Meh. Professional and thorough. Not very personable. When I had a problem with my bank account and asked for a day to figure out the problem- totally my fault and easily fixed- the adjuster was very abrupt with me and said, “listen, we don’t do charity”. I felt taken aback disrespected. Although I believe the work was quality, this direct interaction put me off.

We contacted AAA to have an asbestos ceiling removed and replaaced in our home. George Lane was cordial and knowledge and provided an estimate which we accepted. George Lane and the workers treated our home as theres and provided quality service throughout the process. Luis and Memo were exceptional in thier workmanship and service. We are pleased with results.

After discovering the need for asbestos abatement and mold removal at mom’s home we were trying to sell, James Mendoza of Service Master reached out to Ricardo and George at AAA Restoration. This team was very understanding and thorough in their evaluation of what needed to be done and provided an estimate promptly. They worked with us to offer us the best possible price and we’re very patient and understanding throughout the process. Knowing the timeframe we were dealing with regarding the closing of mom‘s home, they got us on the schedule promptly. These guys were the best!!! We had a lot of major repairs and really needed a super professional team and with all the repairs needed they were very understanding and willing to help explain everything needed. We are very pleased with the results and feel like it is a new house.

We used AAA Restoration to have some asbestos tiles removed. They gave us a completely itemized quote so we knew exactly what we were paying for. Only a few months after moving into our new home, we discovered an extensive mold contamination problem. After getting mold remediation quotes from a few different companies, we selected AAA Restoration because they were honest and professional and genuinely seemed to care. They really worked hard to help us by trying to balance the cost of the project with being as thorough in the remediation as necessary to take care of the problem. I’m so glad we went with AAA! The other companies we spoke with didn’t think it was necessary to open up the walls in the bathroom because they didn’t see much of a sign of mold contamination from the crawl space. But thank goodness for Ricardo and his team at AAA. They demoed the bathroom and discovered even more mold behind all of the shower walls. The project went as smoothly as it could considering. Ricardo and his team were very professional and communicative throughout. I really enjoyed working with them. As you can imagine, it’s no fun to have your life disrupted in a manner like this, but the AAA team made it tolerable. I highly recommend AAA Restoration for your remediation needs.

We used AAA Restoration for an asbestos problem that was quite complicated. AAA was clear about the scope of work, time frames and costs so we were never left hanging. The process went smoothly and Ricardo Chavez, the owner, and the technicians, were respectful, cordial and did as much as possible to make such a possibly awful job as non-disruptive to our home lives. Ricardo promptly answered questions, assisted in getting the proper testing done, working with our insurer, and while we still need to put things back in order we are secure in knowing the spaces are clean to be in.
I recommend AAA Restoration if you have needs they specialize in. It's nice to know there are still companies that treat their customers as we were treated.

I give AAA & Ricardo both 5 stars! I had been fighting my insurance company for months addressing a claim which included a large remediation job for which AAA had submitted an estimate. Ricardo stepped in and was key to pushing my claim along. He has my respect and immeasurable appreciation.

He and his crew were professional and thorough. They moved and sealed off my belongings so they would not be contaminated and they left the property clean when completed. In addition to a great job, everyone I interfaced with was professional and kind.

AAA and Ricardo did such a great job. They went above and beyond and made sure everything was safe and secure for my mold remediation. One thing I would have liked to see was a sealant of some type (to prohibit any further mold growth) put on the job site after the work was done but besides that it was a very good experience.

Ricardo and his team did a great job on a mold remediation job that turned into a small kitchen remodel. They laid granite countertop for us after the mold was gone.
The continuous communication was amazing. I appreciated knowing daily, the progress on the job, it turned out amazing. I’m I will utilize their services again for our next job which will be our roof.

Highly professional and superior workmanship - When an inspector finds mold in a home it becomes a very stressful situation. AAA came out to look at the house, provided an estimate for the work needed quickly. AAA kept me informed about their progress on a regular basis. They completed the mold remediation and a rebuild quickly and stayed within their cost estimate for all of the work done. I couldn't ask for a better contractor.

