Shane has cleaned out our gutters twice. If he finds any issues he lets me know, then fixes the problem. He goes above and beyond.

I had a leak in my roof amongst crazy rainfall levels. Everywhere else was a week out just to get an estimate, Shane was at my house within 4 hours and had my leak repaired before that night for a very fair price. He’ll be the only person I ever reach out to for this kind of work!

Great job with my roof!! Got a new roof on my house and matching roofs on my sheds and some awesome looking gutters and down spouts. Shane is the full service roofing guy. Took care of it all. I built a new home and A+ Structure Basics installed my gutters and downspouts. They were very attentive to detail and communicated different options to ensure I was happy with the final look. After a large rain storm came through about a month after installation, Shane came back out to make a few adjustments to ensure everything performed as intended. I couldn’t have asked for better service.

We were in need of gutters on a home we recently purchased. We reached out to several different companies and this was the only company that responded back promptly. We are happy with our new seamless gutters. Owner is personable, professional and very knowledgeable. Also, our deck was not finished when we bought the home and Shane offered us some advice as to where to get the proper materials so we could finish that job ourselves. To receive five star ratings you need to go above and beyond to please your customers, and A+ Structure Basics does just that. We also need a small roofing job done in the spring and will definitely be using this company again. Very happy with their work. Highly recommend.

When no one else seemed interested or willing to look at some minor storm damage from recent wind storms, we started to look around on google for other companies/contractors. I noticed that A+ Structure Basics had 20+ reviews, and all of them had been 5 star at the time as well. This got me curious, so I started to look around to see if there was anything fishy, and I honestly couldn't find anything wrong with the guy or company.

So, we called, and with in 6 hours, they called back, that same day we arranged for them to come out, take a look and give us an estimate. To be fairly honest, it seemed expensive for the repair at first, but, these days, labor aint cheap, and the price easily matched the labor needed I feel, especially considering the height they had to be at!

They even went above and beyond and did fix a few other small minor issues they noticed on the roof line while repairing the siding on the house.

This company, has earned a spot in our phone book for future repairs, for certain, because they took care of us, went above and beyond what was asked of them, and finished the job with in a week of contacting them, instead of several weeks.

Absolute great experience with this company. I had them install siding, gutters, leaf guard and shutters. I was kept up to date on the status of all supplies - some took longer due to COVID pandemic. Extremely professional, great quality workmanship and so easy to work with. They did such a great job, my neighbor utilized their services as well. I enjoyed the experience so much, I'm trying to talk them into doing some work outside their area of expertise!! Highly recommend. Will definitely use again.

We did a large addition on our house and couldn’t find a business who would give us a the time of day for new gutters, soffit, or vinyl work on the addition until we called Shane. He was on time and had the work done by the end of the following week. Definitely will be calling for any future work we might have!

Have had this company do work for me twice. First they replaced all my gutters and added downspouts with better quality than what I had for a competitive price. I just had had them replace the flat roof over my patio which was leaking. The workmanship was professional and guaranteed completed in 1 day as soon as the weather was compliant. Good value for money, professional, courteous, and timely in completing the job.

We were very well pleased with the professionalism & service of Structure Basics. They did things that we were not aware of but needed to make the job look complete & exactly as they said they would. The siding looks better than we could have hoped for & we could not be more pleased. My old farmhouse needed gutters in the worst way. I also had some issues with Starlings messing things up building nests in the eves. I contacted Shane and they responded promptly with a quote and install. They really looked at managing the water on from the roof instead of just slapping up gutters and wishing me well. They also repaired some damaged wood, cleaned out the bird nests and sealed out the Starlings.

I really appreciated the professional install. I have a steep pitch tin roof. I now have a gutter system that will manage the rain. Thanks to a great team.

Very nice, competent, and punctual company and employees. Had Shane and his crew work on 2 different houses. Called them for gutters but we were happy to hear they did siding and windows as well. High quality work at a fair price. I have already called Shane to do an estimate on a third house and have given his name to 3 friends to have work done.
