While In a company vehicle driver was driving it like he stole the truck, cut me off within inches. If he cant drive a pickup truck safely on I95 he cant be trusted to work on any of your projects. Just food for thought, in a company vehicle drive with integrity and respect for other drivers.

Overall, a mediocre experience with some highs and many lows. The workers were friendly and helpful, the build quality was sound, the communication was sporadic (sometimes on point, sometimes seriously delayed), the project was given a timeline of 2-3 months but took 10 months, the original estimate was reasonable but pricing changed several times after the work began (and this was new construction so there was nothing that couldn't have been foreseen), and resolution of issues took months to address.

The main issues were the delays in the project that was in their control, they didn't submit plans to the town and then billed me for thousands of dollars extra that were due to "code compliance" but really were due to them not submitting plans to the town before starting work, and the billing department sent final invoices 4 months before the work was even completed. To top it all off the owner threatened to sue because his billing team pre-billed final invoices 4 months in advance and he thought the payment was overdue, but what was overdue was his attention to a project that had taken 4-5 times the original timeline and not communicating with billing about their errors since the work was completed months after final invoice. This doesn't even account for some of the subs they used who damaged camera systems, then lied about it, on two occasions.

So, the build quality and workers get a 5, the sales team gets a 4, but the company gets a 1 due to way too many issues on too many fronts across multiple divisions and the owner really not willing to see anything but his point of view. So, overall I give it a 3.