We recently did research for our need to have Asbestos remediation in our Corrales Home. It all started with a simple carpet replacement in two bedrooms, yet the carpet team identified the presence of “mastic adhesive” under the old vinyl squares that were under the carpet. One of the pictures shows this adhesive that used in the 1950’s and contains asbestos. I contacted AAA Restoration and Construction. All our endeavors with AAA met the classic customers’ needs. They communicated in a timely manner; they showed up on time with sufficient resources and they provided an accurate estimate and billing of their services. This project kept changing scope but required removal of all carpet, pads, baseboards, and the first layer of sub-floor. AAA did an impressive job of containment and asbestos control in the two bedroom and the hallway. The sub-flooring replacement looks great, and the best news was we passed for removal of all asbestos on the first try. AAA stated that they would be responsible for any recleaning and retesting but we never needed that. They hauled away all contaminated waste and provided us with solid documentation for any future needs on the project and remediation. We were happy with Ricardo (owner/manager), Manny (field supervisor) and the technicians (Luis and Guillermo). Overall, I would recommend AAA and use them again for construction or remodeling needs.

I recently used AAA Restoration to mitigate water damage after my roof was damaged by another party. The owners were very communicative. The clean up team was very, very neat. I hate that I needed to use AAA Restoration but I'm glad I did.

After having a pipe burst at my house, my contractors (Service Master) found evidence of asbestos which needed to be abated before they could begin the rebuild process. They suggested that I use AAA Restoration Services in Albuquerque to perform the abatement. I live two hours away from Albuquerque and was somewhat hesitant that they would even respond. They did respond, and I'm glad that Service Master recommended them! Ricardo and his crew performed the job with the utmost professionalism and expediency, even after driving two hours to reach my residence! If you live in the northern and require abatement, I highly recommend AAA Restoration services!

Let me start off by saying that AAA restoration is a top notch company with an excellent team. I had them over to inspect my roof for an intermittent leak and they had the proper tooling and diagnostics. They even went beyond expectations to simulate and see where and how the leak travels as it was a very intermittent issue.

It was a joy working with Ricardo and his highly professional team. I had them do my gravel roof as i wanted to minimize the extreme heat inside and they did a fantastic job installing TPO for me. They used the highest quality materials and did not try to short change which is quite common in this industry. I was so impressed, i even had them do stucco work all around the house.

Needless to say, it was a joy working with Ricardo and the team. They pay great attention to detail, are knowledgeable, willing to work with the client, maintain good communication and not there to make a quick buck. They are a hard working team and i highly recommend them.

AAA was great to work with, they really made the loss we had at our home as easy and efficient to restore our home. John was very professional and made sure he stuck to the time-line he had given us at the beginning of the process.

John and crew came quickly, had helpful ideas for reconstruction following water damage. He noticed more floor destruction than others observed and was the only estimate that included replacing the sopped insulation under the floor.
We had some stress for mortgage company returning insurance check and John persevered through the 6 weeks with me.

After having my claim for hail damage on my roof denied, I contacted AAA Restoration to see if they could patch up my roof. Upon inspection they immediately informed me that there was in fact hail damage to my roof, and told me to request a second opinion. Ricardo met with the adjuster to show him the damage, and my insurance approved my new roof! They didn’t stop there! The owner personally oversaw the entire process, and even sent me pictures of the progress while I was at work! I’m forever grateful to Ricardo and his team of experts for not only utilizing his knowledge of insurance process, but the high level quality of work and professionalism. I highly recommend!

I had them perform asbestos abatement at the house we just bought. AAA was able to come out quickly and perform the work at a fair price comprable and in some cases lower than the competition. They removed the asbestos and retextured the ceiling and it came out great. Since they were so quick we had the work done before moving in and didn't have the hassle of living in the house while work was being done. Overall Ricardo did an excellent job and I highly recommend them to friends and family.

Ricardo helped walk us through the process of getting rid of our popcorn ceiling in our garage. Once we gave him the go ahead, he had his workers here the next day (as promised) to complete the work in 2 days. He was professional, respectful and took the time to listen to our needs. Full disclosure, asbestos abatement is not cheap and I certainly wasn't happy paying what we paid but I don't believe we could've found another contractor that could've done the size of this job as effectively.

Nate provided fast and detailed estimates for professional completion of lead and asbestos abatement services and reconstruction of my home. No reason to even consider other companies as AAA can take care of all your construction and remediation needs.
