Honest, reliable company. He came out to inspect my daughter's roof for a potentially leak and found none and while he was here he inspected the rest of the roof. Luckily he found nothing and there was no charge. Another roofer said there was damage and quoted a charge of $1,000!

YM Roofing came out for the initial estimate quickly and provided a fair and upfront quote. YM Roofing focused on the area in question and did not use the estimate appointment as an opportunity to drum up additional work that was not initially brought up. YM Roofing sent over the emailed proposal of work with plenty of time to consider.

Once the proposal for work was accepted with YM Roofing, a contract was emailed and the work was clearly defined. On the day of the job, YM Roofing showed up ready to complete the project. YM Roofing was extremely professional, communicative with progress, and finished with before and after photos. Following the project, YM Roofing provided an invoice for the work and a variety of payment options.

YM Roofing did our roof. When they came to do the bid, they were professional and friendly, Anthony explained exactly what they do and gave us options. They were very fair in pricing. When they did the work on our roof each evening we would receive photos of the work they did that day and explanation of any problems they may have found. They also made sure they left our place cleaned up before they left. They did excellent work and our roof looks great. We would highly recommend them!

Anthony was awesome! We were buying a new house and needed a roof to be inspected since they would not allow our inspector to go on the roof without being a licensed roofer. My realtor recommended Anthony, and he came right out, for a free estimate, on what it would cost to repair some broken tiles on the new house we would buy. His prices were very affordable, very reasonable, and after we moved into the new home, he came out within a week and fixed about 30 broken tiles in about an hour. I had a question about part of the project after they were completed, and Anthony came back out to the house to look at it, made an adjustment and made sure we were happy with the work. This is a local, family owned business who does great work and takes pride in what they do. I will not hesitate to call them when we are ready for a full new roof.

We had a leak in a large section of our roof. They replaced the damaged wood, roof tiles and weather underlayment which was a superior product. The job was done in one day and everything was clean with no trace. YM is very knowledgeable and professional. They were also on time. I would highly recommend YM Roofing! If you need a roof repair or a complete replacement, YM Roofing should be your first call. We were involved with loan refinancing when a leak was discovered by the appraiser and we needed someone immediately. We used Yuri seven years ago for a minor roof repair and saved his number after we were very satisfied with his work. When we told him our situation he immediately responded with an inspection the next day. He gave us a quote for both leak repair and total tile roof replacement. Since our home is seventeen years old, we decided on the roof replacement. The price was very competitive. Yuri and his son Anthony had a crew at our home the following Tuesday. His crew was on time everyday and did an excellent job. At the end of each day they left the worksite clean and organized. When completed they left it as if they were never here.
