Local Recommendation – Do Not Recommend AAA ProBuild
I want to alert my neighbors to my experience with AAA ProBuild. I hired them to repair and paint my garage ceiling after a leak had been professionally fixed. The same area started cracking again within weeks, and even after a return visit, the issue returned.
When I reached out months later, I was blamed for the issue and offered no solution. I even went through the BBB complaint process and got no meaningful outcome.
I’m all for supporting local businesses, but I also believe in honesty, responsibility, and good customer service. Unfortunately, I did not find that here.
I hired AAA ProBuild to repair and paint a small section of my garage ceiling that had previously been damaged by a roof leak. While the initial work seemed acceptable, the same spot developed visible cracks shortly after. I contacted them, and they returned once to “touch up” the area—but the issue returned again months later.
Despite my attempts to communicate and resolve the matter, they dismissed my concerns, blaming my roof (which had already been repaired). I provided clear photo evidence and followed every step, including filing a BBB complaint—but still no resolution or refund. I’m now left with the same damage and out $225.
I cannot recommend AAA ProBuild. Poor follow-up, no warranty or accountability, and disappointing customer service.
