I had gotten to the point of giving up on getting a new roof for my house. I desperately needed a new roof; there were major leaks in my bathroom, sunroom and living room. Over two years ago I was denied funding from my insurance company to pay for a new roof.

Then Ira James came into my life with commitment and energy. He worked with several people in my insurance company and continued to pursued solutions for any and all questions the insurance company raised. He "took them on" in a reasoned and professional way.

It was not an easy job for Ira to take on. It required numerous meeting with insurance folks, gutter folks, sky-light folks, tile folks and especially difficult of all was the "me" folk,.

But today, February 8, 2004, I came home to a beautiful new roof; it's a perfect color (Ira helped me pick it out), and looks great with the color of my house (yellow).

If you want results in the roofing business, I whole-heartedly refer Ira James to you to be the first person you contact. I'm glad he was and still is "my guy"!
