I am a subcontractor
did some jobs for this guy 2 months ago and haven’t got paid on none of them
at the beginning he would answer and tell me a bunch of lies
like customers didn’t paid him or he is at the hospital,out of town and lot of craps
now he just stopped answer messages and phone calls
he is using subcontractors to do he’s job and not paying them
you my end up with lien on your house and not even know about
dont hide him!

Easy to talk with and did what was requested on my roof in Belleville. Would call again if needed. Tim worked well with my insurance company. Because of that he got things moving quickly

Our bedroom wall had been leaking for years, and we'd had the mortar people and concrete people up there when they were working on other stuff, and they always thought they could fix it but never could. Tim came out for a consult, asked a bunch of really specific questions about how and when the water comes in, and he was write about every one. Then he just knew it was the chimney cap and some joints where the chimney meets the roof, fixed it that day for very little money. There as a bunch of sideways rain today (that's when it used to come in) and there was no leak.

Tim, did a awesome job on my house roof in Collinsville Illinois . Him and his crew did a phenomenal job work was done very quickly , his also going get get my Gutters and siding done on Monday. I’m very happy with his work . Hi also works fast with insurance claim. Satisfied with the job and his crew. The crew clean all the mess . They left my house super clean, no messes at all. I’m very please.

AAA Roofing and Exteriors and owner, Tim did an excellent job replacing the house and shed roofs on my Ferguson home. The crew used quality materials, worked quickly, and cleaned up completely. I had no security concerns.

Mr Donley has been contracted by the insurance company to put on a roof and siding on my brothers trailer. He took the money and to date has not finished the work. To top it off he has taken as advantage of a mentally impaired person.
I also contacted the insurance adjuster and found out exactly what has taken place. You used my brother to your advantage andI have the proof. So I guess I will see you in court.

So I guess this is your professional work. This has been going on for year job that you were contracted to do and finish. You try to get us to take the review down which we won't do. You won't return phone calls. You won't answer the BBB compliant which leads me to a question. Why do you pay money to be with the BBB when you don't answer the complaint? To me that's a waste of money. You are just a child.Only children would do something like this. So I your customers want a child, they should hire you if customers want a professional, stay away.

While Tim is extremely knowledgeable and helpful dealing with my insurance, he is unreliable and poor communication. I contracted with Tim Donley to replace my roof, gutters and upgrade the roof on my sunroom. Tim did have someone replace my roof in October, but I've been waiting since Halloween for the rest of the job to be completed. Initially Tim gave me excuses why he didn't show up but then when he wasn't ghosting me, would provide a date for the work to be accomplished bat again, no show without a word and doesn't respond to texts or phone calls.

EDIT 2/2025: with all the rain, my year old roof is leaking around the chimney where he supposedly replaced the flashing. Guess not. Caveat emptor.

I had a full roof replacement on a Friday. The following Thursday I had 7-9 roof cap shingles blow off. I called Tim the owner (who was not present during the install). He indicated he would be there in an hour. It was 4hrs later, he came and said he had to go get some adhesive. Two hours later (8:30) at night glued them back. On the next Monday, (my roof is now 10 days old), there were more tiles off. He said he would be there at 6:00pm.
He did not show. On Tuesday I called and he said he would be there between 9:00am and 6:00pm as he would have to fit it in between "training". He was a no show, and no response to texts or calls. I tried to get a hold of him on Wednesday, and finally got him about 4:00pm.
He said he was in the hospital since Monday night (when I talked to him Tuesday, and there was no mention of this). He said he would come by and look at it. He was a no show. Now he doesn't answer my calls or texts. Very unprofessional, horrible communicator.

Edit: I got the BBB involved and Tim told them he would replace the roof cap that week. Three weeks and several excuses later he did not show up. I was fed up and I told him not to come and paid a "real" roofer fix my roof.

I met Tim at my printing comany about 2 years ago and have done the printing for his company since. I knew we needed to have our roof checked after a storm and we ended up using him to do the roof replacement in Webster Groves, MO. They did a great job. The roof was done within 3 days of the down payment and he already did my parents house as well.

Tim, does a fantastic job with AAA roofing and exteriors. He is a local guy, that always puts the customers first. We have worked with him on several roofs and could not be happier with the quality of work, responsiveness, fair and partial in working on our clients behave. I used AAA Roofing and Exteriors, from Clayton, MO, to complete some work. Tim (owner) was doing other work in our neighborhood, out in St. Charles. We are in Harvester (63303). We'd had a slight roof leak, and some other concerns, assuming it was some hail damage. Tim inspected and agreed. He installed a new roof and replacement gutters/downspouts. We are extremely happy with quality of the installation. We had a few delays due to cold weather and rain, but now that it is complete, it looks great.

Tim from AAA Roofing was fantastic to deal with. He was willing to come out and meet with us later in the evening and it was very convenient with our work schedules. He worked well with our insurance to get our claim handled timely. He has lots of experience. We trusted him and he came through wonderfully. I would recommend AAA Roofing to anyone.

AAA Roofing and Exteriors in Clayton, MO just completed the new roof and solar panel project at my home in St Charles, MO. The project took, from start to finish, about two weeks because of solar panel scheduling. AAA had to find a solar panel company to do that part of the job, and eventually ended up doing the job themselves because we could not get any solar panel companies to come out and look at the job or even return our phone calls. The roof looks great, the project is done professionally, the cleanup was great, and Tim Donley did an excellent job representing me to my insurance company on the hail damage claim. I will happily refer them to future customers.

We had a leak in the garage and called a roofer. We got AAA Roofing and Exteriors, and boy we were lucky. Tim came out and after a few minutes up on the roof he asked that I join him. We’d just had some storms come through Creve Coeur and he showed me that we had had quite a bit of storm damage.

He said we had a fairly good chance a claim for new roof and new gutters. The adjuster couldn’t get out for a week or so, and in that time heavy rain was forecasted so, Tim came back and tarped our roof over the leak, which I thought was a cool gesture.

Once the adjuster was able to come out, Tim got on the roof with him, and our claim was approved. New roof. New gutters. Tim walked us through what exactly was going to happen and what St. Louis County codes required. He knows his stuff and made us extremely comfortable with the process.

Within a week his crew was at our house and were finished with the roof in one day. Brand new gutters two days later. Love the results. The roof and gutters look great. Tim did exactly what he said he was going to do. Happy to have worked with AAA Roofing and Exteriors, and Tim Donley.

I had Tim out just a few weeks ago, he evaluated my roof for storm damage along with a few issues I had already known about. He was a straight shooter, used plain language and laid out the process step by step on how the job would go if I used his services. He was very professional yet a "salt of the earth" kind of guy and it was obvious he took a great amount of pride in doing the best job he could for his customers. He replaced my whole roof, vent piping all gutters and downspouts. His crew was in and out and had the roof completed in one day. I did have a second work day for the gutters due to scheduling conflict, but the whole process was smooth and seamless.
