AAA Aluminum Enclosures

I had a patio cover installed and it is leaking. I have been asking since October for it to be fixed and still nothing but the run around. I am disappointed with the lack of customer service and lack of professionalism. Obviously the lifetime guarantee is not worth the paper it is on.

Derwin put in writing that he would change all door hardware and seal gutter joints along with my enclosure screen replacement. He did not change the door hardware nor seal the gutter joints. When I called him, he said he would have his guy come back the next week to finish the job but he did not come back. Derwin stopped answering my calls and would not respond to texts. I called him from a different number and WA LA he called me back... thinking he could get another Customer to cheat. He refused to set a date to finish the $6340 job that he was paid for. When I reported him to the better business bureau and posted a review... he texted me back and typed "Thanks. now I will never be back kissy licking DIKE!!" So he sent me a HATE text because I was trying to get him to do the work I paid him to do. Derwin proved his bigotry and this business needs to be boycotted.

Don't walk away run from this contractor. I tried to give no stars but then it would not post. We spent $4500.00 on a patio cover that leaks all over. We even have water leaking into the light on the fan that we provided and his employees hung.
***Derwin has gone so far as to say he would have someone come out and fix it the next day....still waiting!! Or I have a crew in your area next week, I will get in touch with you next week...still waiting!!! So again today I called because again I could not use the furniture under my patio cover because it is wet from the leaks.
I have tried to remain Christian and not post anything negative about him or his company, because I would not want to affect a person's livelihood, but people need to know just what you are getting with this business owner. He is quick to give you an estimate and quick to take your money but DOES NOT BACK HIS WORK!!

They were quick to take our money and put up the patio cover but if it is raining we still can't sit outside. The patio cover was not properly attached at our roof line which is 33 ft. long and when it rains water pours down at the seam line the entire length of the back of our home. We have to move all our furniture around because everything gets wet. We bought our home in Oct 2015. We had all the soffit, fascia board and roof just replaced and painted prior to this installation. We have repeatedly called Mr. Daniels to caulk or repair and he says it may take 6 wks to 6 mos for them even to come out to look at it. After trying to work with them we have contacted the better business bureau. This problem is still not resolved. We have had other patio covers installed on other homes we have owned and we have never had this problem nor have we previously made a complaint about a company. They advertise a lifetime warranty on their website but they are telling the BBB that they do not warranty leaks (this is not a simple leak this is much more). We would not recommend them to anyone else.

Beware Beware to all consumers this company builds Aluminum and Screen structures that are not built to hurricane standards for this region. Uses inexperienced installers. Do not use them he has another company Gulf coast doing the same thing. Will not service his work. Always check with Parrish or county for permitting these types of structures.thats him counter the response on post.

Derwin was quick to come to my house for a quote and was willing to work around my schedule and other projects I currently have going on. The installers were very professional and the area they were working was kept clean while they worked. We are very happy with our new patio cover and would certainly use AAA Aluminum Enclosures again.

Phenomenal response, service, and workmanship. The owner, Derwin, went above and beyond to make sure we had a screen that exceeded our expectations. I recommend this company with great enthusiasm and plan to add more screens soon.
