I have posted before about the great service and professionalism of A&A Roofing & Exteriors. Since my initial experience with them, I have had 2 occasions to once again interact with this business.

The first was when a water stain appeared on my entryway ceiling. This was 2 years after the the 5yr labor and installation guarantee had expired.

There was the possibility that the leak had developed from siding work I had done by another company. A&A had not yet expanded to exterior work at that time to my knowledge. If they had, I would have certainly used their services.

They sent a representative who inspected the area of the of the leak and he then proceeded to make the necessary repairs and once again, my peace of mind was restored. I fully EXPECTED to receive a bill for this service (since responsibility had not been established - siding or roofing), but also because it was 2yrs BEYOND THE 5YR GUARANTEE! I DID NOT!! That’s Customer Service above and beyond! And proof of a company that stands behind its deserving reputation.

The 2nd was 2 days ago (and which prompted me to write these rather wordy reviews). I had a gutter protection system installed several weeks ago and had questions about the installation.

The delay I experienced in the promised quality inspection caused my concerns to grow to immense proportions in my head.

I called A&A and they sent a representative to inspect that installation. In a matter of minutes, he had addressed my concerns and, once again, restored my peace of mind.

I was willing to pay for this inspection, but he said it was all good and no money was required!

I am a person who pays his obligations. Both of these events and subsequent outcomes, I believe ARE THE NORM at A&A!!

Rating a mere 5 STARS and writing a short blurb is not enough. A&A, while not only showing, but living up to the VERY BEST a company can be, deserves the very highest possible rating and unqualified TRUST from any homeowner who is searching for professionals to do the job and resting easy after making such an important decision with the biggest investment a family can make.

I apologize for my wordiness, but this company has earned, through simple actions, that it instills TRUST and EXCELLENCE in the service it provides.

Great roofers - had the job done in under a day with time to spare. New roof looks great and couldn’t be happier!

I think this company because of its Google reviews. I told the estimator that I was in a hurry and needed the work done quickly. It took several weeks to get the actual estimate of costs, then more time to schedule the work. Finally, the morning to work was supposed to happen I got an email saying that they had gotten a big job and would need to push my work baCJ. This is of course after I had arranged to take off of work to be there to meet them at the beginning the job. I don’t know what their actual quality is like because I canceled the order at that time.

Patched up a hole for us quick before a storm was coming in and then got the job done a week early. Very nice and courteous.

A&A Roofing did an amazing job on our roof. They communicated very well and really made our house shine. Chad was especially great to work with.

Eric came by to investigate a leak in our ceiling that has been pooling water over the last 3 years. Other companies have come by but did nothing to rectify the problem. Eric fixed flashing, grommets, shingles, and seals then gave us information on what we should do next. Doesn't sound like much, but his professionalism was refreshing after dealing with other companies. He was polite, thorough, empathetic, and concise. He showed us before and after photos of the repairs he did and then made sure we understood what he did and why.

Eric went above and beyond by even fixing our gutters. He noticed some of the brackets holding up our gutters were not screwed in and took the initiative to repair them after informing us. I found this to be extremely considerate. Despite it being 20 degrees outside, and being exposed to the wind, he volunteered more of his time to perform a repair that was completely unrelated to his visit.

I fully intent to return to A&A for any future issues with our exterior!

I would highly recommend this company! Their pricing was excellent! We called around to price shop and they were the best and seemed to be the most honest. Todd was very professional, knowledgeable, respectful, honest and kind! He got the job done and was willing to go the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied! Thank you for being a great company with integrity and for hiring honest, hardworking employees!

Very satisfied with the service that Eric provided. He came out and assessed the problem and took care of it in a timely manner. One of the first contractors we've had in a while that did not try to take advantage of us or the situation. Will definitely call them again and recommend Eric and this company to our friends. Jeff is prompt, professional & courteous. I have had him do several jobs on different homes for me now and have been more than pleased each time. I recommend him to everyone I know and will not use anyone else.

Jim was excellent to work with - he examined our windows, listened to our plans for our house, did his homework and made a perfect recommendation to address our needs. Highly recommended, we would be pleased to do business with them again.

We had some storm damage that needed repaired due to high winds... Called A& A Roofing to come out and inspect.... Sent a crew out the next day... repaired it immediately, fantastic service!!!

I worked with Jeff Friesen and my experience with him and A&A roofing was exceptional. Jeff came out to the house, took pictures, explained what he saw, and provided an accurate estimate and recommendations.

He then offered to do the walk around with the claim agent. When the agent's drone wouldn't work, Jeff was able to assist her with inspection and photographs and provided her with his analysis on damage he had observed. The insurance company approved the full claim.

Jeff came out for a third time to walk through the estimate once more and explain scheduling and process. The workers had everything done in a day and left with no traces of material, nails, or mess. Truly satisfied with the preparation, time spent, and consistent follow up. Super job by professionals! Thanks to Jeff for being thorough, honest, and friendly!

Todd Peterson did sealing, painting and staining in my home this past Friday. He did excellent work and was very professional. He has done work for me in the past and I hope to use him again in the future.

I have been having leaking for 2 years from a different roofing company. Eric of A & A came out, crawled in the attic (something the other co didn't do), analyzed the problem, took pictures and explained the problem. He was very nice and very knowable. If ever I have to get a new roof I'll call A & A.
