivocally opted for, in my opinion, price gouging now, lost business forever, so that's what she'll get. To be fair, Lauren never raised her voice even though I did get bit testy (I do apologize for that, Lauren), nor was she overtly rude (beyond repeating herself over-and-over as if I was incapable of understanding her simple message which in effect was, we're not going to do anything about this). I can understand the attitude of "money-now, to heck with a future relationship" from a collection agency, but not from an ongoing, local business concern. It seems like there's a been a change in business strategy (for the worse) at AAA Roofing: short-sighted. In my opinion, AAA Roofing is no longer a good company.

these people are professional! what a joy to work with them. they were complete, clean (huge where roofing is concerned) and reasonable cost wise. I would recommend them for everything from repairs to whole roofs. it is rare that a company shows up on time, does its job and cleans up after themselves ... realizing that this is a residence not a construction site.

When i first called AAA roofing to inquire about a repair i needed i was greeted with a very up beat women that promptly got me scheduled for a free inspection and quote. After speaking with Lauren for a few min i found out that it is a family owned and operated business that has been around for 20 plus years. After a few days a nice gentleman by the name of Bill showed up to take a look at the area that needed to be repaired. He was efficient, prompt and very knowledgeable about what needed to be addressed not to mention friendly and he didn't try to sell me the kitchen sink when all i needed was a faucet knob. That was fallowed up by there crew coming out and taking care of the repair. Again they showed up on time got the job done and they were out of there. There was no major mess left behind and my roof was all fixed up. Thanks AAA roofing for the great job you guys are awesome!
